Reviewed Aug 18, 2026대전 DCC에서 가까웠어요(2Km내외) 성수기 가성비 좋은 깨끗한 곳이었습니다. 방안은 깔끔히 정리 되어있었고, 성수기에 하루 묵기에는 가격 대비 매우 만족합니다.
지하 2층에 주차했는데, 조금 지저분했습니다. 잘 때 거실 에어컨 소리는 소음이 좀 심했어요.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026대전에서 놀다가 널널하게 자기 딱 좋았음. 단체 여러명이서 이용했는데, 2인실 3인실 나눠서 자니 펜션, 에어비앤비보다 훨씬 가성비 있고 좋음. 레지던스 호텔이라 주방, 냉장고 넓게 빠져있고 옷장도 크고 가방 놓을 자리도 널널함. 엄청 큰 거울이 있어서 화장하기 좋았음. 에어컨 잘 되고 수압 좋음! 만족만족
들어가자마자 환기가 오래 안된 것 같은 냄새가 좀 있긴 함. 환기 하면 (코가 적응하는 건지 모르겠지만) 금방 빠짐.

Reviewed May 6, 2026신세계백화점 뒷편에 위치하고 있어 위치가 좋았으며, 금액대비 가성비가 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고, 주차장이 넓어서 주차히기에 편리했습니다.
다만, 호텔과 달리 방음이 잘 되지 않아 소음이 조금씩 들린다는점이 아쉽습니다.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026가성비 좋습니다. 간단한 그릇, 인덕션, 냉장고, 세탁기, 시원한 에어콘 등등 시설은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 둘쨋날 청소 대신 수건, 물만 요청하였는데 이틀째 수건은 깨끗해서 아주 만족스러웠습니다^^ 또 후기에 프론트 직원 불친절하다 그러셨는데, 알고가서 그런지 견딜만 했습니다. 총 3분 보았는데 1분이 쫌 무뚝뚝... ㅎㅎ 근데 뭐 어르신 나이이고 전 괜찮았습니다. 또 주차장도 넉넉하고 좋았습니다. 건물 자체를 전부 가온에서 쓰고 아파트에 들어오는 느낌?
다른 후기에도 언급되었는데 수건이 더럽습니다. 고춧가루같은 것들이 수건 3개에나 묻어 있었습니다. 둘째날 주신 수건은 깨끗한 것으로 보아서 첫째날은 왜 그랬는지 정말 이해가 안 갑니다. 객실 내부 쪽에 잠금장치만 있으면 좀 더 안전감을 느껴 재방문하고 싶습니다. 요즘 마스터키 이슈가 있다보니....

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026広くて綺麗、そして室温も快適でした。照明も多く、室内が明るかったので、とても気持ちよかったです。フェイスタオルのみならずバスタオルもあったのは、非常によかった。
鏡がなかったことと、アメニティがなかったこと。 シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは持っていっていなかったので、近くのコンビニで購入しました。

Тихо, чисто, тепло, в номере есть всё необходимое для готовки еды и приема пищи, много места для одежды и размещения багажа, домашняя атмосфера, хороший напор воды, есть душевые принадлежности, микроволновка, большой холодильник, рисоварка, чайник, кружки итд.
На одном из этажей автостоянки пахло сыростью, но это не доставило неудобств. Можно переставить машину на другой этаж. На других этажах не было запаха сырости.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026대전컨벤션센터랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 청소도 매일 청결하게 잘 해주셨고 3일동안 숙소 잘 이용하고 갑니다. 내년에 다시 행사에 참가하게 되면 다시 오고 싶네요. 무엇보다도 직원분들과 사장님 모두 다 매우 친절하셨으며, 급하게 출력할게 있어서 문의드렸는데, 흔쾌히 복사기 사용하게 해주셨어요. 가성비도 너무 좋았으며, 편안하게 머물다 왔네요. 내년에 또 예약하겠습니다!
주변에 식당들이 거의 없어서, 월평동까지 갔어요. 그 외에는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

명절때라 숙소가 없어 이곳을 예약했지만 오래된 오피스텔같은 느낌이라 시설이 낡아 벽도 금이 가고,테라스나 창가쪽도 낡아 문을 열 수가 없었어요.위치가 애매해서 교통편도 불편했음.전철역도 멀고 버스도 많지 않아 택시로 이동했는데,저녁엔 택시도 잡기가 쉽지 않았어요.입구 프론트의 중년 남자분도 그닥 친절하진 않았음.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025From the outside, the hotel looks like an abandon typewriter factory. However, the hotel interior is fine. It has has large spacious rooms, cold air conditioning, great wifi, was clean and comfortable. There are great eating options nearby for lunch and dinner. HopHopp just downstairs had great microbrews and good eats. Twelve O Cafe was exceptional as well. The hotel did provide daily refreshes of instant coffee, bottled waters and toiletries all included.
I would have loved a simple breakfast. I never found a close breakfast option.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025Honestly, I thought about changing hotels when I actually saw the (kind of) dilapidated building in person. HOWEVER, it wasn't like I was going to spend too much time in the hotel, so I decided the awesome location and affordability were enough. MAN OH MAN. Literally the best, most convenient accommodation I've had anywhere. Yes, the building is old but they kept it up very well; it was SPOTLESS and had obvious signs of love and care. The front door opens into a very spacious main area, where there is a queen sized bed and a convertible futon couch. The ensuite kitchen is well stocked with basically everything you would need to cook something simple, if you so chose, including a rice cooker, a microwave, stove, and there is also a washing machine. What i REALLY REALLY appreciated was their help with cleaning up. If you don't know, Korea is very strict about how to throw out garbage: you can't just dump everything out in one giant bag like us Americans. You have to separate hard plastic, soft plastic, paper, cans, glass, food waste, and the list goes on. I did make piles of those different categories but I had no idea what to do next. Do I leave them in the room? Do I call a service?? Especially I was worried about the food garbage I had been collecting in a gallon zip lock bag in the sink. Ew. On a whim, I decided to leave the "please make up the room" card on my door on the way out one day. It was like the 5th or 6th day of my 10 day stay, so there was quite a collection. I came back expecting maybe a note or instruction sheet telling me how to dispose of the garbage; instead I found EVERYTHING WAS GONE. They even did the dishes I had left in the sink after my morning coffee and forgot about. It was amazing. AND they made the bed and actually cleaned everything. When I refused housekeeping, on the other hand, they left a bag of bottled waters, fresh towels, and toilet paper by my door. EVERY DAY. I love this hotel.
The shower door didn't fit right, and water leaked through, but that's just old building problems. And Korean bathrooms have drains outside of just the shower area.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2024I was given a large room with lots of amenities - like fridge and deep freezer, electric stove and a 9kg washing machine (yes!). Was clean and comfy, but only after I run myself the AC for hours.
No climatization in the building and rooms, I had ti tun the AC myself, in a monsoon time!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023The online photos made it look like an ordinary business hotel, but it was fully stocked with a stove, washing machine (but no dryer or laundry lines to hang wet clothes) pots and pans, cutlery etc. Bus stops are not too far walking distance, but no nearby metro. Front staff is there sometimes. Front staff didn't speak English but that was okay for us. TV was unintuitive, but works. WiFi was weak, and speeds varied widely, sometimes couldn't even check email. There's a small mart and a convenience store nearby, but little else. Shinsegae is about 20 minutes away on foot.
WiFi was our biggest problem, but mostly worked enough. Don't expect to be able to watch YouTube. Also housekeeping was supposed to do their thing every day, but didn't come on Sunday.
