Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Our family stay here was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff is super helpful and friendly, going far beyond our expectations. A standout example was when they provided a local tour guide during my stay, which gave us amazing insights into Hualian's beauty that we would have missed on our own. The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like stay at home. It was the ideal relaxing base after our days of exploration. Every morning was a delight because the breakfast is delicious, offering a great mix of local and international choices that pleased everyone. As a final incredible touch, they kindly drop my family to the train station, which was so helpful with our luggage and kids. That gracious act wrap up the wonderful trip in Hualian on the perfect note.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2024Very helpful staff! We had some issues with a Hualien Tour we booked and the hotel staff helped us & made sure we got to go. Rooms are as in pictures, a bit old-fashioned but clean & we had all we needed (water, kettle, toiletries & fridge) Breakfast was good and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. Finally we were even dropped off at the train station for free!! We had a great stay, thanks a lot for the kind hospitality!

Reviewed Oct 2, 2019This hotel provides basic needs for the traveler, with the average room size and is clean. The decor of the hotel is old though and feels that it needs some renovation. I stayed for 3 nights and I found the bed to be comfortable. The location of the hotel is not too bad, with restaurants and pubs within a short distance walk. The staff was friendly.
