Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam vertrauen sich aber tendenziell eher englisch zu sprechen, obwohl sie sehr gut deutsch könnten, nur Mut! Die Gastgeber selber sind präsent und sehr familiär zu den Gästen und erfüllen praktisch jeden Wunsch. Der kleine Garten hintenraus lädt zum Verweilen ein und dort wird man auch von den Mitarbeiter verwöhnt mit einem Glas Wein oder einem frischen Stück Kuchen, mein persönliches Highlight, nebst der Grösse der Junior Suite under exzellenten Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Aussicht ebenfalls sehr schön, würde also auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! Danke!

Abendessen war grosszügig und sehr lecker! Das Frühstück für ein vier Sterne Hotel eher an der unteren Grenze, zumindest bei der Aufschnitt Auswahl, welche bei meinem Erscheinen um ca. 09.15 Uhr eher karg war ich aber sicher bin, dass man SOFORT nachgelegt hätte, wenn ich was gesagt hätte. Als Einzelreisender wollte ich aber kein Fass auftun, da die übrige Auswahl vollständig und ausreichen war.

Tolle Lage im malerischen Lech, exzellenter Service (jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Lippen abgelesen), reichhaltiges Frühstück mit leckeren Eigerichten frisch aus der Küche, nette Extras (Candybar, extra Kissenauswahl im Zimmer, schöner Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, edles Spa mit guten Düften)

It's rare that you step into a hotel and it feels like a home. At the Haldenhof, from the first moment that we came in, the owners greeted us and treated us like we were family. Every detail was thought of. When we went to breakfast, they remembered our coffee order from the previous day and asked if we wanted the same thing. When we were running a little late to breakfast, they kept the buffet open. When our friends decided to impromptu stop by, they served us all on the terrace. Every detail felt thoughtful and considered for the guests to have the ultimate experience. The staff goes above and beyond. The owners make you feel like you're a guest in their home. The lobby of the hotel is a warm and inviting living room with games and delicious daily cake in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The terrace is intimate with couches and lounge chairs. The spa is a relaxing escape after a day of hiking or skiing. We couldn't be more happy, impressed, by our first visit to Haldenhof! Above all else, I just want to recognize the owners of the hotel who really made us feel like family. They were flexible and accommodating to every request - checking in and ensuring we were taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back

Heel gezellig en mooi family-runned hotel in typische Oostenrijkse stijl, heel gastvrij en super vriendelijk personeel, alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en aan ieder detail is gedacht. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt en waardevol, variërende menu in de halfpension-formule. Uitstekende locatie!

Прекрасный отель в альпийском стиле и со своими традициями. Отличный и внимательный обслуживающий персонал. Очень уютный номер с балконом ,с великолепным видом на горы и речку. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак и ужин от шефа с красивой подачей. Столы с белыми накрахмаленными скатертями. Рекомендуем заказывать полупансион. Вы получите огромное удовольствие от еды и от обслуживания, а также от прекрасного вида на горы и городок Лех. Днем здесь подают “послеобеденный кейк” ,который включён в стоимость проживания ,что было приятным сюрпризом . Есть очень уютный спа салон с бассейном и тремя разными саунами и зонами отдыха . Этот отель превзошёл все наши ожидания . В нескольких минутах ходьбы центр городка и подъёмник Рюфикопф . Очень рекомендуем бронировать именно этот отель для вашего прекрасного отдыха. Вы получите удовольствие.

Extremely friendly, attentive staff. Spotless rooms, comfy beds. Gourmet four-course dinner, excellent breakfast with tasty egg dishes. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from the bus station.

The hotel is central to the village and perfect to access this beautiful area. The welcome at the hotel was wonderful and the staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better. The food was excellent.

A very good hotel with incredible staff. The room is very comfortable with an amazing view, the food is delicious (half board highly recommended), and the sauna is great. It's quite close to Rüfiplatz where you can take a bus, or the Rüfibahn cable car for skiing to Zürs. The hotel also has a dedicated ski room for boots and skis. The staff was not only very friendly but also very helpful in skiing and navigating the region. Overall a perfect experience.

The whole experience from arrival to departure was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant for 3 evenings, the food was amazing, service was great, you get yummy cake in the bar everyday from 3pm. Room was comfortable. The owners were great, even helped us with our car, as our tyre had a slow puncture.

It was a little rigid & formal at times but that is preferred over the alternative.

The location is good, hotel was so nice, well decorated and comfotable. The staff was amazing, they were so kind, helpful and cheerfull. The room was clean and breakfast was good and the dinner was very delicious. if I visit Lech again this hotel will be my first choice again

Wonderfully warm reception from Rebecca at reception. Cosy room with lovely bathroom and shower etc. Supremely comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty to recommend here.

Noting at all

The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away. The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times. Food was excellent, and we appreciated the efforts made cater for a pescatarian and vegetarian. I believe you have many repeat customers and we will be one of them. We look forward to it.

My stay at this alpine-style hotel was exceptional. Just a few steps away from the city center, its warm, family-owned atmosphere made me and my dog feel right at home. The cozy decor and incredible food added to the charm. Dinners were exceptional, variating from local to international cuisine. The staff's kindness extended to helping me explore the beautiful hiking trails, making the experience even more enjoyable. Michael and the staff were amazingly hospitable and attentive to our every need. This pet-friendly gem is a true find, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

レッヒのホテル利用は2回目。このホテルは前回の別のホテルの二分の一の値段で宿泊。宿泊するまで少々心配していたが、杞憂であった。 バス停から近い。スーパーマーケットも近い。景観が良い。 スタッフがとても感じよく親切。 館内、室内のインテリアが美しく清潔。 3階のバスタブ付きの部屋で調度が整っており快適に滞在。 朝食は美味しい。 レストランも素晴らしい。 2日間有効のレッヒカード(14、7ユーロ シニア)を出してもらいゴンドラ、リフトを乗り継いでのハイキングにも最適の場所。 次回また宿泊したい。

ヨーロッパらしいコンパクト、家庭的なホテルで、とても快適に過ごせました。たまたま角部屋でもあったので、明るく、窓からのビューも最高に素晴らしいものでした。コンパクトながら必要な設備は揃っており、サウナ、ジャクジープール等、ハイキングの後のリラックスにも満足の出来るものでした。 海外では珍しい２食付きで宿泊しましたが、毎日フルコースのディナーを日替わりでサーブされるので、６泊しましたが、飽きること無く楽しめました。 ホテルの清潔感、質、設備、立地、スタッフの対応　すべて満足！　お奨めのホテルです。

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff and management did everything they could to welcome us and ensure we had a nice time. Great location for skiing and the shops and bars.
