Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολύ καλές παροχές .Η ανακαίνιση έχει αναβαθμίσει σημαντικά το ξενοδοχείο . Μας άρεσε πολύ και το ανακαινισμένο μπα΄νιο του δωματίου.. Πολύ καλό και το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου.
Θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο το πρωινό για να είναι άριστο...

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chalkida and close to everything. The sheets and basic cleanliness of the room were also fine.
The hotel feels badly outdated and in urgent need of renovation, especially the bathroom, with worn fittings, bubbling ceiling paint, harsh fluorescent lighting and very poor ergonomics. Service was equally disappointing: reception was cold, breakfast was chaotic and poorly reset, staff communication repeatedly failed at the café, and even simple requests were handled with an unnecessarily curt attitude. The room was also too dark, the beds were unusually short, the wardrobe smelled damp, and several details made the overall experience feel far below what the location deserves.

Well, a six story Hotel is normally not my choice. I love small pensions with up to 30 rooms and a familiar atmosphere. The room was large. Bed ok. Breakfast acceptable. But at the the end of the the day - no personality.

Non è vero che c'è il posteggio auto! Fate attenzione!! Non c'è un posteggio coperto e non nei pressi dell' hotel. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina ad un parking lì vicino per un costo giornaliero di 25 euro . Zona a dir poco super trafficata. Dovrebbe essere segnalata questa cosa. Scarico doccia assolutamente intasato, l' acqua è andata ovunque in bagno.

Όταν το κλείσαμε είχε παροχή πάρκινγκ, όταν φτάσαμε μας είπαν ότι συνεργάζονται με ενα πάρκινγκ και ότι είναι extra χρέωση, εν τέλει πήγαμε σε ενα πάρκινγκ που προτιμησαμε εμείς, οι άνθρωποι ήταν ευγεναστατοι και είχαν 15€ όλη την ημέρα

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Hotel Paliria was our choice for the third time, which speaks for itself. It is perfectly located, and although the rooms have a traditional, somewhat old-fashioned style, they are comfortable and well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and we were pleased to see that the breakfast selection has improved since our last stay in 2023.
The only downside was that the breakfast items were not consistently replenished throughout the serving hours. Although breakfast is available until 10:00 AM, if you arrive around 9:30 AM, you may find that many of the options have already run out, making it difficult to find something to eat.

I bagni (comunque puliti e funzionanti) avrebbero bisogno di una riammodernata. La reception ci ha dato istruzioni sbagliate per raggiungere il parcheggio riservato dell'hotel.

Not a big problem for me but the shower access is not easy & large people would struggle, the shower is over a small old style greek bath which has a fixed glazed screen covering half of the bath so you have a big step up and through a narrow gap to access the shower

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.

The breakfast was a bit poor. Misleading whether there is car park or not. It is advertised with free parking facilities but in the end is not true. We found a paid parking very nearby.

We booked a deluxe room, so it was spacious and comfortable with plenty of windows and a wrap-around balcony facing the gulf, which was very nice. We stayed for just one night because our flight was the next day, and we wanted to get closer to the airport in Athens, so it was a very good location for our needs
The hotel is dated and feels a bit frozen in time, which isn't necessarily bad. However, in the floor corridors and the elevator lobby, there was an unbearable smell of kerosene or some similar chemical substance; fortunately, the smell did not enter the room. Breakfast was extremely basic. The thing that bothered me the most was the bed mattress—it was a hard spring mattress and really uncomfortable

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Χαλκίδας δίπλα στο γεφυράκι - θάλασσα και πάνω στον πεζόδρομο . Ιδανική τοποθεσία για όποια μετακίνηση. Άνετο μεγάλο δωμάτιο μύριζε καθαριότητα μόλις έμπαινες και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό . Στην τιμή συμπεριλαμβάνεται πρωινό - μπουφές πλήρως ενημερωμένος .
Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό σχετικά με τη διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο Παλίρροια.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Ευγενικό προσωπικό καλη τοποθεσία κι ωραία θέα. Σε γενικές γραμμές καθαρό απλα αυτη τη φορά τους ειχαν ξεφύγει κπ πράγματα σχετικά με το μπάνιο.
Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με την καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο. Δεν θελω να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, ενημερωσα το αρμοδιο προσωπικο σχετικα. Ειναι η 1η φορά που συνέβη αυτό, είχα ξαναμείνει κι άλλες φορές και δεν ειχε συμβεί.. ας ελπίσουμε να μην επαναληφθεί. Υπήρχε κ φασαρία απο το δρόμο κλπ. θα λεγα η ηχομόνωση θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί
