Poor breakfast menu.

휴가차 오랫만에 동해시를 찾았다. 예 70년대에 영주지방 철도청 철도공무원 시절 북평역으로 출장와서 숙박없이 다녀 갔던 기억을 살려 이곳 저곳 다녀 보았다. 피카소호텔리 동해시청 인근 번화가에 있어 주변에 음식가가 있어 좋았다. 시설은 깨끗했으나 룸 거울 앞 테이블다리 하나가 빠져 있어 불안 했다. 그리고 샤워장의 욕조가 불안하여 욕조안에서 변기쪽으로 앉아서 샤워하다 변기쪽으로 욕조와 같이 쓰러져서 허리 부분을 변기에 부딪혀 타박상이 심했으나 파스를 붙였으나 아직까지 걷는데 불편하다. 퇴실하면서 얘기할려니 카운터에 안내자가 없어 그냥 왔는데 지금도 후회된다. 치료를 했어야 하는데 또다시 나와 같이 사고가 발생하지 않도록 욕조를 고정 했으면 한다.

청소를 좀 더 꼼꼼히 해 주었으면.. 창문과 창문틀 너무 먼지가 많고 보기가 안좋아요..나중에 호텔 예산이 된다면 메트리스를 업그레이드 했으면 합니다. 조식 써비스는 마음에 들었습니다.

싼 데서 자도 돼서 알아본 덴데, 괜히 그랬습니다. 침대는 너무 딱딱해서 자다가 불편함에 깨게 될 정도였고, 바로 건너편에 술집이 있던데 거기에서 새벽까지 들려오는 시끌벅적함이 아주 생생하게 들려왔습니다.

친구와 자전거여행 중에 묵었던 호텔인데요, 자전거 실내보관이 안 된 점은 아쉬웠지만 침대 2개와 스타일러, 깔끔한 욕실이 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식 룸서비스도 참 괜찮았어요!^ ^

침구가 깔끔했고 주차공간이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 각종 편의시설 인접했고 조금만 걸어가면 바닷가가 있어서 산책하기도 좋았습니다.

침대 매트리스가 너무 딱탁해서 밤새 힘들었습니다.

편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 무료로 제공된 아침식사도 맛있었구요. 다음에 기회가 되면 다시 가고 싶습니다. 고맙습니다.

이 앱을통해서 이용했던 수많은 호텔중 최악이었습니다 나름 스위트룸으로 업그레이드했으나, 화가 나서 메모지에 고장이나 불편한점을 퇴실때 카운터에 전달하고 나왔네요 욕조는 배수구가 막히질않아 물을 담을수 없었고,욕조의 샤워기는 잡아당길때 헤드고정용 부속이 함께 나오는 상태, 샤워전용 수전은 해바라기샤워외에는 작동이 안돼고 온도조절밸브가 고장, 비데겸용 양변기는 콘센트가 없어서 작동할수없는 일반 양변기었습니다 룸서비스 조식은 식빵,모닝빵,소세지가 날것으로 나와서 먹기 불편했으며,퇴실때 보니 다른객실에서도 다먹지못하고 복도에 내어 놓을정도였습니다 다시는 이용할생각이 없었지만 타 투숙객을위해 전달한 불편사항이 개선되기를 희망합니다

가격과 등급대비 매우 좋습니다

동해시에서 가성비 젤 좋은 곳인듯합니다 항상 출장 중에는 이곳에서 숙박해요

분명히 가성비 좋은 숙소는 맞는것 같은데, 직원이 응대하는 태도는 영 아닌것 같아요. 좀 불쾌하게 들리는 말투(아주 주관적입니다)가 거슬리네요.

주차나 이동은 편리한 곳에 위치함.바다까지 걸어서 십분정도라 괜찮음. 큰 문제는 편의점이 바로 앞이라 새벽네시넘어서까지 술마시며 노는분들이 있어 매우 시끄러움.에어컨을 틀긴 춥고 창문을 열어야 하는 상황에 너무 시끄러워 닫았음.닫아도 조금 시끄러움.

만족했어요 깨끗하고 주차장도 넓고 전체적으로 좋아요

기대이상으로 관리되고 있어 좋아요. 작은호텔규모로 부대시설이 없으나 편안하고 조용한 숙박을 할수있습니다.

