Cama grande y buen colchón. Habitación grande para una persona , baño ducha amplio , con champú , gel , etc . Neverita y aire acondicionado . En recepción hay máquina café molido para cortados . A 5 minutos a pie del autobús que te lleva desde la terminal de bus o tren . Y lo mismo para ir a la Hahoe Village, donde recomiendo ver espectáculo danza y mascaras que era de 2,00 a 3,00 pm. En recepción te dan datos y horarios y bus a Hahoe.

El check out es las 11,00 de la mañana . Salí temprano a dar paseo y volví sobre las 9,00. Me habían sacado el equipaje , y había una señora de la limpieza 😮. Protesté con educación y me trajo de nuevo el equipaje hasta las 11,00. Tuve que retirar del carro de limpieza mi botella metálica de agua porque no la había llevado con el equipaje . Por lo demás todo bien. Y no merece la pena ir al puente que está lejos, fui andando casi una hora , volví en bus. No tiene ningún atractivo .

A decent hotel for the price. The interior is a bit dated, but it has everything you need and is fairly neat. It's located in the city center, close to many restaurants, bus stops, and a market. The staff is polite and friendly.

Great location right in the centre of town. Kettle and fridge in the room, powerful hairdryer. Blackout shutters kept the room dark in the early morning. Spacious room with plenty of usable surfaces.

The mattress was abysmal quality and very uncomfortable. The shower didn’t run hot even when at highest setting. Questionable cleanliness in bathroom - bars of soap and toothpaste there which looked to have been used by other people. Used hairbrushes in basket in the room 🤮 No large body towels provided.

Bon emplacement, en plein centre d'Andong, mais pas de nuisances. Juste à côté des magasins, de la rue des restaurants et 2 arrêts déservis par de nombreux bus à proximité. Service d'hôtel complet avec nettoyage de la chambre quotidien et room service. Le personnel de l'accueil est très gentil et serviable.

Le style de la déco, mais c'est un détail. Un peu sombre et vieillot.... Et l'eau chaude qui était limite froide.

Somehow the floor heating was on and couldn’t be turned off. We ended up using the airconditioner to counter the warmth of the floor heating, kind of silly.

하룻밤 자고 나서 허벅지 뒷쪽이 빨갛게 붓고 너무 가려워서 죽을거 같아요. 빈대인지 진드기인지 모르겠지만 침대시트 위생이 좋지않은거 같아요.

We found this hotel in our Lonely Planet guide and when we booked, the price for the family room was only ~ 50 EUR for us, which was a great deal. It was spacious and, in our experience not very common for Korea, it had working blinds... so the room was actually dark at night. The location is right in the centre of town, only finding it and parking can be difficult at first.

The beds were kind of hard for us. The floor in the bathroom was wet all the time, maybe some issue with the drain?

출장으로 안동을 가게되어서 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소를 찾다가 안동호텔에 머물게 되었는데요,입지조건은 좋았으나, 주차부터 생고생을 했네요. 다음 날 씻고 나가려는데 물이 안 나와 세수만하고 급히 나갔네요. 다음날 제차 앞뒤로 다른 손님이 주차를 하도록 내버려둔 나머지 아침 출장길에 차 빼느라~ 다음엔 좀 더 나은 숙소를 잡아야겠어요.

Room was different from my reservation, but they forced me to pay additional charge for the room I reserved. I had to wait to use hot water for twenty minutes. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Very little warm water but otherwise very comfortable and convenient for the town center on foot and for buses to the bus/train terminal and nearby sites.

The bed was very firm, like no give but I still slept well. Had to call for checkin which was a challenge due to international phone number shenanigans. But the staff were excellent, hotel was clean, and the location was amazing. Also the bathrooms are full wetrooms and that was a bit of a surprise!

가격대비 좋습니다. 주차장이 좁긴하지만 발렛 해준답니다. 중심가라서 복잡하긴 하지만 구경거리 먹거리 가깝습니다.

근처 편의시설이 많아요.

