Le camere forse un po’ datate, ma è tutto in ristrutturazione quindi è comprensibile. Alcuni clienti che nella spa facevano chiasso.

Very good location, convenient parking and absolutely luxurious wellness facilities. Part of the hotel has been renovated, while another part is older. The wellness area in particular is really excellent – an indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, a hot tub and two modern relaxation rooms. The food and half-board option are good. Breakfast has everything you could need, and the pancakes are absolutely fantastic! If you choose half board, you have a fairly rich buffet with appetizers and vegetables, followed by three courses. The food is good and heavily focused on traditional Trentino mountain cuisine. If you stay for a whole week, however, it can become a little repetitive, and you start to miss some classic Italian dishes. I also really like their philosophy. You order your dinner using your mobile phone by scanning a QR code, and you can order drinks at the bar in the same way. I really liked this system. What I find absolutely outrageous, though, is the price of beer – €6.50. The same applies to the wines they offer. They are mostly ordinary brands that you can buy in a supermarket for €7–8, while the hotel charges €20+ for them. The older rooms do not have air conditioning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively.

L´accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et du service restauration. Plat variés et très bon. Superbe spa et piscine extérieure chauffée. Chambre très propre avec belle terrasse et vue sur la piscine. Essuie et serviette changer chaque jour, j'ai trouvé cela très agréable. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel où tout n'était que plaisir.

Un papier toilette de meilleure qualité. Une boîte de mouchoirs dans la chambre. Le porte-clés avec la clé est beaucoup trop lourd et encombrants. Ce sont des détails qui pour moi pourrait être amélioré, autrement tout le reste était parfait ! C'est pour cette raison que j'ai mis un 9 et peut-être la prochaine fois indice si c'est trois choses changent 😉

Abbiamo soggiornato la scorsa settimana all'Hotel Ariston con la famiglia e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L'albergo è molto ben organizzato e estremamente pulito, ma il vero punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio lo staff: il personale è straordinariamente disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire assistenza immediata e a venire incontro a ogni esigenza degli ospiti con il sorriso. Un valore aggiunto fantastico è l'organizzazione delle attività sul territorio. Durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo approfittato delle loro proposte prenotando due giornate in e-bike e un'esperienza di rafting, tutto a costi decisamente competitivi e ragionevoli. Ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo persino deciso di prolungare la vacanza di un giorno! Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo margine di miglioramento, segnalerei l'assenza di un termoarredo acceso in camera, che sarebbe stato molto comodo per far asciugare i vestiti bagnati dopo il rafting o le escursioni. A parte questo piccolo dettaglio, è stata una permanenza fantastica. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Colazioni e cene ottime e abbondanti, camera confortevole. Pulizia ottima. La Spa e piscina, una piacevole parentesi alla fine delle escursioni quotidiane.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla qualità del cibo, al personale, e a tutti i servizi che ha offerto la struttura.

l’acqua delle piscine un po’ troppo fredda…Dovrebbe essere riscaldata poco di più e diventa perfetta.

Lo staff rende tutto il soggiorno piacevole. Sono pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Il cibo è spettacolare e molto variegato Il servizio in sala, grazie a Lena, è perfetto. Lei è molto simpatica, attenta e professionale Le escursioni organizzate sono comodissime, grazie anche al transfer incluso che permette di spostarsi senza prendere la macchina. Le guide Giuseppe e Sebastiano ed Alessandro sono davvero competenti.

Se dovessi trovare un pelo nell'uovo, direi che la stanza doppia è un po' scomoda non avendo vere e proprie finestre o balconi per far arieggiare come si deve. Ma la pulizia era perfetta e la camera aveva tutto il necessario

Piscina fuori dalle aspettative in foto . Troppo rumore troppi bambini e ragazzi nella spa piscina inaccessibile per lasciare spazio ai ragazzi anche se non era una piscina da gare di nuoto. ..camera vecchia .esporto qualità prezzo pressoché scarsa

Mooi hotel met geweldige wellness faciliteiten en buitenzwembad. Heerlijk avond eten met ruime keuze en vriendelijk personeel. Je zit in een mooi dal waar veel te beleven is als je van actie houdt. Rating, klimmen, wandelen, Fietsen, downhill parcours voor mountainbikes en goed aangelegde fietsroutes langs de rivier.

De standaard tweepersoons kamers zijn klein en vindt ik de prijs kwaliteitverhouding niet ten goede komen. We hebben voor een ruimere kamer gevraagd en deze uiteindelijk ook gekregen. De driepersoon kamers zijn ruime twee persoonskaters die voldoen aan de normale standaarden. Daarnaast is er een nieuw gedeelte met kamers met airco. Als ze alle kamers zo zouden inrichten dan was het een 4 sterren hotel waardig.

