היו סוגים שונים של חרקים המגבות והמצעים היו עם כתמים, זה היה מזעזע. גם אם המגבות מוחלפות כל יום, הריח שלהן לא נעים ויש כתמים וה wi- fi לא עבד טוב בכלל ונאלצנו לרכוש חבילות גלישה לילדים.

Dobra počitniška vasica z bazenom, animacijo za otroke,... Žal smo bili tam samo eno noč, izgleda super za daljši obisk z otroki. Najbrž bi ob daljšem bivanju dali boljšo oceno.

Nekaj težav v kuhinji s plinsko pečico, ampak smo jih s prijaznim osebjem na recepciji hitro rešili. Čistilec na bazenu je bil zelo neprijazen. Mogoce ni jutranji človek?

מקום מקסים למי שמחפש חוויה של כפר נופש רגוע ונעים. בריכה מעולה לילדים והפעלות לילדים בערב באוגוסט. המסעדה בלב הכפר סגרה לנו פינה כשוויתרנו על לבשל בדירה או לאכול בחוץ. בעלת המסעדה אישה נהדרת וכל הצוות של הכפר היה אדיב מאוד.

Die gesamte Anlage wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Poolanlage hat uns enttäuscht – unter anderem wegen Algen, Sand und mangelnder Sauberkeit. Auch unser Apartment war leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Wir haben die Mängel fotografiert und sofort gemeldet. Aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände haben wir uns entschieden, bereits nach einer Nacht abzureisen. Eine Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzte zweite Nacht wurde uns leider nicht gewährt.

מיקום טוב קרוב להכל, חניה ליד הדירה, מאד נקי, יש הרבה כלים במטבח, מחליפים מגבות כל יום, תמורה נהדרת למחיר, בריכה גדולה, יש הרבה ארונות אחסון, שידות ושקעים בחדרים

מקלחון קטן מאד לא נוח, מטבח קטן אין מקום לחתוך דברים ולייבש כלים, אין קומקום, המים היו קרים מאד בבריכה, מיטות לא נוחות כריות רכות מאד, חוץ מזה נהנינו מאד ותמורה מאד משתלמת למחיר

I servizi e la tranquillità

The service was professional and amazing. The staff was really helpful and kind.The place also offered discounted gardaland tickets which was nice. The food there was also so good by far the best food I had in lake garda. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything. It was a great deal for it aswell.

The big pool closed at 7 which was kind of a bummer. I also found a hair in my ice cream and a bug in my eggs at breakfast which wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast to anyone unless they were in a hurry.

Tutto perfetto. L'appartamento era comodo, pulito e ben organizzato. Le piscine sono bellissime, i bambini si sono divertiti un sacco. Molto comodo anche il bar ristorante fronte piscina. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie!

Nice relaxing place for families. Nice team at the mini club. Good food at the restaurant. Very close to everywhere at the Lake Garda. Even close to Verona where we took our children's to the Children's museum in a rainy day

The swimming pools lifeguards should have been constantly present in all pools and not only in the largest one. Cleaners are the weak point of this lovely place . They are not accurate , dust and hair left on the floor, garbage left outside a flat for three days

Tutto sommato è stata una vacanza piacevole ovviamente per una clientela straniera sarà il top!!! Ma purtroppo per quanto riguarda la clientela italiana l ospitalità lascia un po a desiderare!! Appartamento pulito e ordinato!! Piscine belle ma sporche sul fondo basterebbe prendere uno di quei robot che puliscono!! Al ristorante tutto sommato si mangia bene!! Cordiali e gentili le bariste Alma e sua sorella di cui non ricordo il nome purtroppo che sono state sempre gentilissime con noi e con i nostri bimbi!!!

-Accoglienza di una tristezza unica pochissime informazioni nnt convenzioni con parchi acquatici o divertimento e lo trovo assurdo visto che sono lì vicino e trovo ancora più assurdo che in reception ci siano dei totem con scritto “rivolgiti a noi per avere maggiori sconti nei parchi divertimento” poi appena lo chiedi ti rispondono che non li hanno più da tempo… Non hanno delle bici nemmeno da noleggiare il che lo trovo abbastanza assurdo x un villaggio del genere -Gli appartamenti non vengono puliti giornalmente ma ti vengono cambiati gli asciugamani ogni giorno!!per il resto ti devi arrangiare da solo -I bagnini no comment forse il lato peggiore di tutta la struttura completamente attaccati al telefono a farsi i fatti propri!!! Tra L altro un giorno abbiamo assistito ad una scena dove il bagnino si arrabbiava con dei clienti xk avevano aperto l ombrellone e siccome non c’era abbastanza sole non andavano aperti (assurdo)!! L animazione…. Lasciamo stare!!! Due ragazze non parlavano nemmeno l italiano!! Un giorno i nostri bimbi sono andati al mini club e sono rimasti dentro nemmeno 5 minuti xk ad un certo punto non capivano cosa dicesse l animatrice che in quel momento parlava inglese e tedesco ma va be….

