Дуже холодно було в номері, немає можливості регулювати кондиціонер, він вмикається централізовано на всю будівлю персоналом і на прохання вимкнути у нашій кімнаті, нам повідомили, що це не можливо.

The commutation it doesn’t exist, Ithe toilets are locked so you need a card to open it, there was something wrong with it ( can understand that) but the fact that basically no one replied my calls, sms, WhatsApp, literally got the code from another guest! ( couldn’t use any toilet or shower for basically 5 hours ) Even with the emergency phone no one replies TERRIBLE

La stanza è un po’ piccolina con anche la culla per un neonato , almeno il fermaporta del bagno si poteva evitare così si sarebbe potuto usare il lavandino meglio!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Lokalizacja bardzo fajna. Niedaleko do 2 przystanków metra (ok. 6-7 minut spacerkiem). Przystanki autobusowe ok. 2-3 minuty. Mieszkanie duże, przestrzenne, w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne. Każdy pokój posiadał oddzielną łazienkę więc mega na plus.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Lokalizacja znakomita, pokój bardzo w porządku, wszystko jak za tą cenę w porządku. Co do opinii że klina nie działa czy , że WiFi nie działa to nieprawda moim zdaniem bo wszystko było super.
To że gdy prosiliśmy o posprzątanie za pomocą wywieszki to nie było zmienionych ręczników ( słabo bo to w końcu higiena) i papier toaletowy już dzień przed wykwaterowaniem nie został dodany co skończyło się tym, że go nie wystarczyło

No a/c and when asked if there was any they said they only turn it on during certain seasons well temps were well into the 30s! Pictures did not match the photos and it was a small bed for two people and not enough towels for 4 people to share a bathroom. The floor in the bathroom became super slick after every shower and my roomie had a bug crawling on her.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Location was great, just a short walk away from the Metro and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The building has an elevator which is handy after a full day of walking in the city. Bed was very comfortable.
The AC is controlled by the management so at times it was a bit too cold or hot with no way to adjust it. This wasn’t a huge deal however.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Ubicación maravillosa, la habitación estaba limpia y pudimos usar cuna de bebé. Tiene ascensor aunque es diminuto.
Es muy caro para lo que es, el edificio es viejo, el baño y la ducha necesitan renovarse y hay mucho ruido en la calle. En teoría dice que se puede pagar en el alojamiento pero hay que hacer el pago a través de una web, rellenar todos tus datos, etc o si no no se puede acceder a las llaves digitales para las puertas.

Il soggiorno è stato decisamente deludente. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo per un presunto aumento della tassa di soggiorno, nonostante avessimo già saldato interamente tutti i costi e le tasse richieste alcuni giorni prima dell’arrivo. Una situazione poco trasparente e poco professionale. Inoltre, la struttura non era adeguatamente mantenuta: muri sporchi, molta polvere in diverse stanze, federe ingiallite e dettagli trascurati, il phon non funzionava e nel bagno mancava addirittura la maniglia della porta. Nel complesso, esperienza negativa e struttura ben lontana dagli standard che ci aspettavamo.

La stanza non era molto pulita, soprattutto il bagno. Non ci sono armadi, ne mobiletti in bagno. Sul bidet sorvolo perché suppongo non ci sia in molte strutture.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026The space is enough big for a family, the cleanliness was as desired, had the hot water and everything was working as it should , however we didn’t use the kitchen.
The access to the area was difficult as some roads were closed and some where one way due to public works near by which caused also noises specially at the morning, also at the payment via booking is a bit confusing as they charge you 150€ for a deposit (which was refunded later) that future guests needs to know in advance (they can miss the info on booking) also the tax is excluded in booking.com so in overall the process is quite confusing which I didn’t face in a lot of countries where I traveled,
