Large, clean and spacious.

De ruime kamer was het enige wat goed beviel

De temperatuur op de kamer was bij aankomst 29.5 C. De airconditioning was ingesteld op winter, hetgeen betekende dat deze niet kon koelen. De "reden" voor de warme kamer was dat deze op het zuiden gericht is, en dus warm werd. Maar 29.5 C met een airconditioning die niet kan koelen maar alleen verwarmen is een catastrofe. Er werd wel een andere kamer aangeboden, welke "slechts" 24 C warm was, deze was echter kleiner en had niet hetzelfde uitzicht. De hele hotellobby was echter zeer koud en alle hotelstaf had de gehele dag een winterjas aan. Als gast kreeg je dus een enorme temperatuurshock als je van je kamer kwam en naar de lobby of ontbijtzaal ging. Niemand van de hotelstaf sprak Engels, dus communicatie was alleen mogelijk via een vertaal app. De koffiemachine was stuk in de ontbijtzaal, en volgens de hotelstaf was dit de enige koffiemachine in het hele hotel. De bar was gesloten en behuisde meerder vogels in kooitjes. Het is betreurenswaardig dat een international hotelketen zoals Four Pounts by Sheraton deze zaken niet op orde heeft in het enige "internationale" hotel in Gu'an.

Staffs should know English to communicate with International Customers

The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. But the worst thing was that the girl at the reception (don't remember her name, it was the evening of January, 25, 2024) refused to give us the reporting documentation. She had to do it when we demanded the manager speaking good English or the director to come out. With the help of the manager we got the documents we needed. And then, to take revenge, when we went by taxi to the airport to fly home, she (the receptionist) called the police, gave them our taxi details and we were stopped on the way by the police, who took us to the police station and checked our passports, visas, air tickets and what not. At last they let us go. We were lucky to catch our flight. But due to this accident this final stop at this hotel and 'the communication" with the policemen before flying home became a great disapointment of China for us...

Very quiet and comfortable with great hospitality. Clean and friendly

I asked for non smoking room but I got a smoking room. It was taken care of quickly by the friendly staff. Other room was great. Hotel should make sure that non smoking rooms remain as nonsmoking and deodorize if people smoke there.

Convenient to a nearby place for food.

Room was smelling of cigarettes and It’s not that close to the airport as advertised. Even though I paid for the hotel in advance (with my card) they asked me for another 1,000yuen. I gave it to them in cash and was told this was a deposit but in the morning when I was in a hurry to catch my flight they only gave me 400y back. No one can really speak English and they couldn’t explain to me why did I have to pay twice. In my dictionary this is called theft.

Hotel a media hora del aeropuerto Daxing PKX internacional. En el check-in se equivocaron de clase de habitación, tener cuidado. Mejor pedir una habitación Standard, no hay casi diferencia con la Deluxe. En frente hay un parque para hacer deporte al aire libre y una zona pequeña de restaurantes, pero suficiente para una o dos noches de estancia. El Gimnasio y la piscina excelente. El restaurante miente con la oferta del buffet, es temático y era Alemán, muy poca cosa era alemán, tan solo la cerveza caliente y el pretzel, el resto un engaño pero la comida aceptable.

싱글임에도 놀랄 정도로 방이 아주 넓고 시설이 좋았으나 오래된 느낌과 로비 편의 시설이 아쉬웠음

the rooms are good and there is good food in the hotel. There are 1 things that wss not good with the food. i like english breakfast but tomato beans did not taste good all week i was there. they were watered out, tasted old and awful. Do not use the same beans several days in a row. much better to serve a little so it is used up every day. over to the positive. I live about 250 days in a hotel in a year and will say that for this price of the hotel and the prices inside the hotel is good. As a customer, I do not make such demand when the prices is good. I would use this hotel more because you get a lot for the money.

large comfortable rooms. great food and plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Bad internet with it is probably everywhere in this district. you get a 5 star feel but the hotel is probably a few years old. a little poor English on the peronalet but it goes well

꾸안에서 제일 좋은 호텔이며 가성비도 좋습니다. 1. 침대 상태도 만족 2. 아침식사는 보통 3. 바로 옆에 중국 대형 마트와 권금성이라는 한국 식당이 있고 음식도 먹을만합니다

固安で外国人が安心して泊まれるホテルという口コミに誘われて予約しました。その評判は伊達じゃない。フロントも英語が通じるしAMEXも使用できました。中国では稀にみるくらい良い対応でした。 無料の朝食は他のホテルとあまり変化ないような中華でした。洋食は少なめ。

방도 크고 깨끗함

My mother had a very good sleep at the hotel after the whole day she spent watching the workers fitting up her new home. It's close to our complex, and very warm and comfortable. It's great to have such a hotel nearby, and I believe our guests will also enjoy that.
