các dịch vụ đi kèm : nhà hàng,quán nước, giải trí nói chung còn hạn chế về số lượng và thời gian. du khách không có nhiều lựa chọn khi có nhu cầu ăn uống , giải trí .... vì vậy ở đây buổi tối rất buồn không có chổ vui chơi, du khách muốn ăn vặt cũng không có . Tôi hy vọng khi trở lại nơi này lần thứ 3 sẽ có nhiều thay đổi hơn Xin 1 góp ý nhỏ : hình như các bạn nhân viên lễ tân còn thiếu một ít nụ cười trên mặt

Great location - spa facilities were good and staff were friendly.

Only one restaurant open - though it did feel like we were out of season and it was midweek.

The hotel was fine, but the food was very bad, and there were cockroaches in my food. I told the staff, but they ignored me and didn't provide any explanation until today when I got home.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Some of the drivers of the electric buggy cart helped my mum, who has a bad knee to get up and down, which was much appreciated. The newly extended hot spring bathing areas were great (we love the Japanese wabi sabi area) however were not included in the stay. You can only access a smaller bathing area as staying guests, so we had to pay extra which was unexpected as you would assume these onsite facilities are included in your stay. The morning buffet spread was great and offered different dishes for the two days we were there. Tasty food and good service for both breakfast and dinner.

Accessibility for the hot spring pools was an issue. My mum had a bad knee (knee replacement) and many pools didn't have hand rails to get in and out, making it near impossible for her to enjoy some of the baths. This was for both the included Dara pools and the paid hot spring pools. Also for a more relaxing atmosphere we would prefer the resort to play more relaxing background music instead of blasting Tet music. We understand that it's nearly the holiday season but the loud music interfered with our experience while bathing and eating in the restaurant. The accommodation was clean but dated. The bathtub is built so high that you have to literally climb in and out, again no hand rail for accessibility. Maybe a shower facility in the room would have been better. For a place known as a destination for rehabilitation and for the healing properties of the mineral spring perhaps more attention should be paid to how people with limited mobility and suffering from pains can access the facilities.

If you want to see the real Vietnam….don’t stay here.

Really nice customer service, the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was ok. It’s so big really enjoyed walking around with our 6 month old. Loved our villa too with private hot spring

It’s a really quiet area so make sure you bring enough snacks. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly.

Soaking in so many types of warm baths is rejuvenating and the forest-garden can offer healing. It is inviting to just walk around and immersed yourself with a lot of peace and quiet. The whole place is like an oasis. I hope to come back and bring my entire family.

If only I knew how to read Vietnamese so I could watch Youtube or Netflix at night on their TV.

The hot spring is perhaps the only good aspect of this location.

Two things stood out negatively: the staff, and the facilities. Staff was not friendly at all, and served with an attitude. On the first morning when we cane for breakfast at around 9:30, we were told that breakfast closes at exactly 9:30 (which is earlier compared to most other resorts that close breakfast at 10:00 or later). Upon our entrance, several staff came to us and insisted that “you have to take the food only once”, as if concerned that we would steal their food. There were many smaller incidents, which gave the impression that staff here was trained to protect the resort’s interests at all costs, even at the guests’ utter discomfort. The villa we booked was not in good shape. I could see trash (plastic bags, tree leaves…) floating in the onsen pool, which is an apparent sign that the cleaning doesn’t extend to that part of the unit. Our room was cleaned quite late in the day, and when asked why, the staff just said “it’s crowded”. Having paid $400 for two nights’ stay, we expected more decent services from this place. It now became obvious to us that the place is not equipped to offer premium services to guests, but rather cater to the mass market and large tour groups. Nothing wrong with that, but if you expect to pay a bit higher in exchange for good services, look elsewhere.

The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Mr. Tung and Mr. Dieu were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, from local tips to small details that made my trip smoother. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel like you accidentally booked a 5-star hotel without paying 5-star prices. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, friendly people, and good value. I would definitely stay here again!

Very limit towel , only 2 bath towels for 3 guests , no hand towel , no face towel . Room is too old , need update .

This resort is out of the way, there are no other restaurants or shops close by in walking distance. Also you can't get Grab taxis ride to come out there. Rooms are nice and clean, its within the woodwd area so there are some insects but not inside the room. Quite a modern build. Best of all it has a lovely hot spring on the location so you can enjoy warm swimming pool

They’re utterly money driven and rude

We had dinner in the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. However, we were having a nice romantic meal. The restaurant was completely empty. Then, a family of 12 adults and 6 babies came for dinner. The only complaint I have, why would you seat them 10 feet away from us when theres 200 other empty seats? It turned a beautiful meal into a distraction of crying babies.

We got the Summer Family room. It was directly opposite to the Dara hot spring pools - which was very convenient for our parents to enjoy it

I know it‘s because of the season that there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were crazily big which bite me and my nieces.

Needs a bit more love and care. Also be aware, when asked they said hotel price includes access to the hot spring baths. However, that’s only for the hot spring baths that are on premises. Not for the main hot spring which is the sole reason you would stay at this hotel to begin with.

Hot spring weekend place for Vietnamese or other asian people. Staff is very kind but not well trained. Mostly very noisy because of people celebrating their occasions. Building are not kept well, garden area is suffering of maintenance or plants are destroyed. Food within the resort doesn‘t keep up with most Vietnamese standards.

The atmosphere of the place is great. A resort in the middle of a forest with natural hot springs. The free pools are really great and well maintained. The restaurant has good food and there are a few activities available within the resort. The room I had was nice and pretty clean. The staff not at the reception are all friendly and nice. It's a good place for a gateway from the city to relax.