인근 편의점 손님 소음 약간 있음

주차장이 넓어 주차하기 편했고 조식은 기대이상으로 매우 훌륭했음.

가격대비 아주 만족한 선택이 되었어요. 다만 방문한 날 눈이 내렸는데 지하주차장이 없어 짐 옮기는데 조금 애로점이 있었어요.

왠만한 작은 호텔보다 있을게 다 있었고, 편안했습니다. 다만 의자 테이블이 작은데 객실로 가져다준 식판놓기가 불편했어요. 하룻밤인데 창밖뷰는 별 신경안썼고 이 정도 가격에 이만한 서비스면 완전 좋죠~ 다음에도 이용할 의사 있습니다.

방에 들어가서 제일 먼저 느낀거... 역한 담배냄새.. 깔끔하게 정돈된 침대와 대조되는 냄새... 환기시키기 위해 창문을 열었는데.. 시끄러운.. 주위 환경... 방음도 안되는지 복도에서 사람들 떠드는 소리도 들리고.. 암튼.. 별로 였음.

체크인 하는데 조식여부 나중에 말하고 싶다고 했더니 엄청 윽박지르시더라구요 체크인부터 아주 기분이 상했어요 방은 괜찮은데 창문 열어놓으니 너무 시끄러웠습니다.

장점 -걸어서 한섬해수욕장까지 10분 정도 소요 -주변에 편의점, 식당 등 이용 시설 많음 -추가 요금 없이 조식이 룸서비스 됨 -PC 사용하기 편리함 -스타일러가 있어 옷 관리가 편함 -월풀이 있어 피로 회복에 도움이 됨 단점 -창문에 검은 코팅이 되어 있어서 답답함 -주변에 술집이 많다 보니 취객들이 많이 보임(고성방가) -조식이 룸서비스 된다는 점은 좋으나 맛있진 않음

체크인 고장에서 고객응대가 너무 불친절하고 짜증을 냄. 전반적으로 모텔수준. 조식 서비스도 품질이 낮음.

건물옆 호프집과 편의점 때문에 좀 시끄러웠습니다

I would recommend Picasso Hotel for any traveler that is looking for a budget accommodation (or booking last minute trip on a holiday weekend like us and had very limited mid-priced hotel options). While most of the staff did not speak English, I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. One of the men working (who spoke a little English) helped our group one morning when our rental car wouldn't start. He called the rental agency for us and had someone to the hotel within 10 minutes to jump start our battery. We were very thankful for his help and the rental company's quick service so we were able to enjoy our beach day with little delay. In addition to the service of the staff, I found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. My room also had a mini fridge with free bottles of water and fast in-room wifi. The only complaint that I have about the hotel was the comfort of the bed. It was a very firm, Asian style mattress. I personally prefer Western mattresses that are medium firm to soft. This is only my preference though - if you are comfortable with very firm mattresses, this should not be a problem.

가성비가 좋은 호텔이네요. 조식도 방으로 가져다 주고, 양말도 주는 곳은 처음입니다. 방음이 약간 아쉽기는 하지만 전반적으로 만족해요.

조식포함이라 좋았어요...우리일행은 브런치예약을 한게 있어서 패스했지만 방까지 가져다주는 조식서비스는 좋으네요!!

조용한 분위기에 편안하게 보낼수 있었고 주차시설도 좋았으며 특히 아침식사를 숙소로 배달해 주어서 편안하게 식사를 할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 만족합니다.

시설이 깨끗하고 조식이 간편하게 한식,양식으로 구분되어객실로 직접배달 제공되는점이 특이하였고 인근 천곡동굴,묵호항등대등 관광지와의거리도 4키로이내로 접근성이 양호하였으며, 호텔바로앞에 24시편의점이 2군데나 있어서 이용하기에 편리하였음.

시설도 깨끗하고 아침 식사 제공이나, 방에 노트북, 스타일러가 있는 것은 너무 좋았습니다. 그런데 저희가 밤 11시 쯤 도착했는데 여직원분이 별로 친절하지 않았습니다. 그리고 방 방음상태가 매우 안좋아요~새벽 3시에 옆 방 떠드는 소리 때문에 깼는데 거의 새벽 4시 넘어서까지 계속 들리더라구요... 피카소 호텔 서비스는 매우 좋고, 가성비 짱입니다~그러나 예민하신 분들은 신중하게 선택하시길 바랍니다.

