Sequoia Hotel Quezon City

Needs improvement. Services are poor..

A very good place

Property was in decent location

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was very clean in the said hotel and relaxing place.

Staff provided great service - they were very pleasant and respectful. The building needs a little maintenance- the grout in the bathroom was disgusting, they either need to bleach or regrout. Maybe the filter in the AC needs to be replaced , there was an odor when the AC was running.

I feel At home

Honesty and courtesy

It's a serviceable hotel. Clean, but fixtures in bathroom are a bit dated, especially the countertop. Hallways above lobby, including elevators do not have a/c.

They are like home

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is comfortable and modern. I would have preferred a closet and drawers for my things though. Restaurant buffet breakfast was good and so is the area. Staff friendly and Check in good.

My room in 601 was very noisy on the first night (18 Dec 2019). The neighbors must be having a party till late! There should be some limits to the noise level. On the 3rd night (20 Dec 2019), some idiots were blasting loud music in front of the hotel till 1 am, causing me to stay up late and losing sleep … Will not choose this hotel again.

No hair blower was available and some toiletries were missing

The 1st thing that really turned me off is the incidental deposit of 1000 (it should have been mentioned in the booking process and I would have skipped this hotel!) Second is the access of the basement parking to the room: they need to call another person to key in the lift so that basement parking can access the rooms on higher floors. 3rd the parking pass: it’s a little complicated that security needed to advice me to return to the room to get the ticket! And i was already on the hotel ramp going off to my destination!

The only problem is there are so many small cockroaches in Toilets and TV is not having USB access option

Wifi is good in the room. You can find food every where. Very convenient.

I can’t believe this hotel doesn’t have AC on the floor . First hotel I went to that’s on a budget with no AC not acceptable !!!! Small Cockroaches all over the room terrible ! Besides that it’s ok

Good priced hotel at a very convenient location near restaurants.

AMAZING

Will come back. Good people

Good. Will stay again.

Fast check in. Nice room. Homey feel. Aircon ok. Complete channels and cable. Big bed. Big space. Has bell boy.

The breakfast buffet was great!

customer svc was great and location is perfect... the only thing i can comment on the food... few choices.

The saying " you get what you pay for " is very true for this hotel. Although rooms very relatively clean, just the basic amenities, no fridge for example, but you cant expect too much for the price. But hotel staff were rude and unmindful: - on my way up the elevator as i was about to exit my floor, hotel staff were quick to rush in the elevator, reminds you of the MRT, a lot of other hotels staff would either let you out first or even take the next available elevator - was awakened early the next morning as cleaning staff on my floor were very noisy - front desk called me on the phone 11:40 am - "to remind me that checkout is at 12" - i dont remember hotels actually doing this - as i was in the bathroom at the time, extremely annoying

The hotel is in a convenient location as there are food places close by. The street frontage & entrance of the hotel is not as busy which is good. The room is large & clean but I saw 2 very small roaches in the toilet/bathroom (got one of em). Apart from that it's good. The in-house restaurant is good as well but since there are other places to eat I did not utilise it much. Staff are helpful & polite and an asset to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for it's location/staff/comfort & convenience.

Our stay was superb. The staff was efficient. The hotel was clean. Facilities are great. Food is good.

I like the rooms of this hotel. However, the lobby was not quite inviting because of the limited seating they have. They had a tiny gym but is always locked. If you want to use it, you have to call the front desk and standby by the door of the gym for them to unlock the facility.

Great experience, very convenient staying after the party

It delivers on..no frills and clean. Be aware that surrounding area during seasonal times can be noisy.

low score caused by my experience on failed room service. when I ordered food/snack during the midday or afternoon, took me 2hrs to follow up because I was busy working(pc) in my room. and I was informed that the item I ordered was not available. parking guards and reception staff are accomodating, and im thankful I was accepted for early check in. lots of pillows!

it was OK.

okay actually one thing I would say is the front staffs very helpful The door securities are nice too

Good hotel

Rooms are not sound-proof. No doorbell. No slippers readily-available.

Very courteous and friendly staff, room is very clean.

Nice place. Clean. No free coffee in room though.

Terrible room! Very small. No closets or drawers to secure your clothes and belongings. Refrigerator and Security safe are extra charge but I wasn’t charged because I tried to cancel my reservation. I wasn’t successful in canceling due to the non cancellation policy. Room is so cramped up w/ unnecessary desks and end tables with no functions at all. you can’t even move. Should have booked at Hive or the Imperial Garden.

From the time i got there to my checkout..all the staff are efficient and accomodating. Will return once in a while to relax..

Hotel is very comfortable. Food and night life is around. Staff very courteous.

Courteous staff at times too courteous. Great location and it's near to everything. Could improve in cleaning bathroom with spray to freshen up smell. You guys need to have a pool.

We had a wonderful time here. Place was spacious and clean making us feel at home

I took my dad for a medical at St. Luke's Medical centre at Quezon City and this was the first Hotel we stayed in after the 6hr flight...it was fabulous, loved the big bed, breakfast incl, and burger king next to it. Everything in the room was so comfy...would have loved to stay there 2 or 3 more days, before moving to other spots.

During my first night i can't sleep because i can hear the loud music from their function room They should minimize the noise or they put noise barrier on that areea imagine i was at 5 th floor And they charge me extra 1 day im booked march 31 to april 6 but my flight schedule arrival was april 1

This is a fairly new hotel from what I can see. The place is contemporary and the rooms are clean and neat. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. A good place to stay at if your business is in Quezon City. Besides the hotel restaurant, there are numerous eateries within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is okay, nothing to rave about but reasonably priced. As with most Asian countries, the bathroom floor is a step down from the other floors so be careful. The water pressure is adequate and refreshing. You have cable TV and HBO is free. The room rate is reasonable and affordable. I would stay here again.

i always book our guests here.

Wifi was problematic

We enjoyed our stay here because of the ffg. reasons: 1) The room is clean and neat. There are no cockroaches. 2)The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful 3)The food are delicious! 4)The surrounding is safe. May family can walk outside even @ night time. I will 100% recommend this hotel because of the above reasons and suit to your budget ( affordable).

should have a swimming pool. the price is not good since no BF and no swimming pool. room wifi is not that good very slow.

Good location. Clean room but wifi was slow.

The staff are very friendly but the class of hotel is rated 3