I liked the clean pool, the friendly and helpful reception staff, and the very good location. The parking area was also convenient and well organized.

There is no WiFi in the rooms and the central WiFi is not available. Several times during the day it was impossible to wash due to low water pressure. The air conditioner in the room is very weak and does not cool the whole house well.

The pools and the restaurant were great

The room is pretty old, there is only one AC unit for the all apartment and there is no wifi in the rooms

The pools were the best part of the village. Really liked the layout and opening times were perfect. Children loved them especially our granddaughter. Vast majority of staff were lovely and very helpful. Regular replacement of towels etc. Location was excellent, we didn’t drive but enjoyed the short walk to the local super market. Local Taxi service to and from Peschiera Del Garda and surrounding locations was excellent.

Very little storage in the kitchen area if you are self catering. No kettle, rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint. Food options were very basic, would have liked to see a themed knight once or twice a week to entice you to eat in the restaurant on site. Unless you had an apartment next or close to reception the WIFI was non-existent.

Nous sommes resté 10 nuits. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel (restaurant, piscine, réception, personnel d'entretien,...)

Une panne d'électricité générale a eu lieu. Nous sommes restés sans électricité pendant 24h. Le seul geste de la direction a été de proposer de rembourser les courses sur présentation des tickets de caisse (que je n'avais pas gardé). Les logements manquent de rangement.

Location is great. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The pools are located well and allow everyone to have their space. The ambiance is very pastoral and relaxing

The internet connection is an issue if you need to be online from time to time. Hot water is limited in the evening hours after spending the day in the pool and before dinner.

Kids friendly facilities, the kids loved the swimming pool. Apartment had everything we needed, but nothing to comfortable.

Ants in the apartment and our aparment did not have any sunlight at all.

La posizione strategica: Il villaggio è vicinissimo ai parchi di divertimento, rendendolo perfetto per chi ha in programma di visitarli. La struttura e le piscine: L'organizzazione a piccole casette che si affacciano su 3 diverse piscine (adatte a tutte le età grazie alle profondità di 40cm, 90cm e variabile) è molto piacevole. Il parcheggio: Ampio, situato all'interno della struttura e comodamente a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. La flessibilità per i pasti: Molto comodo il ristorante interno che offre sia la scelta alla carta sia la mezza pensione a prezzi chiari (25€ adulti, 10€ bambini). Lo staff: Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cortese e professionale. Giudizio generale: Nel complesso è una struttura che consiglio per una breve vacanza.

La pulizia delle piscine: Decisamente da migliorare. Basterebbe un semplice robottino automatico che ormai hanno in molte strutture, ma che qui manca. Il servizio colazione: Il buffet è a pagamento (10€ adulti e 5€ bambini) ma la qualità offerta non è completa: l'espresso e le brioche fresche non sono inclusi e si pagano a parte (rispettivamente 1,5€ e 2€). La cauzione eccessiva e scomoda: La richiesta di ben 100€ in contanti come cauzione per i semplici telecomandi della TV e del climatizzatore è una nota molto negativa e anacronistica.

Greit sted for barnefamilier. Parkering rett utenfor leilighetene. Maten var god. Kjekt med tre basseng for å fordele de mange menneskene.

Stedet er ganske slitt. Vi hadde dårlig vær på natten, da lakk det masse vann inn tre steder i leiligheten. Dusjen var veldig dårlig, ingen måte å kontrollere temperaturen. Aircondition bråkte som en storm. Restauranten mangler takvifter, det var farlig varmt. Tullete ordning med henting og levering av aircondition og tv kontroll i resepsjonen. Badehåndklær måtte også leveres der, selv om resten av håndklærne ble ordnet av vaskepersonalet på rommet. Finnes flere bedre steder i området.

Le village est très agréable, propre, piscine très bien, proche de belles choses à visiter.

Too many ants and cockroaches outside the place, couldn't leave the door open cause they would crawl all over the place inside and there was only 1 AC for the whole place.

