Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Mala atención del personal, me fueron a tocar la puerta 8:30 am para pedirme las toallas sucias. No servia el teléfono para servio a la habitación, no contaba con letrero de no molestar, y al solicitar mi factura el personal con muy mala actitud y la del servicio de consumo del restaurante no me la dieron mi factura siendo que la había solicitado desde qué estaba consumiendo el día anterior, ni siquiera la nota de consumo para yo facturar en la página, quedé muy decepcionada del hotel ya que esa cadena de hoteles siempre es muy buena. No me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026I was told the city wasn’t too safe so we decided to just arrive and have dinner and leave the next day.
Property is really old and in a very very bad shape! The pool was in maintenance but the lobby staff didn’t know until the restaurant staff told us we couldn’t access it, so there goes one amenity paid for but not usable. The lobby floor is terrible the tile is broken everywhere it’s a trip hazard, lobby restrooms are almost all none working. The rooms are extremely basic tv way too small and can’t use Netflix only old 1990s cable channels. Restaurant also was not fully working, we just wanted to order a pizza but they didn’t have cheese so no pizza available.

En el área de la alberca quizá mayor mantenimiento, ya que el agua estaba muy fría. En el caso del gimnasio están muy pobres sus instalaciones, además de que una de las caminadoras está descompuesta y sólo hay mancuernas. Quizá podrían mejorar la parte en donde está la playa, luce muy descuidada la zona.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to widespread maintenance issues. During heavy rain, water entered our room through leaking windows and/or walls, flooding the room and making it unusable. Water also dripped from the ceiling onto our luggage. We were moved to an alternative room, which experienced the same problem. A second alternative room was finally dry, but it was a downgrade to a standard king room. The compensation offered for three nights in a downgraded room was a staggering 4% of the booking price. In the original ocean-view room, the curtains were not functional and could neither be properly opened nor closed. Room cleanliness was acceptable but below expectations, with hair on the floor at check-in and visible stains on otherwise clean bedsheets. Several bathroom lights were also flickering or not working. On the second morning, there was no hot water due to a hotel-wide issue. After raising the concern, a complimentary breakfast was offered. The beach directly in front of the hotel was not cleaned and had noticeable garbage. Broken floor tiles were present throughout the property, mostly cosmetic but contributing to an overall neglected appearance. We understand that our stay coincided with strong wind and heavy rainfall. However, staff stated that the window leakage is a known issue, indicating that these maintenance problems are ongoing and not being taken care of. Overall, neglected maintenance appears to be systemic. While staff were polite and attempted to assist, the condition of the property significantly impacted our stay, and as long as the property does not receive the necessary funds for a larger fix, we would not recommend this hotel.

Si siento que le hace falta un poco más de cosas a vista en el hotel, se ve triste. El área de gimnasio le hace falta mantenimiento tanto al espacio como a los aparatos. Pero en general nosotros estuvimos muy cómodos y agusto. Todo el personal muy servicial en el hotel.

Las camas muy suaves y no pude descansar.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2024Me decepcionó mucho ya que he estado en otros HI de otros estados, y generalmente siempre son amables, pero l recepcionista de la mañana mal encarada, no sonríe, no tiene servicio a cliente y es poco amable, adicional las habitaciones huelen mal, tienen mucha humedad y filtraciones. Por último el establecimiento me hizo 3 veces el cargo que ahora tengo que solucionar con mi banco.