주차장이 넓어 주차하기 편리하였고, 룸 내 공간이 넉넉하여 가슴이 탁 트이는 기분이었다. 조식으로 양식이 제공되어 좋았고, 실내 시설을 리모델링하여 깨끗한 편이었다.

청결상태, 서비스 모두 좋았어요. 아침에 직접 조식을 주셨구요. 조식종류는 선택하여 주문했어요. 대접받은 느낌입니다.

룸과 화장실 등 전반적으로 청결했으며 특히 조식배달 서비스가 맘에 들었습니다. 재방문의사 있습니다. 주변에 편의점과 식당이 근거리에 있어서 이용하는데 좋았습니다.

시트는 타인이 사용한것같은 얼룩이 그대로 남아있어 너무 더러워 사용을 할 수 없을 정도였음. 조식으로 제공되는 그릇이 너무 지저분한 느낌이 들었음.

급하게 하루 전날 잡은숙수였지만 기대했습니다.도착후 처음에 봤을땐 외관이랑 내부는 깔끔해보였는데..막상 방에 인터폰은 아예 되지않았고 연락할일이생기면 핸드폰으느 대표번호로 전화하라고 하시더라구요..화장실은 문도 잠기지 않았으며..침대는 아래 기둥이 벌어지고 부러질듯 기울어서 불안..아슬했습니다.(매트리스는 편안햇음) 방에 있는 시계는 약이 죽어서 시간도 멈추어있고 테이블은 더러워서 물티슈로 닦아서 식사했습니다. 내부에는 욕조가 없었고 외부욕조는 호수에 물이 새고 크게 관리가 되지않아보였습니다..그리고 더 높은 건물들이 있어서 외부욕조는 프라이버시 보장이 안되서 있어도 그림의 떡같았어요 .. 수영복 챙겨가는것말고는 가운도 없어서..벗고 나갈수가 없음ㅋㅋ밤에 잘때는 바람이 세게 불어서 엄청 시끄러웠어요(옥탑..) 고급스런말이 루프탑이지..그냥 옥상 놀리기아까워서 급하게 하나 만든것 같은느낌...엘리베이터도 8층에서 내려서 계단으로 한층 짐들고 오르락 내리락 해야했구요..조식도 먹고 아래층으로 내려다놔야했어요.춥지안게 잔것말고는..조금 많이 실망했습니다. 더 신경써서 객실 관리해주시면 좋겠어요 직원분들은 친절하셨습니다..쩝

청결상태가 좋으며, 아침식사가 직접배달되어 편한하고, 스타일러가 구비되어 아침에 새옷을 입고나기는 기분좋은 출근이 되었습니다.

Great hotel! Nice front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable. Customer oriented. Will stay again if I visit the east coast.

Decent stay. They have LG dry cleaning/odor removal/drying machines in the rooms. These were useful and rejuvenated all of our clothing. We were unhappy that there were several body hairs on the bedsheets. The sheets were clean and smelled fresh, so I presume the hair may have come from overloaded washing mashines not being able to outflow all debris. Breakfast was okay, but not worth getting up for (unless you're on a tight budget). Bathtub was nice, and the stay was decent overall. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and didn't mind that we checked out late. There's small room for improvement, but a worthwhile stay.

너무좋았어요~원래는 1박코스였는데 프론트에 계시던 여사장님도 넘친절하시구 좋아서 하루더 연장했어요~조식도 넘 맛있었어요 조식주실때 깜짝 놀라긴했지만 그래두 웃는하루시작이 되서 좋았어요

2인 조식이 가능하지만 혼자 출장이라 낭비하기 싫어 양식으로 요청. 아침에 문 부술듯이 두드리고 한식으로 접수됫다며 그냥 먹으라는 식. 안받음. 밤에 창문을 다 닫아도 밖에서 떠드는 소리 적나라하게 들림. 시끄러움. 체크아웃도 안했는데 편의점 갔다온 사이 연박인줄 알았다며 멋대로 방에 들어와 창문 열어두고 나감. 이게 제일 이해 안됨 ㅡㅡ. 출장 다니면서 처음으로 후기 쓰네요. 앞으론 안갑니다.