Villaggio turistico con buone dotazioni generali (piscina, bar, ristorante) e negli appartamenti. Buona pulizia e cucina completa di arredi ed accessori. Camere spartane ma confortevoli. Parcheggio interno capiente e comodo (si può lasciare l’auto a pochi metri dall’appartamento assegnato).

Przepiękne zielone miejsce Dużo przestrzeni wokół. Duże baseny o różnej głębokości - zawsze wolne leżaki. Bardzo przyjemne apartamenty. Wystarczająco miejsca dla 4 osób. Ośrodek ma juz swoje lata - ale mimo wszystko jest ładnie i czysto. Zmiana ręczników i Panie sprzątające bardzo miłe. Pyszna pizza w restauracji na terenie ośrodka- my braliśmy na wynos - na kolację i zawsze w kilka minut mieliśmy gotową. Ośrodek oddalony kilka minut od centrum - szybki dojazd. 7 minut spacerem supermarket - wiec można kupić coś na śniadanie, obiady. Dużo miejsc parkingowych na terenie. Mieliśmy dwa apartamenty bo przedłużaliśmy pobyt. I oba mialy bardzo podobny standard mimo, ze wybraliśmy podstawowa opcje.

Animacje dla dzieci byly codziennie wieczorem te same - tzn dokładnie te same piosenki, można by cos urozmaicić. Zajecia w basenie - aquaaerobic byly na niskim poziomie. Brakowało nam tabletek do zmywarki na start. - szkoda ze nie ma takiego mini pakietu startowego ( 2 tabletki do zmywarki, jakaś mini oliwa, lokalna przekąska ) mieliśmy takie prezenty zawsze w innych lokalizacjach i to byl miły start.

Excellent location, easy access to the highway, close to the parks. Many supermarkets close by. The room was very convenient for a family of five – kids room with 3 separate beds, a well equip little kitchen, huge pool and entertainment in the evening. Highly recommend!

The facilities are generally basic - It's not a bad thing, it is just as seen in the pictures :)

Номер був чистий, персонал привітний, все доступно розповіли. Машину було зручно залишити біля номера. Ми приїхали близько 8 вечора і басейни вже були зачинені, але встигли покупатися вранці.

Дуже не сподобалась кухня в ресторані, все що замовили було несмачно. Заплатили немало грошей, але залишись не задоволені. Шкодуємо, що не пішли в інший ресторан поруч.

Ambienti molto curati e puliti, sia gli appartamenti che gli spazi esterni. Piscine molto grandi. Il periodo era particolarmente caldo ma la climatizzazione dentro l'appartamento era sufficiente. Posizione ottima per visitare i parchi tematici e Peschiera, raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

La mancanza del lenzuolo di sopra sul letto. C'era solo un piumino che era un po' troppo caldo.

Von aussen eine sehr schöne Anlage, sieht alles frisch gestrichen aus, genugend Parkplätze und man kann gleich vor dem Appartement parkieren. Drei Pools sind gepflegt. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns geschmeckt.

Die Apartements könnten etwas renoviert werden. Vorgänge hatten einige Risse, Lampen unsauber, Badezimmer sehr alt, Leider gab es auch keinen Wasserkocher. Beim Pool gibt es kaum Platz zum gehen am Rand, Liegen sind gleich am Poolrand, sehr mühsam mit Kinderwagen.

Locație frumoasă, piscină mare, locuri de joacă pt copii. Facilități pt familii cu copii mici.

Camerele sunt f mici.

I liked everything about this place. I would highly recommend it for families. Staff were always helpful with anything needed. Pool area is top notch for the kids and well supervised. Am heading back next year with the kids for longer this time😁

Only only issue is public transport. The staff did recommend hiring a car so that’s on me.

נוח ממש יפה נקי תמורה מעולה לעלות

It was cosy, felt like home. Everything we needed was available within the compound or at the nearby grocery store. The bus station was also nearby.

כפר נופש מדהים לשהייה עם ילדים היינו 6 ימים, והילדים ממש נהנו, הבריכות ענקיות כל יום הביאו מגבות ולקחו פחים.

שירות חדרים מינימלי, היינו שמחים אם היו מנקים שירותים ושוטפים רצפה. בסך הכל כל השאר היה מושלם.

