Another holiday at the Zest, can't recommend it highly enough and will be returning in June. The hotel is right on the beach, the rooms are spotless and spacious (with tea making facility), sheets and towels are changed every two days. Excellent breakfast with great choice of food. You can have lunch and evening meal at the Rocca restaurant at the hotel or go to many of the other places to eat along the seafront. The dolmus (minibus) stops outside the hotel for the 25 minute journey into Bodrum. The hotel can arrange for a taxi pick up at Bodrum airport for independent travellers. Many members of staff have been here for years which is a recommendation in itself. Thank you Victoria and Mustapha for another wonderful stay at the Zest.

The cleanliness, scenery and friendliness of staff

It's difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff, too many dogs, a bit uncomfortable. The water wasn't hot enough at times.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 week and we never had a dull moment. Everything was so smooth from the moment we checked in until to the last day. Staffs are so easy to talk, very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is scrumptious. Our room was facing the pool and the sea is overlooking. It was a lovely view. Our room’s balcony is huge and very relaxing to spend some time sitting and looking around. This place is perfect to those who want to relax and enjoy their vacation. Not a typical crowded place. Pool is clean and everyone can stay there as long as they want without getting any itching. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely book at this property again when we come back Bodrum. A lovely stay indeed!

Amazing property. Very clean, right on a sandy beach, and great staff. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every second of it.

Great hotel on the beach which provide sun beds for guests use. Checkin was efficient and we were given the rooms previous requested. Bathroom was a decent size with a lovely walk-in shower. Rooms were serviced daily. All areas were spotless and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was a continental buffet but you could order a cooked breakfast. Good menu selection and meze. We ate at the hotel several times but also tried other restaurants along the front. We caught the bus into Bodrum and enjoyed a great lunch above the harbour and below the castle. Good shopping in the covered market. Highly recommend this hotel and if in the area would certainly stay here again.

We were so lucky to book at Zest. Not knowing the area we went on the great reviews, and how right they were. Great boutique hotel with modern comfortable rooms. Immaculately clean and run by a great team led by Vicky. Added bonus, the in house restaurant was superb. Thank you Vicky for our stay, we’ll be back to see you soon

Relaxing stay in a modern, clean hotel. Little bit of maintenance needed to rooms but very pleasant and one of the few hotels open so early in the season (late April)

I liked the location and the beakfast .

In the summer season I think it could be quite noisy .Also the stray dogs are noisy at night by the constant barking .

The place is absolutely lovely, the room was so spacious breakfasts are very traditional and delicious. Loved the balcony; I had the view to the beautiful swimming pool.

Nothing to say, perfect place

excellent especially because this was not a touristic season. So we enjoyed the entire beauty of the water, beach and the facility. Great staff; helpful and polite highly recommended

Staff very nice and professional both in the hotel and the restaurant. Room elegant, fresh and clean. Maybe next time they will create a corridor between the reception and the restaurant and put something on the pavement to avoid slippery rain. Because I want to go back!

I initially booked this accommodation for my sister and I ended up visiting later on. It was comfortable and clean.

My sister ordered a fruit juice and paid on the spot. Unfortunately on the checkout day she was asked to pay again. She didn’t keep the receipt to prove it paid and they didn’t believe that she paid for it, it was charged to her room for second time, staff kept arguing about a lousy fruit drink.

We stayed 3 nights at Zest in a family suite, Yesil Limon, whose balcony faces the boardwalk and the beach. The room was very well designed, clean, spacious, and pretty much perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous and the restaurant is quite good. The beach/sea is also super clean. We will re-book it when we visit Bodrum!

We came to Zest for some much needed rest, and Victoria and her team went out of their way to give us the best holiday ever. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the forethought that went into the room design. Every day upon returning to our room to grab our beach gear after breakfast, we walked in to spotless, freshly mopped floors and fresh towels and amenities. We had a few unusual, challenging requests, but Victoria went the extra mile to help us out. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The in-house restaurant’s food was also excellent. The magic of being so close to the beach cannot be exaggerated.It was comforting to see that all the personel seemed happy to work there and that they’re well looked after. We look forward to returning to Zest and we’re recommending them to others every chance we get.

The hotel was right on the beach, great breakfast, great staff, nice pool.

Location wasn’t very central to Bodrum, bed wasn’t too comfy. Music blaring from about 3 venues until 1am, which I found a little odd as it’s not a party location and tends to cater more to families and older couples.

Zest is very well situated with a lovely pool and beach front. There are lots of options for restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful and when I was not feeling well went the extra mile to help us source some medication. The pool is great and we loved our week at Zest. We had a great time. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff kept the common areas spotless.The room was a good size with plenty of storage space & a nice terrace to sit on. Aircon worked well. The resort itself was very laid back with a good selection of restaurants & beach areas.

