Provider-sourced guest reviews.
I liked the size of the swimming pool and for the fact they gave us a room on the top floor with a good view of the whole of Changde
When leaving they had to do a security fee of around £200 after my stay which was fully refunded but the money returned a week later, so keep in mind if traveling after staying here.
The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel
The staff is very helpful and friendly
Just so so
Bathroom is spacious, quiet bar in the lobby was a great add-on in otherwise crowded China
Although the room was paid in full they reqeested a deposit.
Breakfast was fine, quite good choice from local cuisine, location of the hotel was good and meet all my expectations.
Front desk personnel need to improve English communication skill
The breakfast is really good The staff is amazing and very helpful The railway station is 15min ride
Nothing
Staff services inclusive cleaners are very polite and helpful. Facility e.g. printer is good. Very good location with mall besides hotel. Room is clean.
Breakfast fried rice and noodle too dried and not hot. Morning was woke up by noisy outside room where people pushing trolley or luggage or closing nearby door.
Great old style hotel, perfectly kept in good condition, for sure best in Changde. Very nice area around hotel, nice rooms, good buffet
Nothing much
Comfortability and great location, good value for money.
