Excelente atención del personal

Everything was as expected, but havent got time to use the pool, sadly. The hotel was comfy and clean

The prices for the bar could be a little better. Also, the hotsson club could have more food options

Ofrecían por un monto extra comida y desayuno en el piso siete que la verdad la relación calidad precio no es buena, no vale la pena

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotsson Querétaro. It's alongside a busy highway at the edge of the city, with no sites of interest nearby, so it doesn't look too promising.. But it's just a short ride from the bus station, and about a $5 taxi or Uber to the center of town, or a half-hour by local bus, with a transit card. There's an enormous Chedraui supermarket a ten-minute walk away. Rooms are comfortable, with the usual toiletries and amenities expected at a business-class hotel. We found all of the staff agreeable, and the front desk gave us a late checkout with no hassles. The pool is small, but it's well heated, and it's mostly sheltered from the wind in the cooler months. The food was a pleasant surprise: many dishes available at breakfast, and creative dinner options. We ordered the sábana de pollo (a large chicken filet rolled over fillings with avocado and bacon flakes) , then ordered it again the next night. It's worth it to upgrade to the executive floor for the included buffet breakfast and evening drinks and snacks.

La ubicación del hotel, ña ubicación de la habitación, la vista pésima desde el piso 2, debajo de una lona y centrada a negocio de venta de autos. En la reserva no mencionaba pago extra para por ir al restaurante del 7mo piso

La reserva ya se encontraba pagada mediante Booking y al llegar me.volvieron a cobrar, comentaron que el pago que se hizo con booking lo devolverían y nunca fue así.

Excellent stay, rooms are clean and nice, very quiet and relax, staff are nice and attentive, easy parking on site, it really is very enjoyable to stay here, looking forward to come back one day...

Mr. David from hospitality team was a great help and kind hearted person. Asked, served like a king. A true Mexican, I would highly recommend of him meeting when you are here. a very humble soul.

The hotel was excellent and would stay again the next time. Location was convenient with The HUB and Grocery store next door.

The frontal desk staff wasnt very friendly but it was OK! Room service was great a room’s amenities were great!

The rules for laundry service are not clear enough. I'm not sure what day of the week to offer the laundry service can eliminate unnecessary fees.

I had 3:30 am wakeup request to catch early flight. NO WAKEUP as REQUESTED!!! Thankfully I engaged my cell phone alarm, JUST IN CASE!

Clean and safe hotel at good location. Great value for business travelers. There is a modern Shopping mall close to the hotel. Use of taxi may be needed if you like to experience Queretaro's old town.

The hotel was average, the breakfast , food was missing and had to wait to restock , slow services

I paid for the room rate for 10 days when I checked in, stayed for 5 days, checked out on August 22nd, but so far I have not received a refund for the room rate (it has been almost a month), sent multiple emails to the front desk to inquire about the refund progress, no response

Overall ws good, only problem is that our sooms where too close to the are where the breakfast and snack at served on the 7th floor, so we would here noice late and early.

There is a lot of room for improvement staff wise, especially the front desk

The staff are really exceptional…Especially Ms Teresita really went above and beyond for all of the many requests we made of her. The hotel is very well kept, very clean and really great rooms. The food offered here at the hotel was always delicious and top Quality. I highly recommend HS Hotsson Queretaro.

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. It was FABULOUS! Will definitely stay there on our next trip back. Everything was so beautiful and clean!

I felt very safe and comfortable! Service was very good and staff was friendly professional and polite . Only one small observation is that the pool could be a little cleaner and give better maintenance but it was still enjoyable.