Honnêtement je trouve pas que cette hotel mérite la note actuel a part la situation juste face a la plage. Une chambre en sous sol avec une méchante odeur de renfermer de plus cette hotel est tres loin en réalités de Bodrun centre 30min en taxi et encore sans gros trafic. Une piscine ou ce battent 3 chaises longue et un parasol.

The best Hotel in Bodrum to stay… best beach…awesome cleanliness…good big room… very warm people all over in Bodrum..Owner Mr. Mustafa and Victoria were very warm..polite..helpful and fun loving couple..the Waitress at the Rokka restaurant serves with lot of care…Reception was very friendly..Best vacation till date… best hotel in the entire ortakent area… beach is so calm and clean…missing Bodrum..infact were depressed to go to Antalya after such a lovely stay at Zest…will come again

The Zest is a gem of a hotel on the coast to the west of Bodrum. This was our seventh visit to this hotel run by Victoria and Mustafa. If you are looking for a holiday with friendly staff and good service, nothing is too much trouble - this is the place. The rooms are spacious and kept spotless. Linen is changed every two days and beach towels are available daily from reception. We can only repeat what the previous reviewer has said. • Warm friendly service • Attention to detail • Great food • Perfect location – right on the beach - you can sit with your feet in the sea • Quiet and authentic area – not commercial or too busy • Light touch of engagement and interaction • Continuously clean and tidy • Great value The hotel can arrange for a taxi from Bodrum airport at a very reasonable price. We are returning with friends in September for a week prior to a Gulet cruise, and will hopefully be there again in 2024.

Given that this is our third trip to this hotel and our fourth to the area - that hopefully speaks volumes about what we think of it. Victoria and the team continue to do a remarkable job of making guests stay here idyllic. Beautifull big room and bathroom with aircon conveniently around the corner not blowing on the bed. Great bedding. The access to the beach is unbeatable - so much so that we never used the pool !

I would have liked a discount eating dinner at my own hotel - we got better dinner deals at the surrounding hotels and restaurants. There isn't village within walking distance - not the hotels fault but would make me think twice about booking here again.

Bathroom was smelly all the time. The parking was just on the street at the rear of the hotel. The entire time we were there we had no hot water we had just above cold showers very poor.

Excellent small hotel! Management and staff all unfailingly polite, helpful and pleasant. Modern, well equipped rooms which were exceptionally clean and with large comfortable beds. Breakfast was substantial and the choice was very good. Would definitely stay again.

The location was nice easy access around the place the beach is literally outside the hotel everything you needed was there we loved it.

We were pleased with our stay at Zest hotel for two nights. Room was modern and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They parked our car for us as street parking was very tight in front of the hotel. Beach was wonderful as was the breakfast with a cook making whatever type of eggs or omelettes you want. One minor issue was the music coming from a next door club in the evenings but it stopped around midnight. Other than that it is a very good place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed at Zest Exclusive hotel and spa from 21.08.2022 to 26.08.2022 at double delux room with one bed. The hotel is comfortable, everything is designed and arranged with good taste, there are a lot of flowers everywhere inside, flowers and trees at the territory, natural materials... There was an indirect sea view from the room. The beach with comfortable chaiselongs and ambrellars is in two steps from the hotel through the promenade. Breakfasts were included in the price. They were very tasty and fresh, with good veriety of dishes and are offered from 8 to 11 o'clock, so you may get your breakfast at any time within this frame. Coffee is paid separetely. The restaurant is very good with very smart veranda at the beach. The staff is very polite and pleasant at the hotel, at the restaurant and at the beach.

The live music from the nearby hotel Herodot started at about 9 o'clock in the evening and went on non stop till 12-30 or even late at night. So, this was very much annoying and we couldn't sleep till the end of this "concerts". We always like to sleep with open balcony, but have to close it and put on the conditioner, and even in this case it was difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect, beach front with own beach. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location with lots of good restaurants.

Zest Hotel is just amazing place to stay. Next to the beach.The staff is very polite and helpful. The Rocca Beach Restaurant has a lot of options on lunch and dinner menu. You can enjoy swimming and enjoying the lovely food in this place.I have visited this place since 2020 and I will definitely come back again next summer.Many thanks for their smile face and kindness to the manager Nurettin,to Remziye and all the waitresses. We stayed for five days. Everything was PERFECTION. Immediately upon walking in you’re greeted by someone in the front. The hotel itself is very clean and conveniently located. The rooms are decently large with nice views and plenary of complimentary amenities. The staff are super helpful and kind. With anything and everything they pulled through. The complementary breakfast was really good and you could tell everything was fresh. The hotel has a private beach that is absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view of the sea. For the price, this place is super underrated. Easy five stars for me. I highly recommend you come for your stay in Bodrum, Turkey.

