Ikos hotels are the best hotels in Greece! I would compare them to an all inclusive Ritz Carlton. I don’t think there is no other all inclusive in the world they offers you bottles of champagne and high quality wines in the price you pay! Bravo ikos! Well done!

We had a fantastic one week stay at the Ikos Olivia. All was beyond our expectations, wonderful food, great accommodations, incredible staff, and utmost attention to all aspects of hygiene. The only faults were table service a little slow on a few occasions and difficulty receiving fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Otherwise, top vacation!

Another family holiday to a ikos resort. Beautiful resort with well kept rooms. Fantastic service and great selection of food. Only one main indoor bar, so you need to get there early in the evenings to grab a sofa. I loved the daily outdoors Pilates classes.

Everything was beautiful The gardens were tremendous The staff go out of their way to help you. And the accommodation was the best I have ever stayed in I felt like royalty

Excellent family friendly hotel with plenty of activities for the kids.

From the moment we walked in they parked our car, had us sit down, brought champagne, explained everything. All the restaurants had amazing food and service. The staff was always available to assist. Our cleaning lady Arieta was lovely.

Wonderful memorable holiday . we took our 3 grandsons 17yr 15yr 9 yr . they all enjoyed it so much want to go back next year .

This is the perfect place to come with kids. It is rare to find somewhere of such high quality where both kids and parents can relax and enjoy equally. The food and beverages make it super special - as do the staff who cater for your every need. It was just what we needed for a proper break from busy lives.

We are just back from two weeks at Ikos Olivia and have had the most amazing holiday. Beautiful hotel with great food. Our children loved the Football Academy and the Kids Club!

We stayed 10 days at the Ikos Olivia. From the arrival to the departure it was an absolute amazing experience. Lovely and attentive staff who really understand how to make your stay pleasant. It is a great choice either for couples or families. There are enough facilities that both can have fun. The food choice was for an all inclusive hotel way above standard. Especially the Asian restaurant Anaya was outstanding. It would be great if they had bands playing in the evening as the entertainment is more dedicated to families. Other than that a fab stay and yes, we will go back next year.

Best holiday ever! Couldn’t fault anything except that they still use plastic straws! The staff couldn’t be more helpful and the facilities were all anyone could ask for. As for the food and drink ...... five star plus. We are already planning our next trip.

This is an amazing resort. Superb food, service and facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All inclusive certainly means all inclusive here. We were upgraded without cost to a deluxe 2 bedroom villa with own garden and pool.

Great holiday, good system for booking meals at the a la Carter and also dine out... ground floor room with sea view was in bungalow ground floor, with gate to beach. Amazing. All inclusive includes mini bar and room service Make no mistake this is seriously good.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Great location on the beach (although sand more of a brown colour than the white sands mentioned in the advertising) and lovely clear water. Truly all inclusive and good quality and variety of food. Book up restaurant early to ensure you can go to the ones of your choice

Fantastic experience at Ikos Olivia. Staff were amazing throughout and look after every detail making your stay as enjoyable as it can be. Hotel is clean and big, lots of pools and bars to choose from and the al a carte restaurants are all lovely. Room was spacious and cleaned daily with a night service too. Would 100% recommend this hotel and we will use again

This was my family's 2nd visit to Ikos Olivia having been in its first year of opening and I am delighted to confirm that it hasn't lost any of that new sparkle. In some areas, there has even been improvements. Quality of the food and drinks remain top class and they serve up some of the best food I have had in hotels across the world. Similarly, no expense is spared on beverages with all the top brands available around the clock. One of the most noticeable improvements was the beach drinks service. It seemed I only had to move my head from one side to the other before George was right there offering any drinks and this was constant throughout our stay. Quality of the rooms were great and air conditioning perfectly controllable. On one night, we utilised the dine out option at one of the very local Greek tavernas and it was fab. Same wines available and literally anything and everything was available to order without any additional cost. Rest of nights we moved from one of the on-site restaurants to the next as we had booked majority of nights in advance. Final example of great service was for my daughters birthday, they delivered a plate of her favourite doughnuts to her room for a wake up call. Made her day!!

We could not have chosen a better holiday destination. We have enjoyed holidays in this area before including 2 at Sani Resorts. IKOS OLIVIA has raised the bar of service, customer care, food and comfort to another level. Without exception every member of staff we met took that extra trouble to make us feel most welcome and treated us like Royalty. Every restaurant served FANTASTIC A La Carte food. Children in our group were especially delighted to enjoy "ADULT" food ! We will be returning soon, We recommend this resort very highy.