Ci è piaciuto tutto l'appartamento aveva tutto quanto poteva servire ad una famiglia la piscina al centro del complesso residenziale ed anche il bar ristorante tutti gentili e disponibili colazione a buffet ottima

Foarte frumoasa locația pentru familiile cu copii, piscina cu tobogane este minunată!, camerele extrem de spațioase, păcat ca nu au deloc plase la geam și nu poți sta prea mult cu ferestrele deschise pentru ca intra tot felul de gaze. Un magazin Universal in apropiere (10-15 min pe jos) cu produse locale absolut delicioase, inclusiv mâncare gătită gen aripioare picante, pulpa/costițe de porc la cuptor foarte gustoase, etc. Restaurantul din locație, decent, dar nu reflecta cu adevărat gustul produselor italienești. Neapărat de vizitat Sirmione, se accesează ușor cu autobuzul.

+ uitstekende faciliteiten, kindvriendelijke zwembaden, kidsclub, grote grasvelden om op te spelen, vriendelijk personeel, + laadpaal op terrein, dichtbij supermarkten, genoeg parkeerplaats. + airconditioning in family appartement met comfortabele bedden. + iedere dag schone handdoeken en afvalservice. + dusdanig tevreden dat we een extra nacht op locatie bijgeboekt hadden!

- minimale keuken uitrusting (GEEN: waterkoker, koffieapparaat/nespresso, vaatwasmachine, minimale werkplaats, traag gasfornuis). - bank in het appartement was zeer oncomfortabel. - mieren gemakkelijk in huis. - appartement klein; net genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. - schuifdeuren tussen kamers, dus geen geluidsisolatie. - kleine flesjes van 0.5L water te koop bij de receptie (voor 0.60€) - badkamer wat oud, en niet erg schoon (Schimmel, vele gebarsten tegels, wasbak doppen afwezig) - vooraf onduidelijk hoe het park eruit ziet (plattegrond mist op booking.com, zoek elders op. Dat was namelijk verrassend goed!)

Pleasant stay, kind stuff, very clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, una bella struttura familiare, personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile

Una persona in particolare dello staff dell’area della ristorazione, si è innervosito dandomi quasi dell’ignorante per niente praticamente e di sua iniziativa ha deciso di farci servire da una sua collega che invece è stata educatissima e molto carina

Ottima struttura per famiglie, vicinissima ai parchi di divertimento, a disposizione ci sono 3 piscine intorno alle quali ci sono lettini e sdraio com ombrelloni, possibilità di consumare i pasti presso il bar/ristorante. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento family: spazioso, abbastanza fornito di tutto il necessario (noi abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte quindi non avevamo grandi necessità), con un piccolo patio esterno con tavolo e 2 lettini. Ci sono anche i teli per la piscina.

Tutto il necessario c’è! Microonde e asciugacapelli un po’ vecchiotti, e si potrebbe aggiungere un piccolo kit toiletries ( shampoo/bagnoschiuma)

Posto perfetto, vicino a tutte le attrazioni, ai supermercati. Il villaggio molto accogliente, perfetto per venire con i bimbi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

We are really very happy with this accomodation. Great location, spacious, clean and great surrounding for kids.

Ottimo per famiglie

- Lage ist super . Man ist in 5-20 min in Pesciera, Sirmione, Gardaland, Zoo, Lazise, Bardolino und in 30 min in Verona . Allerdings schon weit weg vom See - schönes geräumiges Appartement mit genug Platz - viele Parkplätze direkt am Appartement - schöne Terrasse zum draußen sitzen - drei riesige Pools für alle Altersklassen - Kinderanimation jeden Tag - Restaurant in der Anlage ist mittelmäßig aber gute Preise und to-Go geschickt

- Ausstattung ist für 4 Sterne nicht gut. Es gibt kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Abtropfbehälter für Geschirr, keine Eierbecher und nur billige Töpfe und Pfannen die außen extrem heiß werden - Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe. Billigste Federkern oder Schaumstoff Matratzen die durchgelegen sind . Hatte nach zwei Tagen Rückenschmerzen - Bad hat kein Tageslicht und ist schon in die Jahre gekommen - Es gibt praktisch kein WLAN in der Anlage ! außer im Restaurant (schwach) . Mobile Daten waren nach 10 Tagen komplett verbraucht . Mit Kindern die ab und zu was auf dem Tablet anschauen ein no Go - Stühle sind komplett hart ohne Sitz Auflage und noch geriffelt sodass das Sitzen sehr unangenehm ist. Ohne Kissen kann man das nicht aushalten