청결,친절,물품구비,가격,위치,주차공간 최고입니다. 단점이 딱 두가지인데 바닥난방이 약하고 조명이 어둡네요. 한겨울 피해서 가면 더할나위 없는 좋은 곳입니다

오래된 호텔입니다. 예정에 없던 여행중 일박을 했어요. VIP룸, 6층. 안동 도심에 위치- 호텔 주차장이 만차일 땐 근처 공영주차장에 무료 주차됩니다. 침대 크고 전기매트 깔려 있어서 따뜻하게 하룻밤 잘잤어요. 근처에, 맘모스 빵집, 찜닭골목, 전통시장, 버거킹, 등등 먹을거리 풍부해요. 하루 정도 묵을 땐 가성비 좋습니다. 추천해요.

CY ( 20.10.23 ) There was located in central area in Andong, I didn't check hotel review, so I was failed to choose hotel. I chose this hotel, the named "hotel" and price, and I believed there was hotel. But there was just motel with motel price. I didn't understand why I pay more price thought online booking about 15%. So I asked staff why more expensive? The answer was simple, because of online booking fee. I think I was fooled. In this mood, I felt terrible on my Andong trip. If there introduced "Motel" and same price online and offline, there was above normal reputation. But this two point made me there terrible hotel.

주차장 진입이 막힌 골목길 끝이라서 미리 로드뷰를 안보고 갔으면 당황할 뻔 했을 것 같습니다. 옆의 식당과 주차장을 공유하므로 간혹 주차할 공간이 없을 수도 있습니다. 가족들 수에 맞는 방을 잡았는데 vip 룸이라 적혀있더군요. 실내에는 컴퓨터, 발맛사지기, 선풍기 (에어컨 외에 별도로..), 공기청정기 까지 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 화장실 등을 보면 새건물은 아니지만 깔끔하게 관리를 하고 있는 것으로 보이더군요. 무엇보다 욕조가 넓어서 좋았습니다. 코로나 때문에 애들을 워터파크에 못데려갔었는데 나름 거기서 물받아놓고 쉬게한걸로 만족하더군요. 인근에 식당도 많고 해서 위치는 좋습니다. 아무튼 저희가족은 넓고 편하게 잘 지냈습니다.

숙소의 위치가 안동 시내 중심이어서, 명소들에 접근하기가 아주 좋았습니다. 객실 청소 상태는 아주 좋았습니다.

객실이 너무춥고, 새면대 배관은 부식으로 망가저서 작동이 안되며 물도 안내려 가고요, 욕조도 없으며 명색이 호탤이라는 곳이 오래된 동네 여관방 수준이라 돈이 아깝다는 생각이 드네요

スタッフがリセプションに 一人、用件が有り、リセプションに行くも、不在。暫くして、上階から降りてきたが！ 客が少ない時期故 少数精鋭主義か？ 英語での対応が 全くダメ。

안동역과 인동찜닭 골목이 있는 구시장이 가까이 있어 교통및 쇼핑이 편리하고 주변에 맛집도 많이 있습니다. 호텔은 규모는 작으나 깨끗하고 조용하며 찾기 쉬운 곳에 위치하고 있습니다.

安東市の中心部でロケーションは良い

Excellent location. Staff friendly, but very little English. Easy navigation from train station. Decor is a bit weird, but not objectionable. I will probably stay here when I return to Andong in future. I was quite happy. Nearby ice cream place, Achgara, is amazing!

モーテル風だと言うことは口コミで知っていました。24時間チェックイン可能と書いてあったのでいつでもフロントに人がいると思っていたら、実際にはホテル内にはいてもフロントにはいないので電話をしなければならず、フロントに内線が繋がる電話機もなかったです。 チェックインの際、たまたま通りかかったホテルの方？(英語不可)がフロント入口のKeyを持って来て中に入り、フロントのガラス窓の内側(フロントの外から誰でも取れる場所)に置いてあった私の名前が書かれたポストイットが貼ってあるKeyを見つけ、これではないかと渡してくれたので電話をせずに済み助かりました。 チェックアウト時も同様でしたので、フロント窓の内側にKeyを置いて出ました。 滞在中、数回外出した際もフロントに人はいなかったです。 たまたまかも知れませんが、こうゆう状態なのであれば事前に知っておきたかったです。 それ以外は、立地は申し分なく、部屋の清潔感もまあま良く、Wi-Fiは良く繋がりました。