Ikos Olivia is fantastic and clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful, nothing you ask is a problem. You get regular drinks service from waiter, fresh watermelon, cold towels beach towels brought to your bed. Some free activities at the beach. Great standard and selection of food at the Buffett, waiters are slow to attend to your table at the restaurant, in clearing plates away, drinks order and general service, there are more people greeting you into the restaurant than actual waiters so it's not the waiter fault. some things were missed but once repeated were brought immediately. We had a late checkout which was not accommodated for as they were at 100% capacity, we had to ask a manager to find us a room which was a bit unnecessary. But was sorted Overall ikos Olivia is high standard and would recommend this hotel the rooms were immaculate, window cleaner, grounds men, painters and decorators people rakeing the beach level every day. Massive efforts

From arrival to departure we were treated with friendliness and respect by all the staff. Every part of the complex both inside and out were immaculate. The food in all the restaurants was fresh and appetising. The beach was excellent too. In short, quite the best place for a holiday that you could wish for.

Travelled with my husband and 2.5 year old. We were there the first week of May and were lucky with glorious sunshine everyday. The food was just superb. We booked into three of the a la carte restaurants by contacting the hotel directly prior to arrival and made our two bookings (for the Asian and the dine-out option on arrival). I'd recommend the dine-out option, Anemomilos Restaurant if you want to try local traditional Greek food. Although not fancy in terms of presentation, the food is honest and delicious. The staff are just wonderful and the hotel grounds are immaculate everywhere you go. There were a broad range of fitness activities everyday except Mondays which is family day. The spa was not busy so you can really relax. The entertainment was varied for the week of our stay, and even the room service was great too. We put our toddler in the creche. The staff here are lovely, but our toddler got bored of it by the second day and preferred to be with us by the pool so we cancelled the remaining sessions which is free as long as you provide 24 hours notice. We rarely go back to any resort twice but we're definitely going to make an exception for the Ikos resorts!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Ikos Olivia. We travelled as a group with 3 little ones and requested adjoining bungalows but unfortunately this couldn't be fulfilled. However, instead we were upgraded to a Deluxe bungalow right outside the Deluxe pool in a great location near to the kids pool and my sister and family were also allowed to use the 'Deluxe' services and areas even though their room wasn't upgraded. My baby suffers from multiple food allergies and therefore I'm on a very restricted diet but Ikos Olivia was able to cater for this (gluten/wheat/dairy/eggs/nuts!!!). A special thank you to Fotini who ensured this information was available to staff/restaurants in advance, Tasos who personally met with us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He also introduced me to the Head Chef Thomas who was amazing abe told me which food I could and couldn't eat during my stay. He even made sure I got some lovely desserts as I couldn't eat most of the desserts in the buffet. Thank you to all. I would definitely recommend this resort to families with little ones and babies.

It is just like other reviews said, you can't ask more in Ikos Olivia. We stayed 5 nights there and really happy with everything except the windy weather :( Food are excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. As out flight is 10:30 pm Ikos Olivia offered a late check out because we have young children. Thank you. Will come back in the future for sure!!

What an incredible place. We loved every aspect - food, service, the room, the location.... we will certainly return! If you like good food, plenty of activities, a sandy beach, clear sea, a beautiful location, fantastic staff - you'll love Ikos Olivia. Perfect for families and couples alike.

We stayed here 6 nights at the beginning of April. From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the welcome and service were given. Also, extremely lucky to be upgraded to a bungalow with a pool! They have thought of everything, the range of restaurants, activities, the spa. All the pools are heated between 28 and 30 degrees. Would recommend booking into kids club before you arrive as it was fully booked when we arrived. We had to wait to see if everyone arrived for their booking and if after 10 mins they didn't our child could go in. They may need to review how the kids club booking works. Great holiday, everything taken care of, would highly recommend.

Clean and spacious rooms, great facilities, great food and amazing staff.

My husband, son and I had a very nice holiday in this hotel. The room was comfortable. The food was delicious. The location of the restaurants allow to have a sea view. The staff was always very friendly. Highly recommended!

'Hotel' Rooms, restaurants, general facilities excellent. In hot weather theres not a lot to do other than swim, lie, swim, lie, eat. Beach facilities adequate but are not used much. Beaches are fairly rocky in places, so hard on feet. Hence most people stay around pools. Overall though a great place to stay.

