The staff is very helpful and friendly even though there’s not much guest on this season. The room is also very big and very comfortable

Since the hotel is quite old there’s some facilities of the hotel need to fix/renovate

De locatie was prachtig. Schitterend uitzicht.

Ontbijt was alleen Aziatisch. Ik heb 3 dagen geroosterde boterham met jam gegeten.

The resort is in a large hilly place with limited guests accommodation making it not even busy during the new year holidays. The rooms are spacious with a separate living room & a huge balcony with a lovely mountain view

Since we are vegetarians there are limited options for breakfast & spending 3 nights were too long with not many activities around. Its a old property and need repairs atleast with tge bathroom shower & toilet spray

The floor in the guest room creaked loudly. Breakfast was also poor.

Verrukkelijk ontbijt!!! Locatie en tuinen zijn prachtig. Comfortabele kamer met prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Goed gelegen tov het national park.

L'hôtel est à rénover et surtout quand on vous demande de ne pas mettre de papier toilette dans les toilettes petite ou grosse commission tout dans 1 petite poubelle a côté.....j aurais du choisir du camping et non 1 **** L eau est presque tiède pas du tout d eau chaude tout plein de calcaire et rouillé

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. The staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at the hotel and drive us to Khao Yai for a day tour of the National Park.

To isolated as we did not have a car however they do provide bicycles for your use free of charge

La salle de bain acceptable mais pas au niveau de ce type d'établissement, c'est pas normal que le flexible de douche et la pomme de douche soient rouillés.

One of my fave hotels! 😍 I've been here every year. I always get a room right away, never have to wait till 2. It's clean and the staff are great. Good for a hideaway and keeping yourself calm. 😌 #Hotel #Vacation #Travel #Relaxation #Staycation

A little drive away from the main highway, but you arrive at a quiet rural location. Restaurant on property. We enjoyed our short stay.

Beautiful setup of the resort with a large tropical garden in a quiet and peaceful location near Khao Yai NP (if you have a car).

During our (2 nights) stay, there were hardly any other guests so we felt a bit abandoned siiting by ourselves in the restaurant. First morning there was a huge buffet breakfast with quite some choice but the next morning the breakfast was minimal due to communication problems with the staff.

It was well maintained, even during low season. The restaurant was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked very well. It is very amazing to just sit by the pool, or on the hotel deck and enjoy the quietness.

The breakfast was ok, but during low season, you can expect to order from a la carte. But it’s all the same food as the breakfast buffet which we had on the Saturday when there were more guests.

The room is big, Staffs are nice

The hotel is run down with no maintenance. The pool is full of mold. There weren’t many guests, so breakfast had to be made to order. The hotel really needs maintenance and improvement.

My room is building no.5 room no 544 The floor in our room is always make a noise when we walk.

The property is at a scenic location but the amneties are very poor. The staff is polite and helpful . The main issue is that they are non English speakers.

The Dining options - No much of option The bathrooms are stinky and get easily clogged

Surrounded by nature, mountains and fresh air were definitely a wonderful escape from the city. At first I tried to negotiate the price because my friend went to book a separate room but that wasn't possible so they upgraded me to Lake View room which was wonderful. I would love to take my family there as well since the facilities seem to be wheelchair-friendly too. We also requested halal/vegetarian options for breakfast. Since they didn't have halal, we ate just eggs and rice and bread and jam, which were enough anyway.

The bathroom flush took some time, but otherwise, it was fine. The wooden floor creaks a bit, but since I was staying alone, it was alright. The location was slightly far from 7-11 (10 mins drive), and the hotel didn't have toothbrushes provided, so that was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast was fair. Location of property was 20 km from most places for our visit - from centre

Pillows were too soft for comfort. Toilet flushing was an issue. Property was overpriced for condo converted to hotel. The view from our room was the construction equipment yard - not as described "country View"

Professional team. Spacious, clean and kids friendly, enough car park available. Greenery creates relaxing atmosphere. Very tasty Breakfast buffet

The couch was super hard, the toilet was stinking but apart from these issues and few others the place is breath taking and a nice break from Bangkok

Staff service was excellent & waited for us to check-in as we arrived at night. Everyone was very friendly. Very lovely resort, serene & quiet. Breakfast was simple & nice.

Shower head leaking & not strong enough. Also, had trouble adjusting the water temperature.

Space room and comfort bed. Microwave and dining ware in room is a plus as we purchase food from Pak Chong market for dinner. Jacuzzi bathtub calm our tiredness.

Location and quiet

We have stated at this resort several times before and always had a great view from the balcony but this time we were given a room that overlooked the road ! Not happy , after several negotiations we eventually got a reasonable view from another room

Spacious rooms with good sized balcony, Smart TV, WIFI worked well. Breakfast buffet was decent but could've been better. Nice mountain views.

The Jacuzzi by the pool wasn't working.

The staff were very polite and the rooms were big and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, rice, egg station, coffee, cereals and yoghurt etc. Second time staying here. Beautiful grounds. Near to winery if driving. Absolutely loved it! WiFi was good. Could stream Netflix to the tv easily.

Friendly staff , very good service , every time we require something and call for the staff's assistance / help, they are very handy and fast response.

Just the room is abit old but aside from that, all good, room is spacious and clean, breakfast is nice.