급히 떠난 가족여행이라 가는 중에 검색해서 당일 저녁 예약하고 한시간 후 숙소에 갔는데 인터넷과 호텔측의 상호 소통 문제로 방이 없다고 하여 처음에 너무 당황했어요ㅠ근데 호텔쪽에서 다른곳으로 잘알아봐주셔서 방구하기힘든 주말에 숙박을 무사히 했습니다. 안동문화의 거리 안에 있는 호텔이라 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 근처에 음식점도 많고 볼만한곳으로 이동하기도 편했습니다. 다만 시설이 호텔급은 아니고 모텔같아요.그래도 가격 대비 좋았습니다.

A friend and I book the VIP twin bed bedroom via Agoda.com. When we arrived, we checked in and went to the room. Instead of giving us the room advertised, they had given a standard room with a double bed. *Side note: this room was absolutely filth. This is clearly a love motel with bodily stains on the bedding and people's personal left behind. Thinking that they made a mistake with our room, I went downstairs and explained that they gave us the wrong room. The manager stated that the Agoda website sells their too cheap so we only deserve a cheap room. The manager then said we should pay double for the vip twin room. Travelling on a budget, this wasn't an option. Even after showing our confirmation receipt, the manager continued to ask for more money. As I'm travelling with a mate, sharing a bed with him wasn't desirable, so we asked for a lower grade twin room or just a refund. The manager then said the only twin room available is the vip room and we need to pay extra for it. In addition, she claimed that cant offer a refund and if we left for another hotel, she would consider us as a 'no show', meaning we would lose 100% of our payment. I spoke to Agoda over the phone and they deemed that the hotel is scamming us for more money and breaking their contractual agreement between Agoda.com and themselves. They asked us to leave the property regardless of refund or not as they will now seek our money back on our behalf and take appropriate action against this hotel for their misconduct. So while this hotel might seem good value or even cheap online, don't believe it. They will ask you to pay the rack rate or give you a room that is nothing similar to what you originally booked for.

Slightly old-ish place. The person at the reception was really helpful, making the booking for a jjim dak place for us (and the jjim dak place was not mentioned in social media but a great place nevertheless). Provided various tips about famous places nearby. The high street / mall is right next to the hotel and the traditional market and jjim dak street very close by.

보편적으로 좋았던것으로 기억이 됩니다만 엘레볘이터 내부 시설면이 흠이많았던것으로 유난히 기억이 나네요

We booked a room early in May at this hotel through Agoda for one night in October, knowing it would be during the busy International Mask Festival. Agoda confirmed this reservation on June 7th, as coming from the Hotel. However, we had not received directions to the hotel or any other information, so we made some attempts to reconfirm through emails to the hotel and Agoda, and neither responded. Finally, at the end of September, we engaged the help of the President of the South Korean Student Travel Agency to inquire and confirm. He called and was informed by the hotel that they had cancelled the reservation and informed Agoda to contact us. No communication was ever given to us by Agoda or the hotel. We were able to get a reservation at another hotel (just barely through Expedia), but after the supposed date of our stay, Agoda sent us a survey on how we enjoyed our stay at the Agoda Hotel. Unbelievable! Travelers should avoid and boycott both the Andong Hotel and Agoda. They are unreliable, and, in my opinion, dishonest.

Stayed here for 3 nights. We had a VIP Room. The decor was tacky. The bathroom was dated and there were some personal items of previous guests left behind. The worst thing was the bed; it was like sleeping on a bag of cement. Noisy A/C wasn’t very conducive to a good nights’ sleep. Location is very central though.