방 깔끔해요

전체적인 시설과 친절도는 좋았습니다. 위치: 동해시내 번화가 근처에 위치해 있어, 주변 변의시설에 대한 접근성은 좋습니다. 주변에 있는 많은 호텔/모텔들로 저녁시간에 유동 인원이 많은 편이었고, 덕분에 조용하지는 않았습니다. 시설: 호텔 시설은 관리도 잘 되고 있었고, 청결도 괜찮았습니다... 다만, 호텔성격이라 단점이라고 하긴 뭐하겠지만, 욕실/화장실이 별도 문으로 공간 분리된것이 아닌, 개방형 구조라... 가족들과 함께 숙박하는데, 다소 당혹스럽기도 했고, 불편하기도 했습니다. 참고하시길. 조식: 양식만 가능했고, 객실로 전달해 주시는 점은 좋았습니다만, 아침마다 전달해 주시는 시간에 일어나서 받아야 한다는게 좀... 투숙객이 원하는 시간은 아닙니다. 오해 없으시길. 양식의 구성은 그냥 소소 했습니다. 지리적 특성이긴 하겠지만, 성수기와 비성수기의 가격차이가 상당한것 같았습니다.

객실 크기는 크지 않았지만 침대는 편안했고 묙실에 꼼꼼하게 챙겨 놓은 물건들에 기분이 좋아졌어요. 방에 스타일러가 있더라구요. 이거 있는 호텔은 첨 본 듯. 조식이 훌륭하진 않았지만 방에서 아침 먹는 기분도 좋았어요. 걸어서 주위 돌아다니면 볼 수 있는 것도 많구요 큰 펀의점이 두 개나 있고 천곡동굴도 가까와요.

깔끔하게 청소해주셨는데 시간이 지나고나니 욕실 냄새가 났어요ㅜ 구조적인 문제인듯 해요ㅜ 윗층에 쿵쿵이들이 있었던 것만 빼면 편하게 잘 잤어요ㅎㅎ

시내가 인접하여 먹거리, 놀거리에 손색없고 도보로 가까운 곳에 한섬해변이 있어 바다를 보거나 물놀이하기에 좋습니다. 호텔로서 기본적인 구색은 갖추고 있으나 모텔급이라 보시면 될 듯 합니다. 전체적인 청결상태는 보통이며 특히 에어콘 청결상태가 제일 아쉬웠습니다.

시설은 좋습니다. 조식도 만족하고, 직원분들도 친절합니다. 다만 호텔앞이 술집이라 너무 시끄러워 잠을 잘 못잤네요.

Hotel was near a lot of food place and shopping areas, 10mins from the beach depending which on you go to. The room was okay, nothing special. But for the price can’t beat it!

위치가 좋아서 체크인하고 걸어서 맛집이나 술집을 다니기가 아주좋았고 친절했으며 청결해서 좋았음. 단점은 창문이 너무 작아서 답답했음.

호텔 수준의 숙소는 아닙니다. 쾌적할 정도로 좋진 않지만 하루이틀 출장으로 묵기엔 무난한 곳입니다. 젤 낮은 grade 방을 선택한 건 아니었는데 생각 보다 욕실 청결상태가 좋지 않았어요. 샤워부스가 따로 없이 욕조 안에서 샤워를 해야 하는데 물도 안빠지고 뭔가가 욕조에 묻어 있기도 했고요. 전반적으로 만족하진 못했어요. 상중하 중 중정도의 숙박시설입니다.

아주 좋음. 젊은이들이 많은 거리인지라 좋고 호텔로 들어가도 조용하게 좋네.

Good location in the hotel district of Donghae, walkable to many restaurants and cafes. The bed is quite hard and the bathroom is dated with no large bath towels. Noise from other showers and a little from outside is mildly annoying, but overall value/price met expectations.

Good size, clean and comfortable room. Not walking distance to both intercity and Express bus terminal. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom, even little too small.