Der Aussenpool war ein Traum. Und über den Tag verteilt nicht überfüllt. Der Sauna Bereich war sehr sauber und ebenfalls nie zu voll

Unser Zimmer war im alten Gebäude. Da war es nachts schon sehr warm, da es auch keine Klima im Zimmer gab. Personal war manchmal sehr streng mit den Kindern, zb Aufenthalt im Sauna Bereich, oder Zeiteinhaltung im Aussenpool.

tolles Salatbuffet, hochwertiges Essen, sehr schöner Spabereich, freundliches Personal.

optiomierungstipps: personal könnte sich allergien und ernährungsweisen merken, wie zb kaffee mit hafermilch jeden morgen. Leider muss man dies selber aktiv fragen.

De wellness was verrukkelijk en veel luxer dan verwacht. En het ontbijt heerlijk voor ieder wat wils en heerlijke kazen en andere streekproducten.

Pool und Spa Bereich war neu und schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Abendessen bei Halbpension war optisch schön aber für unseren Geschmack eher nichts gewesen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem kleinen Dorf. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Tankstellen im Ort. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren zu jeder Zeit sehr nett! Großes Lob an den Koch - er hat immer gestrahlt! Der Spa Bereich war sehr groß und wirklich der beste den wir je gesehen haben. Es gab Obst und leckeres Vitaminwasser. Dieser Bereich wirkte wirklich sehr hell, sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenpool ist beheizt und hat eine Whirlpool Funktion. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Sauberkeit - unsere Bademäntel waren leider dreckig. Auch die Handtücher die man bekommen hat waren nicht immer sauber. Im Restaurant gab es jeden Abend ein Menü das man per Handy auswählen kann was sehr gut ist aber die Auswahl ist für Leute die nicht alles mögen sehr schwierig. An einem Tag war alles super lecker und am nächsten Tag hatten wir Schwierigkeiten überhaupt etwas zu finden das, da das Menü schon sehr speziell war (auch andere Hotelgäste hatten diese Schwierigkeit)

L’ambiente accogliente e pulito, la disponibilità del personale sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare, e la SPA, davvero fantastica e rilassante.

Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. In particolare, il phon in dotazione non era molto funzionale e andrebbe sostituito con uno più efficiente. Inoltre, il letto non era particolarmente comodo, essendo composto da due materassi singoli con lenzuola e coperte separate.

Wszystko. Dosłownie wszystko. Przepyszne jedzenie, możliwość wypożyczenia sprzętu na miejscu. Skibus pod wejściem do hotelu. Strefa relaksu była idealna w każdym calu. Personel bardzo pomocny, wszyscy życzliwi.

Struttura piccola ma completa: buona la posizione, con servizio navetta per raggiungere la cabinovia Daolasa lasciando l’auto al parcheggio dell’albergo. Comodo anche il noleggio dell’attrezzatura sciistica. Personale cortese, Spa bella ma un po’ troppo affollata.

Bagno vecchio con doccia piccola in plastica e phon a parete poco potente. Al buffet mancava la descrizione delle varie pietanze, qualità del cibo media. SPA troppo affollata, per i clienti del’albergo é spiacevole trovare troppi clienti esterni alla struttura.

The food was okay and there was a variety to choose from, but after a few days it felt a bit repetitive and not very exciting.

Jedzenie było przepyszne i czyste zadbane przestrzenie jak i pokoje.

W zasadzie tylko pokoje i łazienki wymagają odświerzenia, ale wszystko było czyste i zadbane a atmosfera, jedzenie, miła obsługa, cudowne spa rekompensują starsze pokoje.

Location requires some travelling to slopes but ski bus parks in front of the hotel.

La mia stanza nn era calda . Nonostante abbia richiesto aumento di gradi ma nulla . Poca chiarezza nelle informazioni.. bagno molto vecchio privato di riscaldamento...

Wygodny materac, pokój skromny ale czysty, odnowiony. Bezpłatny parking. Przyjemna strefa spa. Śniadanie ok, plus za możliwość przygotowania świeżych soków.

Zapach chloru wyczuwalny w hotelu na częściach wspólnych, dość drażniący.

Excellent location, in front of ski bus transfer. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Cozy rooms which would benefit from renovation. Great beds. Excellent spa area and premium outside pool with extra hot water. Free parking and good WiFi.

Bathroom needs renovation. Provided hairdryer is absolute and needs urgent replacement. Swimming pool policy which allows children only till 18:30 is not good for skiing season and should be updated to at least 20h so families could spend some time at swimming pool whit their children after skiing.

The Room, required a bit of upgrading in term of soundproof, couldn't sleep well because of the noise from others rooms , not normal to hear next door neighbour everytime they flush them toilet or shower...
