Staff was great however, hotel was not what is portrayed on the websites pictures (expedia). Facility and rooms are very old, room had an odd smell and extremely noisy! Very dissatisfied with expedia and the overall experience.

The front office staff and security Guards are very caring and helpful. They make you feel welcome. I will continue to reserve for this hotel. I been a customer for a long time.

The property is older. It was extremely clean though it is in need of exterior painting. Limited electrical outlets I had to unplug a lamb to charge my phone. There is a room air conditioner unit and ceiling fan. I found it just slightly difficult to maintain a constant temperature. The hotel does host a restaurant. The selection was good and portion size was plentiful.

Needs to upgrade the rooms to old

This Hotel is nothing like pictured. Smelled really bad as soon as we walked in. The service was not friendly at all. Unfortunately I was not able to cancel and get a refund . Definitely do not recommend it.

We liked the historical aspect of the property. We liked that there is private parking. We liked the lobby area. We liked how close to the border it is. We liked that check in was super quick and check out was ever faster. We liked that check out is at 2pm. We liked the complimentary breakfast. We did not like the carpet stench in the room. The old carpet made the room feel dirty. We did not like that the AC was not on and the room was super hot. The shower area was super slippery. There is a flood border in the entrance of the bathroom and we tripped on it several times. The elevator was functional, but scary. When it would stop on the third floor, it would be like an inch below the floor level. Lastly, the restaurant only had one waitress and she was cashiering too, the service felt super slow.

The hotel is very nice inside, outside could be a little bit deceiving needs a little bit of painting and maintenance, but the room was very clean and everything was working perfectly, I would prefer a little bit more darkness in the room because the shades don't cover completely from the outside light, and when I sleep I like the room to be very dark.

I like that its near to border and that it offers free breakfast. Its near many good spots to eat and entertainment is around the corner at the Mexicali Rose. The staff was very nice and friendly also.

It's a very good basic night sleeping. The cover picture of the hotel looks definitely like they use filters the outside of the hotel does not look nothing like that. It looks a lot more rundown. The pictures included in Expedia are pictures of them all but the mall is nowhere near the hotel. The hotel is right on the border you're going to experience a lot of people on the street and a lot of pharmacies and taco stands. If that's what you're looking for it the price is right and it's a clean place to sleep. I should have spent a couple more bucks and went into town more

The best feature of this property is its proximity to the port of entry, it is literally steps from the the entrance into the U.S. it is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants .

Todo bien solo que es un poco ruidoso en la calle no pude dormir bien

Hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y hasta ahí puedo decir pues está viejo, un poco sucio y descuidado las habitaciones. Se supone que tenía el desayuno incluido y por ser día festivo ya no lo daban pero si lo cobran. En fin cumple el objetivo de su ubicación como conveniente.

Todo estuvo regular, no como en otra ocaciones, la mayoria de las veces es un pequeño problema ver tv porque en la mayoria de los casos, imagino, que los huespedes anteriores a mi sufren El mismo problema, y desconfiguran la programacion de la tv, con ESO de los dos controlled, en fin, se a Vuelta un problema, pero ese dia, el verdadero problema fue la calefaction, que no funciono, y fue una Noche tremendamente fria. Y la recamatera, previendo, que no habia calefaccionofrecio llevarme una cobija, la cual no protegia del frio nada. No me gusta dar malas calificaciones, porque siempre e tenido muy buen servicioen hotel del Norte, pero esta Ultima vez, si fue un desastre. Gracias

Según yo llame al hotel el número que aparece en google y me dicen que se podía hacer check in antes de la hora sólo pagando un poco más pero no un día ni nada de eso ni siquiera mediodia pero una vez allí el del lobby me cobró un día entero extra solo por entrar 6 horas antes teniendo bastante disponibilidad y mintiendo claramente

Very well maintained hotel considering the years of service, it is clean, and affordable. Staff are friendly and there is always parking available no matter what time you arrive. Security on site 24/7.

the elevator definitely needs fixing, staff was exceptional very friendly and super helpful. The entrance and side entrance a bit dangerous for elderly people as we took our mothers and one was using a walker hard for her to get up on the high step.

I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions i love the fact that the restaurant is on site the staff is also very helpful the rooms have been updated and they have English channels on the tv which was not available in the past the complementary breakfasts are very good and thehome made tortillas are to die for

The estay was good, but the service was not. The reason is because they provide a breakfast service, but was not available at the time I was need it. I was waiting at 7am because is the time they open the restaurant, but they said; “it was not available”. I asked them if I could sit and wait until they were ready. They said; “NO” that I needed to leave and come back later. I insisted in staying, because it was already 7am and the restaurant open at 7am, but the waitress refused me to stay and continued to say; “NO, YOU CANNOT STAY BECAUSE WE ARE NOT READY” I requested to talk to the Manager but was not available at the time. I decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

Nice and beautiful hotel

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It took almost 5 mins to get hot water for the shower, and then it only lasted for 5 mins. The split system for cooling didn't work; I was too tired to try to switch rooms. Overall, it was just OK, but I won't be booking again.

The staff was amazing no complaints on the aspect however the property had mold on the bathroom walls, the door. Looked like someone forced their way in the room and the carpet smelled like humid.

It was very humid in the room, our things all got wet and heavy because of this. it was very noisy from the street and the windows did not open. for two nights it was bearable. There is a very good restaurant on the first floor with tasty and large portions! it is a big plus not to look for something in the neighborhood

Несмотря на высокую стоимость, отель очень грязный, все старое. У нас в номере стояло кресло у которого снизу болталась какая-то оторванная тряпка. В шкафах для вещей валились какие-то грязные вещи и гладильная доска без обшивки одна доска осталась....

What I really enjoy most, Is the hotel staff, since you walk into the property, the front desk staff greet you in great Warm way, but not only the people at the front desk, the whole hotel staff Is always so friendly and helpful. They are simply the best!!!!!. That' why when I visita muy family, I look for a room there, for more than three years now.

The room is dirty,they no change the sheets ,the sheets are full of hair, the room had food on the floor, but we went to the front and they sent someone to change the sheets, but the cleaning is terrible
