Excelente trato de todo el personal, muy bien ubicado y muy bien precio calidad

No coinciden las fotos publicadas con las instalaciones, la zona es insegura 6a que durante la estancia se sucitarkn enfrentamientos

Me encanto la honestidad del personal. Yo olvide un arete y me hablaron para que supiera que ellos lo encontraron. Yo no sabia que lo había olvidado en la habitación (pensé que lo había tirado en el aeropuerto) gracias Hotel La Riviera. Super Recomendable

the location is excelent, the room have small AC unit, the beds were clean and staff very charming

the bathroom needs some maintenance (not deal breaker), the internet connection is ok but you won't want to rely on that for work. It feels a bit pricey for what you get but still remains in the positive side

La verdad las fotos no son lo que ofrecen, es una construcción vieja y por ejemplo la regadera está toda llena de moho.. el lavabo sucio.. y las luces de la noche muy muy tenues.

El personal muy limitado a ofrecer atencion, se solicito rembolso por salida anticipada y no supieron dar respuesta.

They had other guest drinking and being loud right outside the hallway and we were able to hear everything from our room. Rooms are not as described online. Definitely do not recommend ! When ask to speak to management they said they were in a "meeting" and if i would like to leave me information to get contacted later when available, but no has contacted me. Have not any luck getting a rufund for cancelation.

La apariencia de los cuartos y el hotel en fotos y real no es lo mismo. Los cuartos no son tan limpios ni tan bien ordenados.

Me dieron una habitación con 2 camas cuando mi reserva era para 1, un cuarto sucio, esta bien ubicado pero no en la mejor zona.

La propiedad algo vieja, pero cuenta con los indispensable y tiene muy buena ubicación.

Cubre lo necesario para pasar la noche, la habitación en nuestro caso olía mucho a cigarro.

En la recepción le pedí de favor que me pidieran un Uber y me lo negaron me dijeron que ellos no tenían contactos con ellos y el muchacho que me atendió no fue tan atentó ni tan amable no vuelvo llegar a ese hotel pésimo servicio

Ya me había hospedado aquí algunos hace 6 años y se presentó la oportunidad de regresar, tiene buena ubicación para las cosas que tenia programadas, esta cerca del forum, no cuenta con elevador, las puertas se abren con llave física tradicional, si me dio un poco de frío en la noche porque mi habitación solo tenia sabanas si falta un edredón o una cobijita, lo que hice fue subir la temperatura del a/c, tiene espejo en la habitación con foco aparte del que se encuentra en el baño, eso me agrado, si volvería y si lo recomiendo

Mejor atención en el restaurante

Hotel room is very small but very clean. Everything was working and good bathroom.

In beds you are missing a type of blanket or something to cover yourself with. You are only left with a sheet. Was not a big fan of having my room in the 3rd floor. We also had 2 older family members with us not recommended the going up or down of those stairs in heels. Other than that its fine for the price and cleanliness is good and it had parking.

Friendly, clean, i found a lizard i guided out side. No safe for your valuables. They had air conditioning, tv, wifi, restaurant and parking. The place is a bit to outdated.

It was an "ok" hotel nothing extraordinary. The night shift receptionist was an AWESOME guy!!!! very friendly and helpful!

I didn´t like much the premises, and at first we didn't feel safe, reason being, the room's doorknob was one of those traditional ones that are used for interior rooms at home, those that you just push the button to lock and that can easily be broken to be open from the outside, just using a spoon its enough (I do that at home when I get lockout of my room :) ) however it turn out ok. The TV never worked it kept pausing and resuming every minute. These are little things that can easily be taken care of.

Needs to be upgraded but for price and clean you cant really complaint food options are good

Staff was very nice and accomadating. The room was small and not in greatest condition but for a Motel 6 kind of place it was ok not really great. My issue was with entrance very steep entrance like reaching top of rolar coaster ride and going straight down. When we complained they were nice enough to give us a number we could call so they could open a back entrance, that was very helpful.

They just lie about everything supposedly they have renewed their rooms and is is not true… rude front desk I ask for a king size bed and answer was “don’t have any and o can’t get reed of a customer for you (I mean I know that but I was just asking something) as simple as saying I’m sorry I do not have any available at this time

The property was clean the only issue is parking it is very small besides that everything is great you get room service everyday

Me gusta mucho el servicio que ofrece este hotel es por ello que es cuando viajo a Culiacan siempre me hospedo ahi, personal amable y limpieza en las habitaciones y en hotel en general.

Great staff and great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting and want to experience the local culture. You absolutely have to try the amazing restaurant. They have some of the best chilaquiles and enchiladas. Definitely a hidden gem in Culiacan.

Lo que no me gusto es la regadera que estaba toda oxidada y salia el agua para todos lados y te hace difícil el bañarte.

Nos toco una habitación sucio, no había jabón ni shampoo, la chapa de la puerta era esa de las que le metes un clip y se bota el seguro. Decidimos no quedarnos ahí y no reembolsaron el pago integro.

Escogí el lugar por su baja tarifa y buena ubicación, la habitación cumple con su función y en general buen lugar para corta estancia en viaje de negocios o familias con bajo presupuesto

No fue lo que esperaba, a pesar de que se encuentra en muy buena ubicación. La habitacion no tenia muy buena comodidad, y lo primero que percatamos al entrar en ella y revisar el baño, estaba sucio. Pero no puedo negar que la atención por parte de la recepcionista fue muy buena, amable y atenta.

It was super hot when we got there but I liked how easy the check in was.

Be careful check the room conditions as they always will be looking for something wrong to keep the deposit or give you an extra charge.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was full and had to leave our car outside. However, the staff was very accommodating.

Room door has no security just the door knob lock. There were at least 16 heavy armed National Police in front of hotel. I found out they stay and sleep there. Restaurant has very poor service. I asked four (4) times for a glass of water and never received. I got up and left. My stay was supposed to be for four (4) days and paid for. I checked out after Two (2) days and transferred to Home Suites. I am pending a refund for the two extra days that were pre-paid.

Cheap nice hotel only $25.00 dollars per night in a five star hotel a steal I would recommend it to anyone who wants to expend a comfortable night on a beautiful hotel

We got the first room next to the lobby and they had a event the next morning so it was very loud and noisy. Other than that it was good overall.

My mom needs wheel chair access and the rooms were way too small but we managed to fit. The beds were comfortable, the showers had limited hot water and the water flow was merely a trickle. The restaurant food was fabulous, the food was fresh and well prepared; and the staff was courteous. I would stay there again.

Do not let the photos fool you, this place is cheap, but it is very outdated in decor, very poorly taken care of and they have a very leaky roof that has created mold/mildew and other health problems that would scare any building inspector. There is no hot water, internet is super slow and crashes a lot, and it is sad because the location is excellent and close to everything.

I paid $33/night. Credit cards accepted. Outdoor corridor rooms, but security didn't seem to be an issue. Small restaurant onsite. Wifi. A/C. Clean. Shower was fine. Walking distance across the bridge to the center of Culiacan. Also a five-minute walk to a big shopping center with plenty of Western chain restaurants. Lavanderia right next door. You'll be fine here, but you won't be too close to the action...

Hotel La Riviera was a great location to see Culiacan, right across a bridge to the downtown area. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the price was right. A couple of notes, remember to ask for the remote for the air conditioner, and breakfast in the restaurant was only okay.

The location is great but but the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms , the rooms are old and ugly
