Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, man ist in 2 Minuten Fußweg beim Lift. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Mein Sohn hat aufgrund seiner Größe ein bisschen gehadert mit dem Zusatzbett 😂

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our three children and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. What made our stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and understanding, and always made us feel very welcome. A special mention must go to one lovely lady who worked in the restaurant during breakfast. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Bulgaria. She noticed that we were a family of five and, without us ever asking, made sure that a table was reserved and ready for us every morning. Such a simple gesture, but it meant so much to us and made us feel really looked after. We were also very impressed with the service after our stay. About a week after checking out, our son realised that he had left something behind. We contacted the hotel and they immediately found it and arranged to send it back to us. Everything was handled so quickly and kindly, which we really appreciated. Another fantastic bonus was that the hotel included cable car rides for every member of our family, twice a day. We made full use of this throughout our stay and absolutely loved it! We had a fantastic family holiday and would happily stay here again. A beautiful, comfortable hotel with delicious food and, most importantly, truly wonderful people. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️

Zimmerlage zum Abend, Wer DJ Musik bis 24h hören möchte dann passt es. Ansonsten Musik im Zimmer sehr laut.

Super Team und Atmosphäre

wir hatten 1 Nacht in einem "normalen" Zimmer und 2 in diesem laut Buchung. der Preis war doppelt so hoch, das Zimmer fast identisch

Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Personal super freundlich. Insgesamt sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Felsendusche im Zimmer sieht zwar sehr ansprechend aus, aber gerade im Winter ist ein Duschen bei normaler Raumtemperatur eher gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Ich bin jetzt seit knapp 10 Jahren immer wieder im Mama Thresl – und ganz ehrlich: Es fühlt sich jedes Mal an wie „nach Hause kommen“, nur mit besserem Design und mehr Bergluft. 😄 Das Haus hat einfach ein Flair, das man selten findet: lässig, warm, authentisch – kein Hotel von der Stange, sondern ein echter Place-to-be. Und das Wichtigste: Das Team. Unfassbar freundlich, aufmerksam und dabei komplett unaufgesetzt. Genau diese Haltung macht den Unterschied. On top: Das Skigebiet ist sowieso der Knaller – und der Mountain-Club Hendl-Fischerei ist jedes Mal wieder ein Highlight. Hammer Stimmung, starkes Essen, perfekter Abschluss nach einem Bergtag. Kurz: Mama Thresl liefert konstant ab. Außergewöhnlich, entspannt, herzlich – und für mich seit Jahren ein Fixpunkt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Sauna genommen - und das war die beste Entscheidung ever! Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, und das Essen war wahnsinnig lecker! Auch die Tatsache, dass unser Zimmer zu der Straße und nicht auf die Berge ausgerichtet war hat uns nichts ausgemacht weil das ganze Erlebnis sehr schön war!

Immer wieder schön! Immer wieder toll! Mama Thresl ist einfach Mama Thresl! Ankommen und Wohlfühlen, Verausgaben (wenn man will) und entspannen. Durchdacht, stylisch, herzlich! Das Personal immer ne 10/10! Wenn wir könnten, würden wir noch viel öfter kommen! Macht weiter so.

Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und vielseitig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Balkon mit Bergblick und Hängeschaukel: Super! Habe immer noch das Panorama vor Augen, das habe ich sehr genossen! Witzige Ausstattungsdetails (TV in Schiebewand mit 'Deckel') Genial: Die sonstige Ausstattung - Waschmaschine und Trockner zum Selberbedienen und der Radlkeller!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat uns nicht so gut gefallen - viel zu viel Holz (wir wohnen in einem Holzmassivhaus, d.h. wir mögen Holz :), aber das war ein bisschen zu viel des Guten. ;) Auch das offene Badezimmer mit Dusche ohne Trennwand, wo nach dem Duschen von 4 Leuten alles nass war, hat uns nicht zugesagt. Das ständige Beschallen mit relativ lauter Musik - nicht notwendig!