ZEST is extremely well located at hte seaside of ORTAKENT near Bodrum. Parking behind the hotel and the sea just near the promenade with acces to the swimmingpool and the lounge/restaurant under the threes. Lovely. We had the room on the first floor, northside with a balcony , calm and where the evenng sun was sweet . Clean, Airco and the 24hour staff with a smile and at your service all the time. Bravo!

Satisfactory good location next to the sea

The hotel is one of the best in Bodrum. Regardless of its stars, it is a high quality, boutique hotel. It is not just clean, but also hygienic. The staff is very very welcoming, helpful. The facilities (including the seaside and restaurant) are very good. But above all, it is a very relaxing place. Literally you can sit all day and feel totally well-rested. And last but not least, the hotel is not greedy. So Zest makes you feel good. Highly recommended

A beautiful hotel with the homely feel. The ambiance calm, serene and Aegean waters touching feet to welcome. Very well managed brilliant staff ever ready to help with a bright smile. Specially to thank the help lady who made our stay comfortable clean to the point of spic and span. The views from rooms magnificent. The lady owner always happy to help and best of advice given. The chef cooks yummy food in fact at breakfast the exclusive collection of cheeses jams and savoury Turkish offers hearty meals An exclusive place indeed to rest relax and get pampered by their spa, massage along with Turkish hamam. It was offered by the staff with a great deal and manage to serve 💯. The massage person umami’s is a hem there who fabulously provided best of relaxed massage. They say it’s exclusive and have proven it exclusive Not to miss beautiful dog friends and cats who I dearly miss given me joy and happiness on arrival and through out the stay. They even came to say goodbye. The beautiful marmalade their in house cat was so adorable. Miss you all Thank you everyone from the Zest exclusive for making our stay and holidays special

What a lovely stay we had! Victoria introduced herself and was very friendly as were all the staff. Very clean, lovely room and shower with a very comfortable bed! The Christmas lunch at the restaurant was a taste of ‘home’ and it was lovely to hear conversations I could understand! Very accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast too! Situated right on the beach front with lovely views. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😁

Right on the beach

Fantastic location right by the sea. We had Room 107, a suite, well worth the money for the sea view and extra space. It was spotless and the bed and sofa bed very comfortable. A good sized fridge stocked with drinks as a mini bar, not too expensive. Only a little disappointed to see paper cups, no mugs or glasses . Breakfast was beautifully presented and of good quality. Think we will return in the Summer for a longer break.

Deniz kenarinda olması, plajı olması çok güzel. Tek eksik yanı otoparkı 2 araçla dolmuştu kendime sokak arasında yer buldum. Bunun dışında tavsiye ediyorum. Personeline de ilgilerinden ötürü, özellikle Ahmet beye teşekkür ederim.

Genel olarak güzeldi. Otopark yok ve sokakta nispeten park sıkıntısı var. Otelcilik mezunu ya da dönem arası stajyer gibi gençler çalışıyorlar ve bunu destekliyoruz canı gönülden ancak mesela başlarına kokteyl yapmayı bilen, bu çocuklara öğretecek birini koysalar, hem müşteriler için olumlu hem de işletme için olumlu olur. Çocuklar da kokteyl yapmayı öğrenir. Mesela resimdeki içki Tequila Sunrise. Bir kez içmiş bir kişi, bunun bu şekilde servis edilmeyeceğini bilir. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi, odalar güzel ve temizdi, buzdolabı biraz fazla küçüktü ama iş görüyordu. Banyosu da rahattı. Sahilde otele ait alan var ancak Bodrum'un geneli gibi şezlonglar nispeten sıkışık ancak şemsiyeler güzel ve geniş. Denizi Yahşi denizi; güzel. Otel ve çalışanlar hijyen ve korona kurallarına dikkat ediyorlardı, takdir ettik. Bodrum'a gitsek yine gideceğimiz bir otel ancak ince dokunuşlar olsa iyi olur. Muhtemelen civardaki en iyi işletmelerden bu arada. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Beautiful location, right next to the beach.

Das hotel war sehr sauber. Das personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich war im märz dort. Es war natürlich kein Badewetter, aber trotzdem war der pool gereinigt. Ein sehr angenehmes hotel zum Entspannen. Besonders der Spa Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hamam, Massage, Sauna. Alles was man sucht gibt es. Und die machen es wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Banyoda saç ve kıl vardı. Üstünkörü temizlenmişti. Onun dışında odanın dekoru ve konforu gayet iyiydi.