We've arrived at late night and stayed the room which is at the end of the corridor. The seats and the room was clean, however it smells like cleaned with the chlorine bleach after someone smoked... (I had a feeling that we were actually staying a downgraded room at the floor..) You can ask a breakfast at the front desk when you checked in. They will get you a meal(imo-the chicken soup was more like the rice soup) next morning. And a club? nearby the place, sometimes it's too loud at late night.. :( we were supposed to stay 2 nights, checking out Monday.. but eventually we left after a night stay, too tired to stay longer. If you need a sleep and a meal, i'd say the cost performance was acceptable.

The room was great, very clean and modern, but despite the fact that I had booked the room for three people I still had to ask for an extra bed. Not an easy task given that the staff spoke no English. Also, according to the instructions in the room we were supposed to have breakfast delivered to our room, and yet nothing appeared. Still, as long as you don't need the staff to do anything for you, it's a great hotel. Conveniently located for buses to take you to various tourist spots and with lots of great places to eat nearby.

Check in was easy, and the hotel had everything we needed. The location was good, but everything was a bit dirty. Our bed was very hard, and pillows uncomfortable. It's clear that smoking is allowed in all the rooms because you can smell it fairly strongly in the rooms and hallways. Our room was hot and stuffy as we couldn't find the air conditioner controller. We only stayed one night, and left early the next morning before breakfast.

Traditional Korean hotel, great service and very clean! Only note is there was no door to the bathroom area, but since we were traveling with just our small kids it wasn’t a big deal with the open concept. Definitely would stay again!

A great hotel for a decent price. Close to beaches and surrounded by convinent stores which appeared to be open 24x7. There are a lot of fast food restaurants and other restaurants serving local food around the hotel. We used the Donghae train station for travel. A taxi to and from the station to the hotel would cost around 3800krw (3-4USD). Staff is freindly and they are at the front desk 24×7. Language won't be an issue for communication. They serve light breakfast with a choice of two korean type meals around 7.30 to 8.00am. You can ask them to bring it to your room if uou want. There is an espresso machine at lobby which makes decent coffee with fresh beans. Positive 1. Service 2. Cleanliness 3. Location Negative 1. No closets 2. PC was old and running XP 3. Some guests still smoked in the rooms making Corridors smell like smoke

Very quick check in. Breakfast was included and delivered to the room for around 7:30am (no choice in timing). The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The mattress was quite firm, but okay for a night or two. There is a free computer with printing available in the lobby as well.

This is located along the "motel strip" of downtown Donghae with two mini marts nearby to the hotel. Breakfast is provided, brought to your room, it's alright but nothing fancy. The staff was very helpful but only spoke in Korean. The room was clean and pretty well maintained, though some wear and tear has taken place.

I rented the rooftop bungalow and I have to say that the hotel was perfectly fine. The amenities were all clean, including the outdoor picnic tables. The computer inside the room was old (running on Windows XP) but functional, and the wifi signal was strong. The hotel offers a simple breakfast, delivered to your room from 7:30 to 8, it was a kind of mix of Korean and 'western' with a rice porridge, cherry tomatoes and a sweet bread. Nothing fancy, but filling. The staff was helpful and nice, but not English speaking, something to bear in mind. We did have a view of the ocean from the roof, but I cannot say if any of the regular rooms have any such view.

Heard this hotel was one of the nicer ones in the area. Main complaint is that the beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, hotel was clean and staff helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, with big bottles of skin care for guest use. Wifi in room was ok in the afternoon but became unstable past midnight. Breakfast was room service and if you don't open the door when it is delivered, it will be returned to kitchen (which was what happened to us). Staff spoke very little English so we had some difficulty asking for our breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the lobby serving freshly brewed coffee, a pleasant surprise indeed! Considering the price we paid for the room, I'd say it is value for money.

The location is fantastic close to restaurants and convenience stores etc. but that's it! The service from the front desk is sadly poor and most unhelpful, I should say, they are not willing to do anything that you ask. The room....... ... You will be happy if you are a heavy smoker! No such as non-smoking rooms available. Cleanness??? Just grab a Dettol spray and antiseptic wet tissue and clean up the room yourself. And remember, Do NOT order breakfast it's absolutely not worth to put all the effort to wake up for that!
