A lovely stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would have been good to be able to book parking in advance. I requested it and all worked out fine but not sure why it couldn't be locked in. Breakfast was delicious.

Personnel de l’hôtel professionnel et très sympathique. La responsable nous a bien renseignés concernant le tourisme et l’itinéraire pour se rendre aux hortillonnages et acheter quelques macarons d’Amiens. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la literie confortable, je recommande vivement !

Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée. Nous avons vu un parking payant aux abords de l'hôtel, lorsque nous avons demandé pour pouvoir se garer il nous a été demandé de nous garer dans la rue. La chambre est un peu petite,les ascenseurs aussi 2 personnes max Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Amien is surprisingly urbanized and industrial. There are a heavy number of non French groups of men loitering at tourist locations blocking the entrances. Not friendly to tourists or casual travelers especially alone.

The bathroom smell of sewage. Top ring of loo had black marks. Staff didn’t bother giving us more details about the area. Entrance hotel dirty.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, les conseils pour un stationnement gratuit à proximité, pour les restaurants et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Great location.

Only stayed for one night in August. The room has three single beds, no space for anything else. Unload was easy as you can pull in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a good choice for us.

Prijs kwaliteit is prima in orde. Kamer is klein maar schoon en goede bedden. Stopcontacten zitten wel op onhandige plaatsen en handdoeken waren wat smoezelig. Prima hotel voor een nacht op doorreis.

Not the best first impression as the member of staff had two people he knew to the side of the desk who was distracting him as he started to check us in. The room was good and quiet, but a little small.

Brilliant easy and nice breakfast for a short stay

Lucky to get parking outside entrance. Reception quick and easy. No problem with our dog made very welcome. Ideal position in the centre of the city. Goid breakfast

L‘Hotel si trova in un ottima posizione per arrivare in centro e sul lungomare, ma la città non è un granché anzi è davvero brutta l’unica zona un po‘ carina e‘ il lungomare con i parchi e gli chalet.

Lors de ma réservation j avais adressé un message resté sans retour malgré une relance.. A mon arrivée le receptionniste s en est excusé. Je regrette juste que ma demande n ait pû être prise en compte de ce fait..

C est un peu vetuste.. Les lits simples pas confort quand on est seule.. oreillers Beaucoup trop épais a mon gout..et le sèche cheveux ne sèche pas grand chose Pas mal de bruits dans les couloirs car les murs sont fins ( j entendais parler ma voisine de chambre )

Good: Great location, short walk to town and decent restaurants. Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff (even in English !). Well placed to see some of the WW1 battlefields and cemeteries. Adequate breakfast. Good value. Not so good: you have to go to the reception first to get the pass (10€ per night) for the underground garage, the assistant on the intercom at the garage entrance doesn't speak any English. You have to reverse out park, check-in, get your pass then park. The car park has VERY narrow access both in and out. The hotel parking is on the third floor down. I drive a Toyota CH-R and it tested my driving skills ! It requires reversing to set the angle to get round some of the bends.

Hotel fine, parking a bit grim. 3 floors down, no lift, however it was secure…just a bit creepy! Facilities in hotel were good, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room, good size

plus de restauration comme avant pas d apéros ni de bière au bar ce nais pas comme c a que l on fait du chiffre le personnel est très agréable et un peut de chaleur dans les chambres serais bien, grand changement par rapport a ABIS si ON VEUX FERMER L HOTEL C EST DANS LA BONNNE DIRECTION SA SERAIS DOMMAGE EN PLEIN CENTRE VILLE

Accueil pas réelement aggréable; matelas très dure , pas du tout épais genre sur-matelas .Parking réservé et pourtant donné une une autre personne , alors que nous avions reservé le matin même car je suis handicapé .

Chambre propre, petit déjeuner au top en plus y a des jeux dans la salle de restauration, personnel accueillant et compréhensif, on reviendra 😊

Hôtel tout à fait honnête et correct pour un court séjour. Propre, bien entretenu. Seul bémol, nous l'avions choisi pour son parking qui est très vite plein et il n'y a aucune information là dessus. Il est impératif de prévenir à la réservation.