The place is not properly exploited in many ways. The Lily Cafe doesn't do snack, close early and half of the item on the menu aren't available. The spa always has the "Closed" sign and the Minera Forest is not well maintained. My family rooms were below average in term of equipment and cleanliness. The staff at the reception are not friendly, with quite an attitude and not helpful. We got charged for unexpected items and we had to argue for some imaginary fault. The building where the room are, is not friendly and is lacking a proper common area. It's complicated to find easy things such as water bottle, snacks, ... Basically what you'd like to find when you travel with your family and went to spend time together.

We stayed in the grand villa with private hot pool which is quite convenient for kids if they are lazy to go for a walk to the public pool. Villa is fine as they are newly built but lots of mosquitoes and insects so we need to keep the doors closed all the time. My parents enjoyed the dara pools which are free for guests staying in the resort. There are bigger pools for mud bath, etc but we didnt have time for that, plus extra ticket for those services are quite expensive. Overall experience for products is fine but service needs to be improved. Receptionist hardly smiled and not really friendly, even the buggy drivers are more helpful and friendly. My son noticed a coffee spoon missing on the day we arrived but I didnt report it cause I thought it was just a Coffee Spoon. And Upon checkout, we got charge 50,000VND for a missing Coffee Spoon! Not a big amount but it kinda ruined our overall experience as the receptionist sounds like we stole a coffee spoon from their villa!!??? REMEMBER to check every single things in your room, even a COFFEE SPOON missing , you can get charged!!!!

Very clean, spacious room. Their breakfast had various choices and super delicious ! Will come back again.

Loved the spacious grounds and gardens and the mineral springs- paid for the VIP package and felt very relaxed at the end of the day.

Too many promotional signs in the gardens - makes it feel a bit money grabbing and detracts from the beauty of the garden. The design of the public and dining is set up for larger groups - could do with more visual screening in the interiors to make the experience feel more bespoke.

It is very relaxing and has great pools. The hot springs are fantastic.

I asked them for an extra bed when I did the booking and they charged me for it. It turned out to be just the existing sofa with an additional blanket and pillow. The sofa is so small that a 6 year old girl slept on it, turned on the side and she fell off. I asked the reception and they told me they could only provide that sofa because they had no lift to get the bed to the second floor!!!!. And the price they charged is to provide a pillow, a small blanket and a towel. It's just not good that they lied to us. Receptionist didn't want to accept my card payment (which they had already took the money out before we arrived!!!) as my name on the booking is different to my credit card name. Turned out my credit card has the first name and last name order, whilst the room booking has last name and first name order (thats how Vietnamese does it). Still the SAME name but just different order. She didn't want to accept that my sister used her card to pay for my parent's room too. It was stressful at the check in. They got our order wrong at dinner. And when I asked, the staff said "we can't do anything about it. But the prawn is much better than the squid. The squid is not good you won't like it". Funny enough your staff said bad things about your food. Need more staff training!!!

The facilities were excellent and everything was clean and well cared for. Very interested and beautiful.

The overall management was NOT of international standard. Staff members were rude to my Chinese friend, they were clearly inexperienced and untrained. The overall English ability was very low. I felt like I was bothering them whenever I asked for something. The staff at the spa rudely demanded a tip from me. When she made a mistake with the card machine, the staff member rudely told me it was because my card had no money on it. The food was good, the buffet was excellent, but there are very few vegetarian options on the menu and the restaurant staff were very inflexible about making some small changes. Restaurant staff rolled their eyes when we asked to be seated in a quieter section.

Good place for relax

02 nights, There was amazing place with fresh air, healthy activity. I rode the bycycle around the forrest and feeling like to the time slowly more than a day in Ho Chi Minh city. the mud bath service make me suprise cause you can enjoy that service at private lagoon. Breakfast was good, buggy service friendly with quickly service.

We enjoyed the mud bath and hotspring pools the most.

The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. You can clearly hear the people in the other rooms.

Overall, the hotel room was comfy, clean, and modern, well kept. The concept of hot spring was unique and worth for a try. Private onsen very relaxing

- we got food poising after having breakfast buffet at the Zest restaurant ( we doubt must be the yogurt as both of us had them). Due to the place is pretty far from the closest pharmacy, we asked for medication to ease the pain, discomfort and we had to wait 45 mins to have someone came and gave us medicine. - the food was just average, nothing really interesting. So many times I notice there was no separate place to put ice tong after using. People just put them back which is really gross to me and the servers think it would be fine to be like that. - the price at Lily cafe and the 82 degrees cafe are extremely overpriced for what we got ( Cold spaghetti for 160k & 220k for a very small seafood pizza - the one you can easily get from the frozen pizza for one person section). One of the staff in the kitchen in the 82 degrees had no hair cap covered his hair, no washing his hand after touching his face, his nose and his hair by his barehand, was chewing something in the kitchen while cooking and no gloves during his cooking which to me is extremely unsanitized. - no soundproof room, you can clearly heard noise from next door room ( we made 2 complaint for 6:00 am loud music from next door).

We stay 1 night,let me start by saying the services is good and nice but it a bit sunny, there have many trees and fresh air, I love it so much. However day use service such as mud bath and springs bath are expensive, I'm fine cause they included swimwear jukata, towers,... All things for you, best choice One again I will come back soon

I visited the place 8 years ago , and I am very surprised to see how beautiful everything is made now. They really ripped everything thing like the old pools down and made it to a very high class spa resort. This is not the last time I come here 👍👍😍😍
