Il manquait des etageres pour poser les affaires de toilette, des cintres, deux cintres ne suffisent pas, prise électrique pres du bureau

Amazing staff, lovely clean pool and spacious room

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, no mosquito net across door so lots of bugs, wet room was a little uncomfortable

Well located, close to the center, but still in a quiet area, full of lush greenary, we could hear all the time the birds singing. We also liked the fact that we could have breackfast on the room terrace and the quality of the breackfast was also good.. The staff was also very welcoming amd the rooms very clean. Overall it was a correct hotel for the price we paid.

As in most places located in such areas, where the humidity is very high, there was a moldy smell in the room. Also we didn't have face towels, but for two days we didn't mind that much.

Location, its near to ubud central. Everything is near to this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets and very dirty mattress, you can easily see stains.

La habitación y el balcón eran amplios. La localización es muy buena y aún así se está tranquilo, no se oye el trafico ni la gente.

No me gusto el wc, el vater olía mal. La zona de “comedor” era bastante fea.

Our stay at Alam Terrace Cottages was excellent! The place was nicely located in a quiet street with stunning views. We especially enjoyed the pool. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. We really loved our stay and would happily go back!

Porte chiuse ma con fessure ai lati un po' aperte a cui facilmente possono accedere piccoli amici come un geko ( ma io ne ho il terrore). Colazione da 7, variata, costo a parte. Camere pulite e bagni puliti ma armadio che aveva odore di muffetta e doccia che te de ad allagare ...il lavandino ha cominciato a perdere acqua il secondo giorno e non sono riusciti a metterlo a posto, solo tamponato. Mio figlio aveva un'altra stanza ma era molto più bella.

Niet hygiënisch, matras zelf zag er vies uit. Interieur zag er old fashion uit, maar kan leuk zijn voor andere reizigers.

Big room, view and swimming pool

La chambre était propre, la literie confortable et la vue sur la piscine est top ! On a pu s'y baigner même tard dans la nuit, la piscine était très bien entretenue. Le personnel est très accueillant ! On a adoré séjourné dans cet hôtel !

Cet hôtel est parfait. Dans une petite ruelle au milieu des restaurants et bars,ce qui permet d'être au calme. Les chambres très grandes,le petit déjeuner amené dans la chambre,la jungle et les écureuils en arrière plan.

Unser 2. Aufenthalt im Alam Terrace! Das sagt doch eigentlich alles: Wir waren auch beim 2. Besuch wieder sehr zufrieden! Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und sehr freundlich und das Preis/ Leistungs- Verhältnis ist exzellent. Die Lage- wunderbar! Ruhig und doch zentral. Frühstück auf der Terrasse serviert: Lecker! Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Bananen Pfannkuchen!

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Am Waschbecken fehlt ein Handtuchhalter. Die Badezimmertür ist aus dem Zimmer 103 nicht gut zu schließen. Zur Vermeidung von Plastik wären nachfüllbare Glasflaschen im Zimmer besser als tägliche kleine Plastikflaschen.

İnanılmaz huzurlu bir ortamı var. Gayet temiz. Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Konumu da iyi, merkezi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde.

Staff veramente perfetto.

El lugar es agradable y el personal es muy amable, atento y servicial. La cama es muy cómoda y la piscina está perfecta para darse un baño y relajarse después de un día de paseo. En general, es un lugar con encanto y con un personal excelente, pero creemos que mejorando el mantenimiento, la limpieza de los alrededores y algunos servicios, la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor.

Sin embargo, encontramos varios aspectos que deberían mejorar. La habitación tenía bastante humedad y el WC no paraba de perder agua, con un goteo constante. La ducha tenía muy poca presión y, en algunos momentos, se percibía olor a desagüe en la entrada de la habitación, probablemente debido a la falta de higiene en la parcela colindante. También echamos en falta una caja fuerte en la habitación. El acceso al alojamiento y a la piscina tiene bastantes escaleras y, además, el camino de acceso está poco iluminado, algo a tener en cuenta si llegas o sales de noche. El desayuno ofrecido por el restaurante es bastante sencillo. También alquilamos dos motos con el alojamiento y, aunque fue práctico poder hacerlo allí mismo, eran motos bastante antiguas, pesadas y poco cómodas para moverse.

