Hotel der Wiesenhof

Der Wiesenhof, hier ist der Name Programm. Ein tolles Wellnesshotel, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl ich erst gegen 23 Uhr angereist bin. Generell ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals besonders hervorzuheben. Egal, wo man sich im Hotel aufhält, man wird freundlich begrüßt und hat das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter wirklich gerne für ihre Gäste da sind. Man spürt an vielen Stellen, dass der Wiesenhof noch familiengeführt ist. Das Frühstück lässt ebenfalls kaum Wünsche offen. Eine sehr schöne und vielfältige Auswahl, gefühlt alles frisch und regional. Verschiedene Omeletts, eine große Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, die vom Personal frisch nach Wunsch aufgeschnitten werden, dazu Obst, Gemüse und die Möglichkeit, sich seinen eigenen frischen Salat zusammenzustellen. So kann der Tag beginnen. Der Wellnessbereich ist der Hammer. Die finnische Außensauna ist großartig, das Schwimmbad einfach mega. Purer Luxus ist der räumlich getrennte Poolbereich für Kinder, eine wirklich gute Idee. Obwohl ich viel Zeit im Wellnessbereich verbracht habe, war es zu keiner Zeit überlaufen. Handtücher, Wasser und eine tolle Auswahl an Tees standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Hier kann man tatsächlich die Zeit vergessen und einfach abschalten. Auch der Fitnessbereich hat mich begeistert. Neue Geräte von Technogym und eine Ausstattung, die sich fast wie ein vollwertiges Gym anfühlt. Dazu ein toll gestalteter Bereich mit Panoramablick nach draußen. Selbst beim Training fühlt man sich hier wohl. Fahrräder ohne Elektroantrieb kann man kostenlos nutzen und damit beispielsweise eine Runde am See fahren. Auch der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Bar ist sehr angenehm gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dazu sehr nettes Barpersonal. Überhaupt gibt es im ganzen Hotel und auf den verschiedenen Etagen immer wieder etwas zu entdecken.

Die folgenden Punkte sind ausdrücklich als konstruktive Anregungen zu verstehen und definitiv als Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der insgesamt hervorragende Eindruck des Hotels wird dadurch für mich nicht geschmälert. Beim Frühstück könnte man die ohnehin tolle Auswahl an der Salat und Obstbar vielleicht noch um hochwertige frische Öle, Meersalz, eine Pfeffermühle und frischen Zitronensaft ergänzen. Gerade wenn man sich seinen Salat selbst zusammenstellt, wären frisches Basilikum oder andere Kräuter noch eine schöne Ergänzung und würden das Angebot perfekt abrunden. Mein Zimmer, die Nummer 320, war optisch nicht ganz mein Geschmack und versprühte noch etwas den Charme der 90er Jahre. Ich habe allerdings gesehen, dass bereits viele Zimmer wunderschön modernisiert wurden. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich ohnehin ein Zirbenzimmer buchen, damit wäre dieses kleine „Problem“ für mich bereits gelöst. Vielleicht ist Zimmer 320 bis dahin ja ebenfalls renoviert. Die Öffnungszeiten des Saunabereichs empfand ich persönlich als etwas kurz. Gerade nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ist es besonders schön, am Abend noch die Ruhe und Wärme einer Sauna genießen zu können. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist der Saunabereich jedoch bereits geschlossen. Eine etwas längere Öffnungszeit am Abend wäre für mich eine tolle Ergänzung zum ansonsten wirklich hervorragenden Wellnessangebot. Ein Punkt, bei dem ich tatsächlich Verbesserungspotenzial sehe, sind die Zimmertüren, zumindest bei meinem Zimmer. Hier gibt es noch ein klassisches Schließsystem mit Schlüssel und keine moderne Kartenöffnung. Wenn man abends noch eine Runde spazieren gehen möchte, muss man deshalb den relativ großen Schlüssel mitnehmen, um nach 23:30 Uhr wieder ins Haus zu kommen. Hinzu kommt die Schalldämmung der Tür. Morgens wurde ich davon wach, als ein Zimmernachbar seine Tür abgeschlossen hat. Das Geräusch war so deutlich zu hören, als würde er direkt neben mir stehen.

Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und hervorragende Küche beim Abendessen. Top-Lage in Pertisau-ruhig und trotzdem zentral, alles Wichtige fussläufig oder auch mit Bus bzw. Schiff erreichbar. Unser Auto hatte ebenfalls 1 Woche Ferien 😊 Sehr großes, helles Indoor-Schwimmbad (25m-Bahn) mit Liegewiese im Aussenbereich. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Panorama-Fitnessraum im Obergeschoss. Familienbetrieb mit viel Tradition. Das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Bei sehr warmem Sommerwetter wünscht man sich eine Klimaanlage, da die Zimmer sich je nach Lage doch stark aufheizen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre hilfreich.

Hotel má absolutně fantastickou polohu, má nádherné wellness, krásný 25 m dlouhý bazén, má vynikající servírované večeře. Personál byl neskutečný milý a ochotný s čímkoliv pomoci. Nabízím normální kola zdarma, je tam výborné vybavení tělocvičny s pinpong, fotbale, dětský bazén dětskou .herničkou. Hotel má poměrně rozlehlou krásně upravenou zahradu, která nabízí dostatek místa na odpočinek a relaxaci

Nelíbily se nám pokoje, bydleli jsme v prvním patře nad kuchyni, vybavení pokojů bylo starší, ale čisté. Chyběl nám každodenní room servis ve smyslu úklidu, výměny ručníků a vynesení odpadkových košů. K tomu došlo za 5 dnů pobytu pouze jednou. Požadovali jsme pokoje blízko u sebe, v tom nám hotel vyšel vstříc a velmi příjemné bylo, že jsme měli společnou terasu. V koupelně byla velmi rušivá hlučná ventilace.

Fast alles hat gefallen 👍 die Brotauswahl beim Frühstück war super... auch Fleisch und Käse top... alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Das Abendessen jedes Mal eine Gaumenfreude. Die Lage des Hotels: Ruhig gelegen, wenige Gehminuten zur Karwendel Bergbahn oder zum See. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Bergblick. Schöne Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Freitag- und Samstagnachmittag hatte es keine Badetücher mehr im grossen Bad... das müsste m.E. etwas öfter kontrolliert werden (es gibt halt auch Gäste, welche mehrere Liege- und Badetücher in Beschlag nehmen). Die Duschen im Relaxbad konnten nicht wärmer gestellt werden... (defekt?) Das Bad war angenehm warm, der Ruheraum aber eher kühl und damit unangenehm. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉 zum Ruhen konnte man ins grosse Bad wechseln, denn Liegestühle waren mehr als genug vorhanden.

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage am See mit toller Bergkulisse. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und herzliche Atmosphäre. Tolle Innenpools, insgesamt ist der Spa-Bereich sehr schön! Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und vielen frischen Produkten. Schönes Zimmer mit Holzfußboden und traumhaft bequemem Bett. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr entspannt und rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Balkone könnten etwas mehr Privatsphäre haben, die Trennung ist recht niedrig. Aber davon abgesehen ist der Wiesenhof ein wunderbares Hotel!

Wann wurde herzlich aufgenommen und es wurde immer bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu zaubern!

Ich hätte mir gern einen kleinen Kühlschrank gewünscht im Zimmer ebenso was mir gefehlt hat im Bad diese Standard Accessoires wie Watte Pads und Ohren Stäbchen!

Es hat alles gepasst. Und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der grosse Pool und der schöne Garten sind traumhaft. Komme gerne wieder!

We loved this friendly family run hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in stunning location with lots of varied accessible walks. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony with mountain views. The food is absolutely delicious and the 25m swimming pool is a joy to swim in. There is lots of space in the hotel and it never felt crowded.

Fantastic hotel which should have 5 stars above the door

The facilities are exceptional for a 4 star hotel. The extras include golf simulator, use of ski shoes, and so much more than the fabulous pool and extensive sauna complex. Good gym with sports hall, badminton, etc etc

Noise from building site and cranes outside. Having to purchase afternoon tea. Other four star Austrian hotels have often provided refreshments in the afternoon as part of the daily rate.

Couldn't wish for better food!! So much choice for breakfast and the 5 course evening meals were top gourmet! Very friendly welcoming staff. Super area for long not overly strenuous mountain walks ! We were also very lucky with the weather, blue skies giving super views!!

I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room. Also felt it unnecessary for our towels to be changed daily so left a note 3rd day!

This is our 2nd visit and this time for Christmas. It is such a warm and welcoming hotel with a lovely family feel yet so slick and with seamless service!

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Vom Empfang bis zum Restaurant-überall tolle Menschen die dort arbeiten! Unser Zimmer war grosszügig und sehr sauber. Wir durften sogar ein Upgrate von einem Zimmer zu einem Familienzimmer geniessen. Das Essen war hervorragend und reichlich. Frühstücksbuffet war top! Die Lage ist auch ideal und zentral. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt.

