La limpieza dejó MUCHO QUE DESEAR. Había tierra, cabellos enredados en los rincones de la habitación. La ducha falta de presión, saturada de sarro.

Entrance was unmarked and difficult to find. Asked for a room on the back side away from traffic but didn't get it. No washcloths!? We were told the parking was secure but the gates opened for anyone and there were two restaurants adjacent in the parking lot. NOT SECURE

Overpriced and facilities were at the minimum. I ve paid half of that price in other hotels and they are by far so much better. Shower was plugged little water was coming out. Not one towel to scrub and shampoo smelled horrible. Space was way Too small. It was just a small bed and bathroom. Price was high for the space. Only and last time I ll stay there and I ll make sure I let friends and family not to book there. It is not worth it. Breakfast was chaotic not enough tables. I ended up eating on the lounge. Not fun very uncomfortable

Reviewed Dec 11, 2024I stayed here a few weeks ago and this time it cost double, the room and bed linen weren’t as clean. The breakfast area wasn’t being tended to. The trash cans were so full you couldn’t throw away your plate. The coffee machine only dispensed hot water and the tables were messy from the people that had eaten before you.

Reviewed May 22, 2024Ive stayed there several times for work. This last time I noticed they got a whole new front desk staff. Its only been a month since i stayed there last. I arrived 30 mins before check in. They said my room wasnt ready so went new door to el papalote (great resturant) to waste some time. When I showed up to check in there was a long line. It took an hour for me to get checked in. The new staff is horribly slow. It took the her 15-20 mins to check in each guest. Even with exsisting reservations. I get to the room to see its not ready and the havent even started cleaning it yet. The cleaning staff in fustration asked (politly) if i could go down and ask for another room. This took another 10 minutes only because I decided to cut the line and force them to help me. Despite seeing i had come back down they didnt immediately help me as i believe they should have. They had to call another lady from the back to help me. After finally checking into my room, i couldnt connect to the wifi and the tv never worked. They got the wifi fixed but never bothered to mention the tv at this point. This experience was horrible, it makes me never want to stay there again, but my company books that hotel. I hope it goes better in a fews weeks when i have to return.
