衛浴設施稍稍可惜了，洗澡泡湯整個環境空間很大，但實際泡湯池可使用空間並不大，有2/3幾乎是我個人在冬天用不到的冷水池

每位服務人員都很用心的款待。具有在地特色且美味的早餐。泡湯體驗超讚

房內有自己的露天溫泉，也有大眾裸湯，相當舒適自在的環境。

Perfectly good；Buffet dinner and breakfast is fabulous ！

Everything - giant comfortable bed, clean private onsen, attentive staff, child friendly premises.

Food was a bit repetitive. But still delicious.

Facilities and room is great and service staff is very friendly and helpful.

The buffet has a time limit and the cooking time is long, we waited almost until the last 5 minutes for our child to get her food as not every item in the buffet is suitable.

The hot spring area was very busy! Maybe because we stayed there on a Sunday.

馬桶一點也不智能，說離開3秒會自動沖，沒有自動按沖水也按很久，上個廁所搞老半天。很困擾。

房間的設計中看不中用。夜燈超亮，點了根本無法入睡。門口低陷，到房間跟到衛浴的地板高起，應該要在那裡設置夜燈去，否則晚上起來上廁所有危險性。 無論房間或是裸湯區的冷水池水都不夠冷 裸湯區貼近大自然，但水質的清潔度也不佳...

當下在下雨、接待人員將行李即時幫忙送到房間 非常感謝

Great property with many spa pools to enjoy! Loved the room, the breakfast and the outdoor facilities.

Original architecture, enjoyable space. Excellent breakfast, including for vegetarians. Nice spa experience.

Could use a good power wash in places. Minor complaint but given the expense… Rented a car to get there, which ended up a fun perk as we explored the area.

My family loves the hotel (rooms and staffs). We love breakfast. It's various and delicious. My family came to check in late around 19:30. The restaurant is close at 20:00. We had dinner so fast. Our kids cannot eat the food they served. Hotel's restaurant cooked special fried rice dish for them. We are pleased with this service.

Open air onsen, with free hot red date tea, ginger tea after the onsen. Excellent breakfast with wide variety.

Nothing with the hotel. Just dinner options will be limited even with a driver - unless i want to eat in property. Most placez around the area closes at 7pm. So plan ur dinnner time well.

Average but the hotel location really not convenience and no free shuttle car provided. Without driving own car really not convenience. Always need to pay extra just to go out and book via other platform need to pay for hotel shuttle car to train station. Overall not within expectation.

Too isolated and always need to pay extra to get driver. Food option very limited and only buffet is available in the hotel. Try to go another restaurant but closed around 6pm 😅

Great place for onsen outside usual popular locations. Place gives an upmarket feel and provides good quality. Very impressed with Breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet. Getting here will require a car ride as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Has a 7-11 (opens till 2200) within 2 mins walk. A 24-H Hi-Life convenient store will require a drive out.

Great stay, a hidden gem!

To say it short, everything was excellent. From the booking service, the room, the decoration, the whole place, the free drinks and desert, the onsen in our room, the whole spa, the view, the food quality, the breakfast offered a big range of different food to eat and whole of a good quality and fresh. Next time I go to Taiwan, I'll certainly go there again. If you go there and have some free time, go visit the nearby indigenous museum, it's only 10 minutes by foot.

I recently stayed at Onsen Papawaqa and had an overall enjoyable experience. **Check-In Process:** The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. **Room:** The room was spacious, clean, and came with interesting local complimentary snacks. The highlight was the big hot-spring tub, which was perfect for relaxation. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was nice, offering a mix of Taiwanese, Chinese, and Japanese foods. However, the restaurant layout could be troublesome for some, as it requires navigating stairs to access the food areas. **Communal Hot-Spring:** The communal outdoor hot-spring, referred to as the "naked hot-spring," was quite mediocre. It was underused and not well-maintained, with leaves accumulating in the tub. **Service:** The service by the staff was very good. While English communication was sometimes challenging, the staff tried their best to be helpful in every situation. **Location:** The only downside is the location, which is about a 30-minute drive from the town of Miaoli. Overall, I had a good experience at Onsen Papawaqa, with the spacious room and private hot-spring tub being the standout features.

This Onsen Hotel is absolutely stunning. Our stay was amazing as my wife and I had a very relaxing time during our stay as we took advantage of the common area on-site amazing onsen baths and swimming pool. The Breakfast buffet was very tasty as-well giving you a plethora of options.

Great design and facility! The hot spring and spa service were great - both adults and kids had a great time! Buffet breakfast was very luxurious. Staff were super friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again in the future!