Das schöne, familiengeführte Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderbar war das große Frühstücksbuffet mit all den Säften, Müsli, Nüsse, Trockenobst, Obst, Omeltt-Karte und die Wurst- und Käsetheke, wo für jeden Gast frisch aufgeschnitten wurde. Sehr schön ist der große Wellness, Bade- und Fitnessbereich. Mit dem langen 25-Schwimmbecken (mit Sicht in die Berge) kommen sowohl Junge als ältere Gäste auf ihre Kosten. Wunderbar dazu passend ist die schöne Liegewiese und auch die Sonnenterrasse. Ingesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urklaub in dem freundlichen, familiengeführten Hotel.

This hotel is set in a stunning location in Pertisau with a lake and mountain view. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely. The food was amazing and the facilities, including the pool and gym were great. A stone's throw from the cable car and Achensee, it is ideally placed for all activities.

There was nothing we would change about our stay at this hotel.

Great facilities, outstanding food and very helpful staff. It is also perfectly located for Mountain walks with myriad excellent trails close to the hotel.

Staff are efficient and friendly even though English was not there first language. Hands on owners which is good. Breakfast and dinners - lots of options and the food was good.

We joined a couple of friends who had stayed at this hotel twice before. It’s a very large traditional style hotel. Very family friendly. We were possibly expecting something a little more upmarket. Stayed in a South room but didn’t think it was worth the money for the extra space we didn’t use. Only there for 3 nights. Breakfast was a good selection. The dinners (we were on a half board basis) were a little bit hit and miss. One day none of the choices for the main were what we would have chosen. But overall the food was ample and good quality. All the staff were very friendly.

The price! But presumably this is the going rate for the area.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa area is fantastic, the pool was great and the herbal tea was a nice touch. I received a few spa treatments and Resi was absolutely lovely. The people at the front desk were very helpful and there was always someone to answer our questions. We rented e-mountainbikes for a day and it was lovely. The food was the best part of the stay. I would highly recommend doing the half-board, as the food was delicious all 4 days that we stayed. Breakfast buffet is also awesome, with the omelette station and cold cuts and cheese station, along with the possibility to make fresh juice. We will definitely try to go back in the future, it was so relaxing.

At first I thought the pillow I had was a bit too soft, but I was able to get a firmer replacement at the reception upon request. It would be nice to be able to grab new towels at the pool (Maybe we can and I just didn't see it.)

The food was excellent, the rooms were amazing both for size and comfort. It was great to be able to use the pool which was substantial in size . The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful wellness area where I indulged in a relaxing massage and enjoyed the vast array of saunas and pools overlooking the stunning mountain scenery. The food was excellent with plenty of options for a vegetarian. My room overlooked the lake and I left relaxed and planning to return again.

We have had a summer and a winter holiday here and were very pleased with the hotel both times. The staff are friendly, efficient and always around but not intrusive.

Sehr gutes Hotel, prima Lage, gutes Essen, kleiner, aber schöner Wellness-Bereich; einzig unser Zimmer ("Medium") war eher klein, im Bad hatten zwei Personen gleichzeitig nicht Platz (bevor einer die Dusche verlassen kann, muss der andere aus dem Badezimmer). Wir würden wieder kommen (dann aber ein anderes Zimmer buchen).

A perfect holiday for us. Wonderful centre for walking with all grades of walk in the area. The spa and pool are great places for a rainy day (we had one). One of the few hotels we cannot fault. A comfortable, relaxed but efficient place. The owner even gave us a lift to the train station in his car on departure - thank you. Our best holiday for years,

Room would have benefitted greatly from A/C. Staff excellent, food excellent particularly the omelettes at breakfast. Location great and would recommend trip to Innsbruck.

We couldn't have had a more perfect stay in Pertisau. The location was perfect, the room and overall hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had the accommodations of a 5-star hotel with the feel of a comfy B&B. Every one of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We used the complimentary bikes provided by the hotel to explore the area and the views all around are breathtaking. They also have a great gym and spa area with multiple types of steam rooms. Last but not least, the food: complimentary food buffet all day long with a michelin-rated gourmet feast for dinner each night. This family-owned establishment has had years perfecting their craft. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is set in an idyllic location near a lake and mountains. The hotel was sold on an all inclusive basis, and each meal was a gourmet delight. The dinners were all fine dining, and on one night there was a gala dinner, which was superb. The breakfasts changed each morning, but each time the buffet spread was enormous and such good quality.
