Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere

Tyynyt voisi uusia.

It was great location so accessibility is great!

Stayed for 4 nights but my towels and sheets were not changed. Even though we called to get it done. I paid so much for one of the nights nearly 600 aud and the room was not cleaned. Very disappointed with that

Todella hieno paikka ja asiakas palvelu tosi hyä

Nulla.

Loistava ja monipuolinen aamiainen

Loistava aamiainen ja rauhallinen huone 12.kerroksessa.

Vastaanotossa ei ollut paras päivä menossa. Tylyä käskytystä ilman empatiaa.

Perfect hotel for business travels!

Sauna could be open early than 18.00.

Die Bar war super

Breakfast is top-notch. Very few places comes up to this standard. The variety and the quality of the food is just amazing. I would book the hotel again just due to the breakfast!

The hotel is very modern and we had an enjoyable stay. The area is very modern and full of construction sites.

Nothing to complain about

Skybar was really nice and perfect location

Staff were great. Breakfast was great. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Our air conditioner didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably warm. We were provided with a fan. We were led to believe that it would be fixed but the parts didn’t come in. On our last night we switched rooms.

Very good & very good

N/A

I liked the location of the property, it was close to the university which was good. I also like the staff, they were nice and welcoming.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the value offered during my recent stay at Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere. The hotel is marketed and priced as a premium property, and the rate I paid created a reasonable expectation of an equally high standard of accommodation, comfort, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. While the stay was adequate, what was provided felt far too basic for the price charged. I understand that hotel rates may rise during busy periods, but even taking this into account, I found the cost difficult to justify. At this price level, guests should receive an experience that feels genuinely special and not simply an ordinary hotel stay at a premium rate. I chose your hotel expecting the reputation and standards associated with the Solo Sokos brand. Instead, I left feeling that I had significantly overpaid for what I received. I would appreciate your response and an explanation of how the hotel believes the rate was justified. I would also ask you to consider an appropriate gesture of compensation, such as a partial refund. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and respond constructively. Kind regards, Idan Saban

Sijainti loistava! Huone riittävän suuri ja viihtyisä. Näköala plussaa. Aamiainen erittäin hyvä ja runsas.

Hinta oli todella suolanen. Eppu viikonloppu.

Great location, interesting design, super friendly staff, AC, quiet room, bathtub with a bath foam.

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly, the mirrors were covered with dust. Omelette for breakfast was watery, horrible taste

Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was not as diverse and fresh as other places we stayed at on this trip. Minor issue as there were several tasty dishes to fill us up

Huippu aamiainen

Pimeä Wc, kokolattiamatto

Sijainti loistava, siistit huoneet

Erinomainen aamiainen.

Majoitusvuorokausi lyhentyy koko ajan.

Runsas aamiaistarjoilu.

Perushuone jossa vain pieni ikkuna.

Aamupala oli todella hyvä.

Parkkeeraus on todella huonosti infottu.

Huoneen korotus oli helppoa ja nopeaa. Huoneessa hyvä tuoksu sisään mennessä,johtuen varmaankin huoneessa köytettävistä rituals-tuotteista. Ihana yksityiskohta! Vuoteet olivat pehmeitä ja isoja.

Pienemmät tyynyt olivat todella pehmeitä,joista en pitänyt. Mutta se on vain makuasia.

breakfast

Henkilökunta asiallinen ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen monipuolinen.