The location of the property was very good. The staff were excellent. The pool was lovely and the room was very good.

We lost water a few times and hot water also. Although the rooms were good, there was no comfortable seating on the balcony or inside the room. Some padded cushioning would have made it so much more pleasant.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit war überragend. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück wurde pünktlich zum Zimmer gebracht. Gute Betten und alles sauber. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Le personnel est vraiment chaleureux et attentionné, et les chambres sont tout simplement formidable.

Everything! This place is absolutely dreadful! We were due to stay for 3 nights, but were left with no option but to check out after our first night. As soon as we got into the room, we were greeted with a strong musty smell that was caused by the mould in the bathroom, and also the bedding and towels smelt like they hadn’t been washed properly (again, a mouldy smell). We went out for breakfast the morning we left, came back to get our luggage and the smell got worse! Honestly, breathing this in isn’t good for your health. My partner suffers with asthma too so she struggled immensely to stay here. Cleanliness was also a major issue here. The bedsheets were stained and marked, giving the impression they hadn’t been changed. There were thick cobwebs under the bed and the bathroom was mouldy, damp and very poorly maintained. We also found hundreds of bugs crawling around the bathroom because of the mouldy, damp conditions as well as ants entering the room through the gap under the door during the night. Basic amenities were missing including toilet roll, shampoo, body wash. When we arrived at the room, the toilet roll was empty, and the refillables for the shower were basically empty. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and disgusted with Alam Terrace Cottages. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable. As stated, we left as soon as we could for the reasons above. I also feel that the listing on booking.com is extremely misleading and false. I have attached photographs of the issues I’ve mentioned.

Struttura pulita, personale gentile, bella piscina, ottima zona comoda per girare a piedi il centro di ubud, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Camera vecchia con alcune cose in bagno specialmente molto rovinate come ad esempio la ventola o la porta.

The rooms were well appointed particularly for the money however the pillows were lumpy and the stairs in to the hotel then up to my room on the third floor were a lot The bath did not appear clean and the cups for coffee were stained. No hot water for my much needed shower after arriving and the shower was water came out side ways

the room was pleasant, building work outside , breakfast wasn't good at all, lots of steps and a fair walk from the main street where your dropped off, the pool was ok but not really many areas to sit on sun lounger, the main street had lots of restaurant's, spas & supermarkets which was handy. staff were lovely and happy to help with drivers etc

Breakfast was not great, not much variety, but there are other places to get BF, its a bit of a walk with all your cases, but once your there its a good location away from the main crowds.

L'emplacement est idéal. Au bout d'une ruelle donc proche de tout et au calme.

Les chambres sentaient énormément l'humidité ! Tellement que nous avons quitté l'établissement après 1 nuit au lieu de 3.

Tudo excelente! Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Tinha frigorífico, chaleira e chás no quarto. Tem televisão. Estive pouco tempo no alojamento, mas correu tudo como esperado.

Apenas do acesso. É uma rua muito estreitinha o que dificulta o acesso. Estou de mota e ainda assim não é muito fácil. Tirando isso, tudo impecável.

Beautiful place with excellent location, friendly staff and clean, comfortable accommodation at a very good rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia allo stile tipico balinese, la cura dei dettagli. Atmosfera molto rilassante immersa nel verde. Il top è la colazione in camera sul terrazzo vista piscina

Bel emplacement, à proximité de la Monkey Forest. Le personnel est très arrangeant et réactif. Ils nous ont aidés à organiser nos excursions et activités, toujours avec disponibilité et efficacité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet établissement.

Il manque des équipements : bouilloire par exemple.

Our stay was excellent. The location is right in the heart of Ubud, within walking distance of the Monkey Forest, great restaurants, massage spas, and the town center. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Ubud.

The staff were such beautiful people. Big beds, spacious rooms, nice pool that was never too crowded. The hotel is off the main road so it’s nice and quiet and felt very safe but only a short 2-5 min walk to cafes and restaurants. Also a short walk (15 mins) to main market!

Just the pillows, but I always struggle to find a good pillow 😅
