La habitación extremadamente pequeña. El baño más pequeño aun. No tenia tomas para conectar cargadores. No tenia ascensor. El sistema de ingreso por self check in funciona correctamente pero es feo no poder hablar con nadie. Ademas la habitación daba al plumón de manzana justo con un restaurant abajo muy ruidoso. Ofrece muy poco para lo que pagamos.

Cuando ingresé a la habitación había un olor que parecía cigarrillo muy fuerte. No había nadie con quien comunicarse en el edificio más tarde llegó el personal de limpieza y le reclamé por el olor y porque también había un ventilador roto. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y no me quisieron cambiar. Fue una experiencia muy negativa

room overlooked a busy street so noise went on until early hours and we had asked for a quiet room. we paid £150 for the one night which was very expensive, we have stayed in Zurich before in better hotels for a better price

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Easy Hotel Zurich The good thing about the hotel is the storage lockers which are free and easy to use. Check in is computerized and easy. Otherwise the room was quite clean and modern.
After checking out and removing my suitcase from the locker I sat on the floor for 10 minute to rest and text. There is no furniture in the 2x2 meters approx. entrance Lobby. As i was resting on the floor, a member of staff with a Russian accent told me to leave and just kicked me out of the hotel. This was the first time I was kicked out of a hotel I just stayed in. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels world wide. I will not stay in this hotel again even if it was for free. Minimum Lighting in the room and I felt the room was too dark. TV partly working. Window could not be opened wide as it was fixed and therefore shutters could not be closed. Light penetrating the room made it hard to fall asleep. Very minimal room with no Kettle for making a drink. The Acoustics in the room are of low standard I was woken up at 4:00 a.m. buy my neighbors next door chatting. While watching television I could hear my neighbors having sex. They were also having a discussion at 4:30 a.m. and watching television. I tried to use earplugs for sleeping but they did not help. The bathroom is like a very minimal unit made out of plastic similar to toilets in an airplane. The WC is positioned one meter approx. from the bed and it is an unpleasant feeling sleeping near a WC. Otherwise the room was clean and modern.

Huone oli todella pieni. WC ja suihku oli käytännössä yksi koppi, jonka osittain läpinäkyvä liukuovi oli koomisesti välittömästi toisen sängyn vieressä eli häiritsevän lähellä. Tämä häiritsi myös yöunia. Helteiden aikana huoneessa oli AIVAN TODELLA HUONO ILMA eikä ilma vaihtunut huoneessa lainkaan. Jopa hotellin käytävässä oli parempi ilma. Tuuletusikkunat sai avattua, mutta ne avautuivat kadulle päin siten, että kadun toiselta puolelta oli suora näkymä suoraan sänkyihin. Kadulla oli myös metelöintiä, joka häiritsi öisin. En mene tähän hotelliin toiste vaikka minulle maksettaisiin. Hintakin oli verrattain aika korkea, kun huoneen tasoa vertaa muuhin tarjontaan.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Pillows were very small and low. Not good for us old folks. Luggage lift has the advice of " use at your own risk"'. Not comforting advice so we carried our bags up two floors. I assumed that if there was heating there also be cooling. This was wrong on my behalf. Only one small fan a hot days is not fun.

Le lit est de très mauvaise qualité, les équipements ne sont pas en états (ventilateur cassé par exemple) pas de climatisation, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas

El colchón y la almohada son incomodísimos. La ducha comparte suelo con el baño en sí; hay una cortina pero no sirve de mucho porque acaba el suelo mojado igual. La habitación es pequeña. Solo recomendable para un par de noches como mucho y si no llevas una maleta grande/mucho equipaje.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Der Gestank nach Kanalisation im Bad, die ausgeleierte Halterung für den Duschkopf, die Raumgröße. Durch das Doppelbett in dem kleinen Raum ( Zi. Nr. 48 ) konnte man nicht ans Fenster zum Öffnen für frische Luft und die Tür zur " Naßzelle" / Bad war wegen dem Bett nicht ganz zu öffnen ,zudem quietschte diese Tür. Der Preisaushang im Eingangsbereich zeigte 99.- / Nacht , ich habe bei Ihnen aber mehr als 135.- vorab bezahlt ! Wo ist hier das Bestpreis- Versprechen von Booking.com ?

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Das Hotel ist für Junge und Digitale Nerds ok. Hätte ich vor der Buchung verstanden, was mich da erwartet, ich wäre niemals hingegangen. Für Oldschool Jungs wie mich ist das Hotel eine Folterkammer. Keine Barzahlung, keine Ansprechspartner, ohne Datenstriptease kein Einlass..... usw. Fazit: wenn Du mit dem ganzen digitalen Scheiss Probleme hast, SUCH DIR EINE ANDERE UNTERKUNFT. Aber: Wenn Du vor den aktuellen Datenschutzmaßnahmen eh schon kapituliert hast, ein gutes Hotel für Jungs, die spätabends besoffen aus der Bar torkeln. Meine Meinung, und die wolltet ihr schliesslich wissen, oder?

Our first room the bathroom door was broken. The staff handled this promptly and changed our room quickly. However the second day, there was no hot water or heating in January. it was very cold, it was an outage across entire hotel. As we got changed rooms, our friends were staying on a different floor to us now. It took 24 hours for the heating to come back.
