The staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. However, my stay was affected by several issues with the room facilities, which resulted in me having to change rooms three times. I appreciate the staff’s assistance, but the hotel should improve its room maintenance and facilities to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

Parking banyak dan luas. Lokasi juga tepi jalan aje. View dar bilik puas hati cantik.

Cermin bilik berlumut dari luar. Tak boleh menikmati view luar dengan baik. Kolam juga ada beberapa bahagian yang crack, utk safety sepatutnya pihak hotel tampal atau baiki bahagian crack tu. Paling tak ok, semasa checkout tiada bellboy. Pihak hotel maklum memang tiada belboy bertugas. Jadi kena ambil troli sendiri. Untuk hotel yang paling gah di Pekan, hal ni memang nampak tak ok utk servis. Harap pihak hotel dapat baiki kelemahan yang ada.

Didn't know the pool was open for non hotel residents. no more privacy and the pool becomes packed plus the pool towels are always empty and need to wait long.

The hotel should be maintained more better. There was significant damage to the walls, particularly the ceiling plaster (showing signs of leaks and yellowing). The bathroom lighting was too dim, and the room's carpet had an unpleasant odor. The hallway lighting was also rather gloomy.

Excellent service and great food! Every staff member we encountered at the front desk and the restaurant was professional and kind. The dining experience was a highlight—the breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the à la carte dinner was delicious. We also ordered room service, and I was impressed by how punctual they were. The food arrived perfectly on time and was still hot. Will definitely come back!

However, the only downside was the kids' pool. There are visible cracks which can be quite dangerous for young children. I really hope the management fixes this for safety reasons.

Staf rata-ratanya mesra. Dapat bilik menghadap sungai jadi kurang pencemaran bunyi pada waktu malam.

Maintenance kurang: masa mula2 naik lif bau wangi sebab ada pewangi automatik tapi bila masuk je bilik terus bau hapak karpet, mungkin karpet tak pernah tukar dr awal hotel beroperasi, terpaksa beli febreeze untuk kurangkan bau busuk. Comforter dgn bantal pun ada bau kurang menyenangkan/tidak wangi. Tingkap bilik pun banyak najis burung tak dapat nak nikmati pemandangan luar. Air conditioner punya control panel tak responsif, dah tekan2 pun tak dapat ubah apa2. Berkesempatan untuk sahur di hotel, lauk2 rasa ok cuma sayur goreng tu dah ada bau semacam dan bila makan pun ada rasa macam nak basi. Ada banyak lalat buah (?)/serangga terbang hurung makanan buffet sampai ada yg dah jatuh dlm sos salad.

We spent one night here on our way back to KL. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good.

As we only spent one night, we didn't have any real issues other than how the meals are served. And we noticed this in other Malaysian restaurants, where meals are brought out regardless of whether the other guests meal is ready. So I had finished my meal before my husband's had arrived (despite waiting 10 mins before starting).