Super séjour en centre ville, nous avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser de véhicule, tout à notre porter, un Superbe marché de Noël, hôtel calme, propre, avec un très bon accueil, parfait! J'y reviendrai sans hésiter

For hotel, staffs are very good. But, parking system is not kind and poor.

DOMMAGE QUE LE CHAUFFAGE NE REMPLISSAIT PAS SA FONCTION CAR LA CLIM A CETTE SAISON N'EST PAS ADAPTEE. Problème aussi avec les grooms de fermeture des portes de chambre qui trouble le sommeil.

Nice clean B&B/hotel, and ideally positioned for exploring Amiens centre

No frills room but clean and everything worked as it should! Charging points conveniently located beside bed and plenty of easily accessible sockets. Very comfortable bed. Shower was great too. Only issue was the underground car park - apparently you need to collect a ticket from the hotel first to access. It’s on a busy road so stopping there wasn’t easy. Also there is a height restriction in the car park.

Very nice spontaneous stay and stop overnight. Basic clean room, nothing to complain about. Breakfast option good value too.. nothin fancy, but works. The Notre Dame cathedral is short walk away (very nice) and Jules Verne’s house bit further away. Good choice!

Terrific hotel, nice and easy. Centrally located. Huge comfy bed and great shower at a reasonable price. My third time here l think and hopefully not my last.

Helt Ok rom uten noen spesiell luksus, det var heller ikke forventet. Bra frokost. Parkering averterte de med, men den måtte vi ordne selv, betalt gateparkering.

Practical, clean, quiet accomodation. Staff was very helpful, gavw good suggestions for restaurants and breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. This hotel gave value for money.

Friendly reception staff and easy check in. Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to the major attractions of the Cathedral, the biggest and most impressive in France, Le Musee de Picardie and a bit longer to Les Hortillonnages. Also a good base for visiting the memorials of the Somme. Breakfast was a nice buffet and typically French.

I found it rather odd that the City Tax for 18 people had to be paid individually for each room and not all together, luckily my card provider allowed me to pay for them all separately. The room could have done with hand towel in the bathroom. Otherwise conveniently situated for us and quiet.

On my first trip to France, this is the first lodging where I stayed. The staff were very helpful, speaking English, but also encouraging me as I practiced French. This may not be the fanciest lodging, but it's within walking distance to the Cathedral, shops, museums, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the bed comfortable. I liked this place so much that a week later, I stayed there when I visited the Somme battlefields. Most of all, the staff made me feel very welcome, and I appreciated their professionalism and kindness.

Nice budget hotel in the centre of town

The hotel didn’t have our reservations (or couldn’t find it), which made the check-in rather long. The hotel room is pretty basic and the beds are not the most comfortable. The common areas are in need of refurbishment.

Good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Well located for walking to the cathedral, cafes and station.

Very misleading as further from the cathedral than advertised. Rooms tired and very small for two people. Rooms hot even in March and to noisy if you have a window open. Breakfast choices poor and not enough if you were later in. Staff not interested in helping. Very expensive for what you get.

Hotel situated in a downbeat area - burger joints etc but it was close to the town centre. The parking was awful. No instructions provided in advance - it was necessary to go to reception first, to get a parking card, then return to car park barrier. The parking was 3 floors down without a lift and so unsuitable for many. The room was clean and basic but small - no tea and coffee facilities so it offered less value than Travelodge in the Uk.

Hotel situated good. Walking distance downtown. Picked the hotel because of private parking - garage was very old and three levels down and no elevator.....parked on the street instead.

good location rooms a little cramped though - basic hotel, which on reflection seemed quite expensive. Parking OK though, once you obtain the ticket which you have to do from the front desk before you can enter the car park

Good hotel, we were pleased with the check in process and COVID-19 policies in place. Staff were friendly and location was excellent.
