Checking was easy...rooms was clean. Ac was not cold. And they charge for water to use coofee pot..pool was clean..

I tried to switch room since my room was bad and smell horrible and the path way too. They couldn’t help us with that and apart they charge me for 2 towels that accidentally had medicine since I was sick.

Location, and just loved the pools

This is my second stay at Boho Beach Club and I just love it. I also stayed during COVID restrictions back in 2021 and no complaints. Is a pretty hotel right in the entrance of the Boqueron beach. Rooms are so pretty, well decorated. Bathrooms are very modern with a nice shower. I stayed in an interior room, and it has little windows right next to the bed. I didnt mind not having a balcony. I have given a 5 but the only negative thing is that walls are thin and you can hear the noise of other guest in the hallways. Besides that, everything is perfect, Pool is great. The restuarant can have more choices but the menu is limited. I can say that the COFFEE here is everything and the night bartender, makes the perfect Moscow Mules. Is walking distance to the Poblado restaurants for night entertainment, as well to go to the beach. Price is very comfortable compare of the other places in Boqueron. I will be back DEFINETELY!

You might think a place called Boho Beach Club would be on the beach - or close. The beach is a five minute walk down a road with no sidewalk. (The beach itself was fine but small and hemmed in, i.e. you couldn't take a beach walk.) You might think a place called Boho Beach Club would offer beach towels and maybe even beach chairs and an umbrella. Sorry, no. Do you want to walk to a restaurant? The hotel is at an intersection that's awkward to cross on foot. Traffic was light so it was fine, but still - no pedestrian accommodation. The hotel is very clean. The room was fine. We spent a little extra for a "better" room. It was on the 4th floor. On the 5th floor, there's a function room, where they were moving furniture across a tile floor at 8am. Called front desk. Ooops too bad - they setting up for an event. We like good coffee, first thing, in our room. I'm willing to pay and to dash out for it and bring it back. At Boho there is only one option - the restaurant in the hotel. Two coffees, paper cups - $11.50! Ouch!

upon checkout, i was overcharged, and front desk staff agreed that i was overcharged. Instead of refunding the amount that was overcharged, i was charged double the entire cost for the room, and still haven't gotten any refund. front desk staff will not let me talk to the accounting or management team to discuss the overcharge. had to file a dispute with my credit card. extremely poor service at the front desk and management/accounting. extremely poor communication. avoid this place at all costs.

The Restaurant is great! The people who work the hotel side most are very helpful. Easy for English speakers to communicate. Can walk to the beach, shops, stores. We are very happy with our stay.

Use this hotel 3 times already. But this time the room AC did not worked in two of the 3 rooms they gave me. I attempted to stay more than 4 hours on the 2nd one but it was unbearable. Rooms 403 & 404. Horrible. But the staff was super professional and keept moving me until found a room that worked #405 .

I went twice with my husband and we didn't eat at the restaurant, but my husband went with a friend and had major complaints of the restaurant. Here's what he said: It seemed like they sabotaged the kitchen. I asked for a good piece of steak (churrasco) and had to send it back. The food took awhile to come out even though the restaurant was empty. The steak seemed breaded with salt and the salad was bad too. The staff and service were great....it's just the restaurant that needs a new cook.

The best hotel in PR, we were really impressed to find a hotel built like this it’s completely amazing, the outside pool with hot water we loved!, great service, the bartender made the best cóctel that we haven’t find in Puerto Rico until now, it’s here!! Thanks a lot highly recommended!

Great experience!

The only thing l didn't like was the choice of TV service. Somewhat complicated and any of the sports program l wanted to see required subscriptions! Monfay Night Football not available for free, come on! Other yhan that, everything else was fine. Nice and attentive staff...very enthusiastic!

Pool area was great! Had amazing drinks at the bar our first night (LOVE the guajava!), the staff were all very friendly, dinner our second night at Boho Kitchen was delicious & my cappuccinos in the mornings were awesome! We’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel, location and staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was welcoming and clean. The pool area was beautiful. The hotel was centrally located. Plenty of parking. I'll definitely be back!

