Deposit 캔슬이 잘 안되고 사스템이 엉망 체크인 시 하는 얘기와 체크아웃 시 하는 얘기가 다름

Another awful experience here. ON my previous visit, i said i would never come to this hotel again. However, my friend said there was ample improvement since then and encouraged my to have another go. Sorry, it does not work. At 16:00, there are crowds of guest waiting for their rooms to get ready, despite the official check in time was 15:00. The same situation remained at 18:00. We are there to spend our holiday, not to wait for a hotel room which the hotel could not tell when the room would be ready. There is no excuse as the hotel should have known well in advance that they are fully booked, and should have allocated enough man power to clean up the rooms, not to tell guests that the hotel have no idea of when the room would be available. Simply asking guest to take a seat at the lobby lounge does not make any sense at all. Indeed, although the hotel did arrange someone alongside the check in counter, she was not assisting guest to line up and someone simply pop up and jumped the que, with no intention from the hotel to rectify the situation. A lousy front desk and terrible check in.

no room when check in at 1600. check in counter packed with guests who cannot check in, and the situation persists at 1930. Really ridiculous. if you planned to wait hours for your room, come to this place. you get an amused environment where people simply jumped the line and attempted to get their rooms without success.

Official check in time is 2pm, but they offer their guest to checked out at 3pm. People who come check in at 2pm has no room. Booked two rooms with my friend. We arrived to the hotel at 4pm they told us there was no rooms ready for us yet, and we have to wait for two hours to have room ready for us, at 6pm only one room was ready. We continue to wait, at 7 pm the 2nd is ready but they gave us a smoking room which when we make reservation we booked a non-smoking room. Asked them to change our room, but same answer “no rooms is ready yet, janitor is still cleaning the rooms” at the end they were able to give us back a non smoking room but we had to wait til 9pm. Official check in time was 2pm but we don’t have our room until 9pm, you can see the janitor tidy the room very rush cause many stuffs was not clean and no compensation offer to their guests. If you want a place to rest, not recommended cause you will get very tired dealing with their staffs. So many communication error even tho we can speak mandarin. Won’t pick this hotel ever again and NOT RECOMMENDED

Fridge was not working

Usually stayed in this hotel when i travel at DG.

My seventh times in this hotel, but it looks awful after my last visit two months ago when the only issue was they did not automatically entertain my privilege of Club Lounge access as well as fruit platter in room that hotel.com agreed to offer while I booked my hotel. On this occasion, there was no shower gel, shampoo in the room, no other toiletries except a pair of toothbrush, and most astonishing is that packs of food left over by previous guest were found in the room. What a house keeping which sees the level of service dropped seriously from a hotel that I almost pay to join their loyalty program. This is not the end of the story. At around 9:00 am which was 1.5 hours before the time they stopped serving breakfast, you found my empty trays where they served the food but the restaurant was not busy with lots of empty seats. It was until I contacted what appeared to be a manager that he himself started to check for empty trays and demanded replenishing and still there were empty trays around. Awful experience and I would never ever visit this hotel again!!!!

The hotel staff is very correct and helpfull in all ways, Room is very nice and cleaning facilities were great, sometimes overdone even.

I always stay here for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good western style food if you’re not into Chinese food too much.

遇到了些小困難，櫃檯人員及旁邊服務人員熱心幫忙，協助解決了問題。飯店設備很棒也很乾淨，地點很好，旁邊有商場，有地鐵，飲食購物都方便。下次必會再訪。

Staffs are really friendly and do concern about the needs of guest! It's a great experience of this staying.

Hotel is quite new and room is very clean and big, even the standard one. Staff can speak good english. Position is also good, just next to the Wanda Plaza shopping mall.

호텔 자체 퀄리티는 그 동안 중국 출장중에 가봤던 호텔 중에서는 최고. 다만 옆 객실과 연결되어 있는 내부 문을 통해 옆 객실의 소리가 가끔 들리는게 거슬림.

酒店位置方便吃饭和購物 只是前枱服务人员没笑容不親和力 还有洗脚按摩收费太高 只能到外面去消费！ 東莞已经商务旅客減少 応該收费合理！

The whole experience is a little soulless. No real friendly staff. Breakfast staff just want to get finished so usher you out even when not ready to go.

Always stay here when visiting Dongguan. Not much to complain about. The rooms are spacious and very functional.

自助早餐煮蛋及煮麵的服務員態度不佳，會給你臭臉，還要注意不可以拿錯挾子挾食物，不然會被嗆說不需要那麼自覺，4星級飯店有這樣的服務真是大開眼界。

A 5-start Wanda property beside a Wanda mall, very convenient location with plenty of food options. For runners, one loop of the properties is close to 2km, and the fitness room is way above average by Gunagdong province standards. I’ll stay here again as long as the price remains reasonable.

We got bug bites at the first day and found a small dead bug under the pillow. One manager who came and told us that was not a dead bug but potato peels. It’s weird and it still shows their cleaning is not good. Then she dropped that in accident and apologized. Then changed anothe room for us. It’s really not happy to feel itchy while staying in that hotel. Hope it won’t happen again for any guests.

It’s was so surprising when hotel management told me that they cannot extend even a minute for late checkout after 2 pm. Really pathetic. I am a frequent traveler and usually hotel management show courtesy if you need extension of a hour or two due to flight schedule. Will never stay there again.

room soace is big, nice bathtubs, wslking distances with a lot restaurants and shops.

Great location in the middle of Dongguan city. Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and reasonable rate. Staff was friendly and spoke english. Room was very clean, comfortable and had very good wi-fi. Nice desk to work on too.

I booked 5 non-smoking rooms but they said their system is 5 smoking rooms and asked my guests to pay extra CNY3520 to upgrade the rooms because non-smoking rooms for lower room type are sold out. The hotel knows we are late check-in and we have no choice to find another hotel.

This is a great hotel. The location is just perfect, right next to a big mall. The WiFi gives you access to Facebook, google and other websites usually blocked in China. I highly recommend it

작년 출장때 이용하고 아주 편했기때문에 다시 이용하게 되었습니다. 여전히 청결하고 친절한 서비스로 만족했습니다. 다만 커피잔이 깨끗하게 씻어져 있지 않은 점이 옥의 티였습니다.

hotel rooms were fine except no mini bar. the lobby was very impersonal. just not a warm comfortable feel. taxi's difficult to get. subway maybe 15 min walk. Mall next door was nice

The check in process was horrible. Booked on Hotels.com for two rooms under the same reservation. The receptionist only found one room. Spent about 30 minutes at the front desk trying to explain that we have already booked and paid for 2 rooms but they insist they only found one.

nice lobby with good friendly staff, room is spacious and big large bed! Washroom is clean and water pressure is just nice with water heater! As summary the overall experience is superb!

I highly recommend this hotel. We arrived early and the hotel was completely full and we were unable to check in early. Demi Luo, at the front desk, did everything she could to accommodate us as we waited. The hotel is very close to the Wanda Shopping Plaza with many restaurants and stores. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The concierge staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
