-Some of the staff are not friendly at all it’s as if they are not working at customer service industry. -It’s a resort and spa but there is no spa at the hotel, instead they take you to the spa somewhere else outside the hotel which is a bit more than 10min drive

Fijn verblijf met vriendelijk personeel. Rustig resort, goed zwembad. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd. In de omgeving kan je goed kajakken en er zit een mooie olifanten sanctuary naast.

Het resort ligt tien minuten buiten het centrum. Het is rustig op het resort.

C'est de loin le plus bel hôtel de notre séjour en Thaïlande. Le cadre magnifique et le personnel très accueillant. Et voir chaque matin et soir les nombreux petits singes sur les toits, dans le jardin...un pur bonheur.

Me ha encantado todo. El sitio es precioso, apartado del centro krabi pero cerca de los mercadillos, además te llevan y traen. Es una pasada tener a los monos tan cerca. El hotel esta muy cuidado y el personal es un profesional y amable.

De lo único que podría quejarme en no hay mucha luz en la habitacion para maquillarte pero es una tonteria.

Schöne Lage abseits der Touristen-Massen und lauten der Stadt, man kann ganz easy per Grab hin und her fahren. Villas und Personal super, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, auch wenn man nur drinnen sitzen kann. Wegen der Affen vermutlich auch besser… Elefanten Reservat direkt neben an (2min zu Fuß), sehr nett und ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Man muss nicht vorab buchen, wenn man nur füttern will!

Es waren ein paar Bauarbeiten im Gange, haben aber nicht weiter gestört. Auf der Terrasse der Villa kann man tatsächlich nichts aufhängen oder liegen lassen, da sind die Affen schneller da, als man schauen kann!

Le personnel est efficace et présent mais lorsque qu’on fait une demande quelconque cela se complexifie. Exemple : puis-je avoir des serviettes pour la piscine ?

La comida es de calidad, tanto la occidental como la local y tienen mucha variedad. El personal es muy amable.

חוויה יוצאת מהכלל, שונה מכל מה שהכרנו עד עכשיו- שילוב של גונג׳ל, ספארי יחד עם מלון. המלון מאוד יפה, הוילה שהתארחנו בה מתאימה בנוחות ל-7 אנשים, החדרים גדולים, כל מה שצריך נמצא בוילה. הנוף פשוט מרהיב ביופיו, אפשר לראות קופים מסתובבים ברחבי המלון, באגם יש דגים שניתן להאכיל. מי שמחפש שקט וטבע- פשוט יתאהב במקום. הצוות היה אדיב.

לא מומלץ למי שלא מסתדר עם חרקים, אין חנויות מכולת או מסעדות במרחק הליכה (הנסיעה לשוק- קצרה)

Wir hatten die große Villa, hatten alles da was wir brauchten für 1 Woche Urlaub in Krabi, Haus, Pool und Anlage sehr sauber, viel Personal die alles in Schuss halten. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Der Fitnessraum ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und brauchte mal neue Geräte....

Rustig, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk, prachtige locatie, goed bed, mooie omgeving, netjes, leuke faciliteiten.

Veel lawaai van de buren in het huisje naast ons. Bed was niet mooi opgemaakt.

Awesome location, good location to visit the area and the staff were all lovely. Amazing to wake up each morning with the mountain view. We also had a lot of fun watching the monkey each morning and evening so make sure to place all items inside or risk loosing them 😉.

Massage wasn’t available on site (took a ride of about 15 minutes one way from the resort), we had one incident with cleaning where our room wasn’t locked at the end and with keys left in the room. However I would still highly recommend a stay the location.

La piscine est beaucoup trop chaude. On ne peut pas profiter de la petite terrasse, rien faire sécher. Mon fils s’est fait voler son teeshirt par les singes, très agressifs et bien trop nombreux. ils sautent sur les toits et réveillent tout le monde. Emplacement très loin de la ville.

