Host Rachel as usual was very accommodating

we loved everything about Neptune Villas. Such a great island experience and the location is exceptional. the food and staff and villas are amazing!

Great experience! The villa was cozy and spacious with a great deck and hammock. The view is incredible. Despite some negative reviews, Las Brisas has really good food and excellent service. Two things to keep in mind: first, a rental car is a must if you want explore the island; second, if you use the complimentary SUP or kayak, watch out for the wind—it's always against you on the way back! :)

The property is very old outside. The location is remote, but the views are beautiful and it was clean.

The villa was very well equipped. I wish I had booked a longer stay. The view of Chalk Sound was a little limited but I still liked having it. The bed was soft, which I like, and the pillows fluffy. I loved dunking in the plung pool when I arrived and it was hot. The hammock was comfy too. I bought an umbrella and chair but it would be nice if these were provided. I left them behind in the closet, hopefully for future guests. The kayaks were nice too. I will definitely be returning!

I waited over an hour for dinner the first night and it appeared that the kitchen simply didn't process my order. There were also people on a table next to me playing loud, obnoxious videos. I would have appreciated it if they said something. It was so rude!

Furniture and kitchen appliances could use an update

Villas were nicely appointed and very comfortable. As location was away from Grace Bay popular area but near both Sapodilla, Taylor, and Chalk Sound. Good value comparably.

No place to walk, had to drive through a very industrial area. No staff introduction to room or availability after hours.

Our 2nd time staying here with a family of 5. Great location to get to sapodilla beach. Walkable even for kids. You can also just sit on the private cove at the other side of the pool which is great for a kayaking etc.

The Villa was spacious with an excellent equipped kitchen! The view of the chalk sound was great! Nice restaurant with good food!

Everything was nicely kept. The villas were spaced far enough away from each other, so you had nice privacy!

Rachel was terrific at check in. The restaurant staff was also marvelous. We loved our little villa and enjoyed the dinner and beaches nearby

The selection of water sport equipment was small and old and so so functionally.

There is only one restaurant and the food was not good. The food was also overpriced. The waiters (except for the waitress) at the restaurant did not want to work.

House music next door was ridiculous if at the pool and Hot water wasn’t hot at villa but loved everything else

The view from are room was amazing and the pillow top on bed was so soft. Staff were helpful and the restaurants on property were very good.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is exceptional, in a true paradise corner of the Turks and Caicos Islands, peaceful and far from mass tourism. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is stunning and never crowded, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is idyllic, surrounded by nature, turquoise waters, and tranquility. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and always attentive, which truly makes a difference. The value for money is excellent. The hotel offers top-quality amenities, including free kayaks, which are perfect for enjoying the sea. The property is also very conveniently located, just a short distance from the airport, which is ideal after a long journey. This is the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy a high-end stay in an intimate and peaceful atmosphere.

Honestly, nothing negative to mention. Just keep in mind that it is better to eat at the hotel’s restaurant rather than buying groceries and cooking yourself, as supermarkets nearby (about a 10-minute drive) can be quite expensive. The hotel restaurant, however, offers excellent quality and is very convenient throughout the stay.

Ultra quiet area, spacious villa, I loved the attached plunge pool. Having a full kitchen was awesome. Great AC and consistent wifi. Easy, free parking.

You definitely need a car to get around, the surrounding area is isolated and there isn't anything walkable nearby. Check-in and out processes are kind of weird (there's a dedicated front office but it was hardly ever open)

Awesome location right on Chalk Sound with 2 nice beaches close by. Spacious villas with plunge pool and two great restaurants right on the water.

Construction/industry noise somewhere in the neighbourhood, only noticeable at the back of the property and not the fault of Neptune.

Our villa was quite outdated (decor) and a bit shabby (cabinets were cracked , walls marked up) but it was clean

The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. There were still restaurants and the beach was even more amazing due to its calmer nature. The villa facilities were amazing!

Great location for a quiet get away but still close to the busier areas with more going on. The lagoon is awesome. Beach across the street.

I love this hidden gem. I stayed in the 3 bedroom and we had tons of space. Maid Service and the best restaurant on the island. I highly recommend this property!! Lovely cabins, extremely spacious, with private pool and terrace. Super close to our two favorite beaches (Sapodilla and Taylor). Good food at the restaurant in the property. Kayaks and paddle boards also available. Overall very good stay.

First, they don't offer shuttle service, which is a pity because we had to take a taxi (we arrived too late in the afternoon to rent a car) which is $60 for a less than 10 minutes drive. And second, the staff at the property’s restaurant was noticeably less welcoming than what we experienced elsewhere during our two-week stay in multiple islands of Turks and Caicos, which was disappointing given how warm everyone else was. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

The accommodation is a bit older, but everything is very clean and well maintained, with charming décor throughout. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The beach next to the villas (Chalk Sound) isn’t ideal for swimming, but it’s perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding — and the views are absolutely stunning. The small private pool at the villa was very refreshing, and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall, an amazing experience and excellent value for money. We would happily come back!

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi in our villa — it was unstable and quite slow during our stay. The staff tried to help, but since we were there over the weekend, a technician wasn’t available. Even our mobile data was weak in that spot. Fortunately, the internet in the restaurant was fast, and we imagine the villa connection has likely been fixed by now.

Excellent location….with the sound on one side and the ocean on the other, it is beautifully located. Villas are very private and roomy. The property has a great pool and restaurant.

We were only able to stay for 8 days! It was a great property.

staff was so friendly, food expensive but very good. we were there during Hurricane Millissa and they took good care of us. Room was very nice, cozy bed and great view. Renting a car was a must if you want to see the rest of the island. the owner was very gracious.