위치가 참 좋은곳입니다

I'm sure this hotel is at a different address/location than show on map, and would have been a nice place but Looking for refund. I used a korean GPS, Waze and Google maps. All 3 went to address on website and could not find hotel. I called to get directions. Ad says speaks engkish but only korean. Ended up getting another hotel. I have a large truck. Ad says RV, bus, truck parking. There is no way a RV could even get to area where gps/street location is at. Area is walking street only area with extreamy narrow side roads. Im use to that living in korea but no way an RV or person towing goes through.

Wir buchten ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett, ein soganntes VIP Zimmer. Die Einrichtung bestand aus eben jenen Betten sowie einem riesigen TV, 2 PCs und einem Kühlschrank. Die Matratzen waren US persönlich zu hart. Das Hotel selbst bietet kein Frühstück an, aber in den umliegenden Cafés oder im nahegelegenen Supermarkt bekommt man genug zu essen. Das Personal spricht leider kein Englisch. Der Fahrstuhl schließt sehr schnell und reagiert nicht auf eine Hand oder einen Gegenstand in der Türe. Vorsicht ist hier also geboten, vor allem wenn Kinder mitreisen.

급해서 잡았지만...주차가 너무 안좋았어요ㅠㅠ 심지어 이날 공용주차장은 무료로 개방되어서 주차 출차 하는데 30분넘게 걸리고 싸우고 난리나고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 결국 차 겨우 대놓고 택시로 다녔네요 ㅠㅠ주차다시하기가 무서워서..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ 호텔 시설은 좀 오래되었지만 그래도 청결하게 관리해주시는편 차없이 가세요

안동국제탈춤페스티발에 다녀왔습니다. 행사장에서도 멀지않고 시내곳곳에 열리는 행사를보기에 아주 좋은숙소였습니다.조용하기도 하고요.

위치적으로 안동 시내관광을 위해서라면 최적의 장소입니다. 안동 명물 맘모스제과, 한우골목이 바로 100m내에 위치하고 저녁 시간 활용에 좋습니다

Hotel moto vicino alla stazione, facile da trovare, raggiungibile agevolmente a piedi. Personale affabile ma non sa per nulla l'inglese. Camera con grande letto e cuscini arredata in modo opinabile, eccessiva, ma in fondo piacevole. Buona pulizia. Servizi con bidet incorporato nel wc, gestito elettronicamente, la prima volta che li vedevo. Letto con materasso riscaldato (d'inverno deve essere proprio freddo qui, eh). Apparecchio a fianco al letto per il massaggio dei piedi. Nel complesso notte tranquilla e confortevole.

가격이 저렴한 메리트는 있지만 시설은 별로입니다. 특히 체크인을 할때 호텔닷컴으로 미리 예약을 해서 그런지 모르겠지만....호텔닷컴으로 했다고 하니 한찬 키를 고르시는 것 같았으면 결국 시설이 아주 안좋은 방을 배정받은 느낌이었습니다.

What more can you ask of a hotel in a place like Andong? What I mean by that is, this is not the stop where you seek a lux resort; likely it is a one night stop-by, either to check out the local flavor of the town, use it as a jump off point to tour some of the local attractions, or you are, like we were, there for the Mask Festival. The location is great- right on a walking street, which leads to the local covered market and the retail shopping district. Perfect walk-around place, right from the hotel lobby if you want to do a little exploring easily. If you are there for the Mask Festival, it is a short 10/15 min walk to the festival grounds, very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and offered toiletries and in room as well as free in lobby coffee, always a bonus for me ( big time coffee lover lol ). All in all, an excellent budget traveler's hotel.

The Andong Hotel is a Grand Dame indeed but still has charm. The room has all the amenities, i.e., nice tv, toiletries, fridge etc. The beds are quite firm but I didn't find that a problem. The bathroom (and the room itself) were very clean of not a bit dated. The staff were excellent and did everything in their power to make sure you were comfortable. There is free Internet but I found it difficult to connect at times - try the other room numbers when hooking up. Laundry is available for 10,000 Won for one load, wash and dry. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station and very easy to find - there's a tourist information booth just outside the station as well to show you the way. It's very close to the market (where I highly recommend you try the Andong chicken) and all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