It's very good for a 3 star hotel. Very helpful stuff. Breakfast is mostly Thai food and fruit. Also eggs. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds, and it's quite. It's a 200 bhat ride from ao nag beach. I got a little birthday cake, but you have to ask for it

Este alojamiento fue fantástico, uno de los mejores de todo nuestro viaje. El personal fue sin duda el más amable y atento con nosotros. Nos hicieron sentir como en un hotel de lujo, como si fuera nuestra luna de miel. Nos ayudaron con un problema que tuvimos con una excursión y también con el alquiler de motos. El personal del desayuno fue súper atento y el desayuno fue el mejor de todos los hoteles que visitamos, teniendo incluso la opción de hacer tortilla francesa o huevos al gusto en el momento.

La moto que nos alquilaron era bastante mala, a pesar de que no fue especialmente barato, y el servicio poco flexible con las horas de devolución. Creo que el hotel debería buscar más proveedores de moto para mejorar el servicio. Hay que andar un poco desde la recepción hasta la habitación, pero si vas en moto es muy cómodo.

Verouderd en met name buiten slecht bijgehouden. Veel viezigheid (lege flesjes en blikjes) in de tuinen. Ook na melden werd het niet opgeruimd. Personeel was vriendelijk, maar als je voor een taxi naar Surat Thani (wel een lange rit van ruim 2 uur) 30.000 baht moet betalen, terwijl een grab nog geen 6000 baht vraagt, vind ik dat geen service. Het eten is ook matig, helemaal als je naar de prijs kijkt.

Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό. Είναι μοναδικό στο τι σου προσφέρει. Αρχικά τα έχει όλα γυμναστήρια χώρους ψυχαγωγίας τα δωμάτια πάρα πολύ καθαρά και ανακαινισμένα. Του δώσαμε να μας πλύνει τα ρούχα μας και μας τα κάνανε σαν καινούργια με μόνο 70 μπατ/kg . Όπως είναι δομημένο το ξενοδοχείο είναι μοναδικό με τη λίμνη μες στη μέση και την πισίνα. Οι υπάλληλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και πάντοτε χαμογελαστοί πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσουν. Υπάρχει και λεωφορειάκι που σε πάει και σε φέρνει προς Αο Νανγκ (KFC). Το πρωινό είναι πραγματικά πλούσιο και για την τιμή αξίζει πάρα μα πάρα πολύ. Πραγματικά δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό για να αναφέρω. Ίσως το ότι υπάρχει μία πόρτα που ενωνει τα δυο δωμάτια. Παρ’ όλα αυτά κλειδώνει και απ’ τις δύο πλευρές

Alles! Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig geschlafen, alle Angestellten waren mehr als freundlich. Das Frühstück war klasse und es war auch nicht so abgelegen wie befürchtet. Man kommt per kostenlosen shuttle alle 2 Std zum Hauptstrand, aber per Grab kommt man für ca. 100 tbh auch überall hin. Das es dort Affen gibt weiß man vorher. Wir haben sie nur morgens und Abends kurz gesehen. Dann sind sie über die Bungalows und Terassen gejagt.

Poonsiri Resort is een luxe verblijfsplek in Krabi. Vanuit het resort kun je gemakkelijk per taxi naar excursies. Op het resort is een fijn zwembad en een (prijzig) restaurant. Brutale mini-aapjes zorgen ervoor dat je balkon onbruikbaar is. Een minpuntje is het proberen Westers te doen, bijvoorbeeld met Kip Cordon Bleu op de menukaart. De kracht is juist de authentiek Thaise uitstraling.

I loved the vibe and the peacefulness of the place. Photos dont do it justice. They have a shuttle bus to take you to krabi town which is about a 8 min drive. The pool is picture perfect clean.. Breakfast was fabulous with a good variety. Scenery was so beautiful to wake up too.

I didnt like that there were no shower caps. They didnt put any in either of mine or my friends room and even after cleaning our rooms didnt leave any. I requested for some but was given only 1.

Nous avons aimé les lieux, ces bungalows autour du plan d’eau…la faune et la flore est top…les singes et varans…par contre ravie de ne pas être dans les deux bungalows proches du restaurant car ils sont « envahis » par les singes lors du petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est très gentil et fait preuve de professionnalisme. Les massages proposés par l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur sont vraiment parfaits.