We were a party of four and all of us had a very relaxing holiday. We spent the mornings on the beach and the afternoons by the pools. In all areas the staff were very cheerful, helpful and attentive to our needs. The resurants were exceptional as was the food. There's nothing we could of changed to make this holiday better and are hoping to return in September.

What a wonderful hotel for a family with small children. Staff were extremely friendly and the whole set up is geared towards a carefree stay. Beowulf definitely stay again!

We spent a week here with our two kids aged 6&4 years old and we simply loved it. The resort itself is in a breathtaking location. The facilities are outstanding and the staff and service is impeccable. It is peaceful, beautiful and luxurious. The staff can't do more for you and always serve you with a smile. The rooms are well thought out and of a very high standard and perfect for young families. The heated pools made our holiday as the kids could swim in them all day. The kids club is free and very well equipped and run by excellent staff. The beach is clean, stunning and easily accessible. We felt thoroughly spoilt and cannot wait to return. A big big thank you to Tasos, Kallis, Thomas and the very dedicated kids club staff - In fact ALL of the staff at Ikos Olivia. I wish I could name more of them personally as it's the staff, facilities and location that make this resort exceptional. Our children had an amazing experience which meant we did too. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We cannot wait to return (Shah family) xx

Ikos Olivia is an excellent hotel with staff and service to match. Staff make you feel welcome and are polite and always willing to help. Food at the hotel is excellent, all the restaurants including the buffet had great food. Only issue is getting a booking to the restaurants is difficult. There is very little to do outside of the resort, if you wish to explore, unless you have a car.

Regrettably, our week in October was blighted by days of torrential rain. For a hotel that has most of its amenities outside this presented a problem as the indoor areas of the hotel became very busy and service was impacted as a result. The hotel adapted to this as best as they could, moving the evening shows to the main lobby as music only and allowing children to use the spa pool in wet weather. These decisions won't have suited everyone but, objectively was the best thing to do. They also arranged day trips to a local shopping centre. The food was generally very good. The buffet at flavours was excellent and we enjoyed the Asian and Greek a la carte. The French and Italian were okay - half of us had great food and the other half not so. Drinks were plentiful, nothing was too much trouble. The pools were beautiful and the general care and landscaping around the place were excellent. Rooms were well equipped, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had the use of a private deluxe 2 bedroom villa for the first night (wow) and the rooms in the main block were lovely too. The only criticisim is the pillows were so soft they gave no support and the air con was controlled centrally out of season - for me the room was too warm and we couldn't open the doors due to the number of mosquitos. The environment and attention to detail were exceptional - this is a beautiful hotel.

Lovely new hotel, fantastic food, brilliant helpful staff. Easy check in! Found it very good value for money with everything (even the mini bar) included. Room was lovely and spacious. only one downside to this hotel is location. There is nothing outside the hotel. Which was fine for me as it was a well needed break and I didn't want to move from my sunlounger, but my husband wanted to look about. I will defiantly return next summer.

We had an amazing time! The hotel is beautiful and the food delicious with a great variety. Our private garden bungalow room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff were all incredibly friendly with particular mentions to Maria the babysitter, Mardi at the pool, and Christos at flavours restaurant. My only criticism is that there were not enough grassy patches close to the toddler pool for young crawling babies to play safely off the paving.

We stayed at this hotel for one week at the beginning of September and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. You simply cannot fault the food or the amenities, they are excellent. The service in general was okay, however the drinks service on the beach was very slow, and we found the reception and admin staff to be the least helpful and quite rude at times which was a shame. The a la carte restaurants were amazing, however the only thing we found to be a little strange was that you didn't get the same waiter or waitress for the entire meal, one would welcome you and sit you down, another would take your drinks order and another would take your food order etc. Which meant that you didn't really get the time to get excellent service from any one member of staff. All in all the hotel was absolutely beautiful, but in terms of service there are areas for improvement, which is unsurprising given that this is it's first summer season.

This was our first all inclusive experience and wow wouldnt go anywhere else. Everything is catered for. It truly was amazing. The restaurants were fantastic we only tried the buffet and The Italian but it was all fantastic such high standards including drinks too. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely too.

I can honestly say this is the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. Initial mix up with room (my fault) put right but the hard working team in the reception (big thanks to Natasha). Anaya restaurant is top of our list and Greek & Italian are wonderful for sunsets (as well as food). Don't worry about pool or beach bed availability, I can assure you whatever time of the day, you will find plenty and the staff have an enthusiasm which makes you truly feel like you are on holiday.