Room is a bit small for 3 people

mama couldn't have made a better fitting into the scenery crib. A funky place. With a good vibe. Pretty informal. Very kind and good willing staff (I even got checked in upon arrival, pretty early in the day, thank you, warm smile blonde lady). The "lobby" feels like a mountain sports hub with people continuously coming in or going out. The escalade concept is a nice touch both indoors and outdoors. Oh, the room, yes! You feel like in a hut with its own cave (the bath area). Mine had a sauna, too, though I haven't used it. Nothing pretentious, everything casual and coherent with the modern approach of traditional and wooden all around the hotel. I would stay there again when snowboarding or biking.

The fried onion & cooked stuff odour everywhere in the reception area due to the open kitchen right there. Win some, smell some :)

Die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung und das originelle Konzept des Hotels. Regionale Produkte, mit Liebe Dekoriert bis ins kleinste Detail. Ein tolles Zimmer , welches beim Betreten sofort nach Zirbe riecht. Holzdetails die jeden Holzliebhaber zum Schmelzen bringt. Liebevolle Duftakzente aus Filz. Hochwertige Schlafutensilien , welche man im Hausshop kaufen und gleich mitnehmen kann. Wenigstens ein kleines Stück Mama Thresl für Zuhause! Der Saunabereich ein wahres Highlight mit dem Blick auf die Wälder und Berge. Wunderschöne Ruhebereiche laden hier zum Relaxen ein. Hier fällt es einem nicht schwer einfach mal den Mund zu halten! Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet . Unglaublich wie sehr das liebevolle Personal, trotz vollem Haus, auf Zack war. Jeder kleinste Wunsch wurde erfüllt und das immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht - auch nach der 5. Schüssel frisch gebackenem Brot das sie uns brachte. Einfach lecker! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig. Regionale Zutaten, wie man auf dem liebevoll und humorvollen gestalteten Tischuntersetzer lesen durfte, durch die Bank. 1 Nacht? Definitiv zu kurz! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

As cool as it is, it’s not ideal for families and the open shower turns the room into the Amazon forest after the third consecutive shower taken. Not a problem for couples or singles, I’m sure.

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you out whenever you want. Drinks and food were delicious. It’s just so comfy and you’ll love the tiny details of the place. We had a white Christmas as well!

Rooms were quite small Extreme loud DJ until past midnight! I could not sleep at all until late in the night… Also beds were uncomfortable for me, but this is always individual. In total too expensive and there is extra charge for the sauna which should definitely be included in the price.

Amazing everything!!

We stayed for a week during the Downhill World Cup. The hotel is amazing, the staff are all really welcoming and super helpful. The location couldn't be better. We stayed in Studio 51 and the room was perfect, just what we wanted, the only small issue would be that it gets warm and there is no air conditioning to cool it down at night. The bike rental was excellent. We hired some e-bikes (Mondraker Crafty R) for a few days. They were in great condition, possibly because it was near the start of the season, but apart from a few tweaks to get the setup right they were ready to go. The breakfasts, dinner and the BBQs were all superb, I would recommend booking a table though as it can get quite busy. The Cube is a really nice area to eat in. The island bar is a fantastic place to have a drink. I have to mention the bar staff, they were amazing. Maria, in particular, looked after us so well. Even in some trying circumstances, she made sure we were taken care of, thank you so much. We will be back

Location is great and getting passes for the gondola is a great perk. Breakfast was fantastic.

Needed a little more explanation as to how things work at check in. We found a sauna room but no instructions as to how to work it. We had stayed there before and some things are looking very tired. The woodwork throughout has discoloured and doesn’t seem as fresh. Property seems a little cluttered as you approach. Needs to be straightened up a bit.

We had a blast in your hotel with my wife and child, the party’s you have and the incredible vibe is memorable. Our room was exciting beautiful everything was extremely clean and organized! We want to say a big thank you to all the service staff that did a great job and a special thanks to Maria from the island bar with her great performance in cocktails and suggestions, great team you have there!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent food and sauna. Very close to gondola. Perfect place to play and relax.

Perfect location, very close to Asitzbahn cable car. The atmosphere is realy great and the personnel are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is ok and dinner is amazing. The rooms are not so big but cosy and very clean. Washing and dryer machine, facilities for cleaning the bikes and also mentainance gear for bikes are provided. Definetly we’ll return.