Yo y mis 2 hijas hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa. Los bungalows increibles, la limpieza diaria muy bien, el personal atento. La zona de piscina explendido. Quedara en mi corazon de por vida la primera vez q me desperte, corri la cortina y vi el maravilloso ambiente de la naturaleza del complejo, eso es impagable, solo eso compenso el dinero. Vimos monos, no intrusivos, guaranos. Fuimos a mitad de julio , el complejo estaba muy tranquilo, es por eso q el desayuno era algo flojo, pocos huespedes, cenamos y cenamos un dia alli y buena la comida pizzas hamburguesas. Gracias q fuimos, lo recomiendo si te gusta la naturaleza

Ik mis haakjes in de douche en een rek binnen om kleding te drogen . Aangezien onze kids het badkamer raampje open hadden ( ingebroken door de aap ) kon ze met de kano alles weer uit het water halen . Je kan dus niks op je balkon laten slingeren want Ze pakken echt alles . Dus dat zou echt een plus punt zijn

Onze familiekamer was erg ruim met fijne bedden, ruim terras en schoon. Het resort is prachtig gelegen en ingericht. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. De apen gaven het een extra touch.

Het is werkelijk een prachtig resort. De huisjes hebben een prachtige lokatie aan een meer. Het uitzicht op de bergen is prachtig! Al het personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is goed! Je kan er prima lunchen en dineren. Ook het aanbod bij het ontbijtbuffet was ruim! Het zwembad is heerlijk en er zijn genoeg bedjes. Scooters kun je direct bij het hotel boeken. Is ideaal om de mooie omgeving te bekijken. Wij voelden ons er helemaal thuis! Heerlijk hotel in een mooi gebied waar veel te bekijken en te beleven is. Aanrader!

The surroundings where exceptional. As the hotel is outside Ao Nang, it is nice and quiet while close enough to the centre (free shuttle à few times a day, grab ride for approx 100 Thb).The room was clearly recently renovated and had a nice vibe. Good breakfast.

The choice of hot food at breakfast was very limited. Many of the reviews mentioned monkeys on the premises so we were excited about that but we only saw them once from afar one evening. The warning signs everywhere indicated that they where a nuisance to the hotel (monkeys stealing, entering rooms) so we suspect the hotel took some measures to deter the monkeys.

Terrasse konnte durch eine terrorisierende Affenbande nicht genutzt werden!! Klimaanlage war sehr laut!

A beautiful setting around a small lake with a with backdrop of mountains. Fantastic pool. Short taxi to town. V comfortable bed. Place not busy in early July. Lovely staff. Great fun to watch the monkeys at dusk!

The evening meal was a little disappointing. The villa lounge area could be improved with nicer furniture (sticky leather sofa not appealing in hot weather!) Air conditioning in the gym would be great too.

I really enjoyed at poonsiri resort, everything was amazing, quiet and clean especially the location of the resort in the heart of the nature and between the mountains, i would like to thank the staff for making my stay comfortable and more than expected, highly recommend :)

O resort é lindo, possui uma vista incrível e quartos bem espaçosos. Dá pra ver elefantes porque o santuário fica perto e também aos macacos. O café da manhã é simplesmente excelente e bem variado. Tem o restaurante que fica aberto até as 22h, comida boa e preço justo.

Só tem travesseiro alto, pedi um mais baixo na recepção e me levaram uma almofada horrível, tive que pegar essa almofada com outra que tinha no quarto e colocar dentro da fronha pra conseguir dormir. Wi-fi não é boa. O banheiro não tem box, então toma banho e molha todo o banheiro.

Big an spacious property, beautiful location! Loved living on the water, there were monkeys that came to visit us and watching them through our window was wild! Breakfast was really good and staff was really nice! It was a bit away from the busy area but a quick scooted ride, which is perfect for us because we like to stay a bit away from the noise but still close to everything! Highly recommend this resort, if we ever come back to Krabi we will be living here again!🙏🏽

The room was clean but it is a little old. The view is lovely and it feels peaceful. It is also fun to watch the monkeys jump around. The pool was lovely and quite deep which was nice. We did not try to kayak unfortunately but it looked cool. They offer a shuttle service to the main night market at several hours of the day and evening whichw as great as the resort is very out of the way and there are no footpaths to walk along on some parts. There is not much to do at the resort, but it is very nice to relax and swim. It is quite, which is also good. The shuttle service really makes the place worth while as you can go out into the town and beach easily and then still come back to relax by the pool. The staff were also really nice. We had a problem with no hot water and they were able to get a plumber to fix it within the hour of informing them.