The property is nice overall, pretty, clean. The downfall is the room have doors that are made of a material so the salt will not eat it away. However, it makes you hear more outside. Also, the pool is separate from the property but on property grounds. It is in the parking lot. It is not a big deal but it did not make the hotel feel like a hotel. There are tons of restaurants there and a great panaderia that makes really good sandwiches for breakfast. I think that was my favorite. The bars may be intimidating at night to outsiders so walk around in the morning to get a feel for it first if you are not familiar with the island local life style there.

Service and staff were amazing! Perfect location on the outskirts of all the bars. We ate breakfast there and the food was delicious! The tamarindo was fresh and the cappuccino was very tasty. Three levels to the pool with lights for night swimming and the top pool was heated! The kids had such a great time especially at the pool. My son had left his shoes behind after check out and the staff called and held onto them until we picked them up! Can’t wait to come back!

Need to improve the old rooms, bad smell and old furnitures

The staff was great as was the location. Our room only had one outlet which required we alternate powering the refrigerator, tv with other appliances. The hotel only offers Netflix that cannot be accessed if too many people are logged into the account. Other than that, the hotel is clean, rooms are maintained and the pool is the perfect place to relax.

The service was excellent, also I was in love with the pool and the hotel style… but the room, needs a storage cabinet and a comfortable seat. The little table for the coffee and other stuffs is very uncomfortable and it’s look cheap comparing with the other things in the room.

We had a Bad SURPRISE since the Hotel looks Beautiful in the outside: Bed Mattress were TERRIBLE as well as the Pillows!!! We couldn’t sleep!!! Also they have a horrible top net in the beds in such a SMALL BEDROOM! This was my first and last reservation…and I’m a Travel Agent! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Gerardo, the young man at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. He provided us with helpful information about the area and made sure we had a great time. Gerardo was always available to answer any questions we had and if he didn't know he took the time to look it up. He is the epitome of customer service, he was outstanding!!! We felt appreciated as customers at all times and our stay could not have been any better. Thank you Gerardo for a lovely stay.

Even when most of the property was clean, I think they should take care of the condition of the shower, specially the faucets and the shower curtain.

The property can use some restructure on layout of rooms. Rooms, beds and bathroom are small. Owner should look into utilize space like European hotels. If you wanted an iron you had to ask the front desk which you don't know unless you ask. Have a list of things to do around the area for guest. restaurant is not associate with the hotel although it is in the same building. There is not a discount for guest staying at hotel. The are is quite which is nice.

Positives: The room's cleanliness stood out, thanks to an efficient housekeeping team. Areas for Improvement: Room Access: It's surprising that in today's age, the hotel provides only one physical key without the option for a second. It made coordinating entry and exit with my family cumbersome. Room Functionality: The room design lacked practicality. The sink area was spacious yet lacked ample space for toiletries. Additionally, the balcony, although present, offered limited views. Shower: The shower experience was reminiscent of older military barracks, which is unexpected for a hotel charging $200 per night. The showerhead didn't work properly and the water pressure left much to be desired. Amenities: For a hotel named "Boho Beach Club", it's perplexing that they don't provide beach towels, especially when located near the beach. Their pool-only towel policy was not guest-friendly. Bed Comfort: Sleep quality is paramount for travelers. Unfortunately, the beds were considerably uncomfortable, and the décor felt outdated. This has to be most uncomfortable beds i've slept to date in a hotel. Other Observations: The single key system felt outdated, the elevators could use modernization, and hallway lighting seemed more suited for backyard gatherings than a hotel. Conclusion: I stayed at Boho Beach Club due to its proximity to an event I was photographing. While the room was impeccably clean, several areas need attention to elevate guest experience. As of this visit, I'm hesitant to choose it for future stays, be it for work or leisure.