The food was a bit expensive but the portions are huge. The curries are sharing portions. the pizza was nice and clearly in-house made. The breakfast was OK. I think some of the pastries were stale at times. I would recommend they have fruit fly covers for the fruit and other open foods as there were some flies. I did not like the other guests who ignored the no smoking rule, and locking room rules. Some guests had left their place unlocked and monkeys were able to get in and steal coffee and tea packets and some pills as well. It is very clearly labelled that monkeys will try and get in so it is important to lock everything and not leave anything unattended in the balconies.

The staff were incredible, nothing was too much. The resort is lovely, set slightly out of Ao Nang beach, but quiet and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were nice, there is a shuttle into Ao Nang market regularly throughout the day. It finishes at 7pm which is the only slight downside but it’s easy enough to get a taxi. We really enough our stay and would definitely staff again at Poonsiri Resort.

מאיפה להתחיל, היינו חוזרים לכל המלונות בטיול שלנו מלבד המלון הזה נתחיל מארוחת בוקר בופה- מאוד דלה (ירקות, ביצים, לחמים) כל בוקר אותו הדבר אין שום חידוש. לאחר מכן החדר הניקיון לא היה מספק, מגבות שהביאו לנו היו ישנות ולא היה נעים להשתמש בזה. והחדר היה פשוט כמו ביתן סאונה, אם יוצאים מהחדר ולא משאירים מזגן דולק פשוט מקבלים חדר רותח. על השירותים בכלל אין מה לדבר תמיד היה חם שם, ממש כמו חממה. המקלחת בחדר בשלב מסויים פשוט הייתה מעצבנת- כל פעם שרצינו להתקלח כל השירותים היו נרטבים, האסלה הייתה ספוגה לגמרי וזה היה מתיש כל הזמן לייבש ולהתעסק בזה ונעבור לגולת הכותרת- הקופים. אנחנו שילמנו על חדר עם בריכה פרטית ובשלב מסויים ביום הבריכה הפכה להיות בריכת קופים! היה חלק שספרנו מעל 10 קופים שהיו בחצר שלנו והיה ממש מאיים לצאת. במלון מתריעים בעת הכניסה לא להשאיר חפצים בחוץ כי הקופים גונבים אבל לא ציפינו שהם יהפכו לאורח קבוע בחופשה שלנו. ואם זה משהו שהיה כותבים מראש בעת הסגירה כנראה שהיינו מוותרים על החוויה.

This resort is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! With the limestone cliffs as a backdrop, the little chalets around the lagoon really are a picture of paradise. Inside the rooms we found everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and talking of comfort, the beds were exceptional! The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily and I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with a good choice of Thai and western options. The restaurant is also open for evening meals. The pool bar has a happy hour twice a day. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and always greeted us with a warm smile. When booking this hotel remember you are not in the centre of the town but, this was part of the charm for us. You won’t be able to walk out of the hotel to the beach or the bars there however, there is a regular, complimentary shuttle service that drops off at the landmark market and picks up from the same spot for the return journey. Failing that, we used Grab regularly and were paying in the region of 100THB per journey. I’d highly recommend booking this hotel if you love nature (there are LOTS of monkeys!) and absolutely beautiful surroundings. You can even watch elephants taking a dip in the river next to the resort. I personally can’t wait for my next visit to this little bit of paradise. Thanks Poonsiri for an excellent stay.

Het resort ligt net buiten het drukke gedeelte van Ao Nang. Dat is helemaal niet erg gezien de taxi en aanwezige shuttle service. Het resort beschikt over een heerlijk zwembad echter zijn de bedje wel wat verouderd.

Het is jammer dat er geen bar of plekje aanwezig is waar je gezellig iets kunt drinken. Afhankelijk van de periode - nu in mei - met veel regen konden we niet op het terras zitten. Het restaurant is niet heel sfeervol.
