Staff are good,good location

The Room it wasn't cleaned properly. Definitely I saw condom on the floor. No good dear

Atmosphere, environment, good staff.

I like everything.

Very nice inn and quiet. Kind of tricky to find if you're walking from the bus station. Very tucked in near a main street in town. Good location 10 mins away from the ruins by Grab.

Clean and reasonable prices

There is mosquitos in my room

Awesome location, modern and clean, nice size room

Can’t say anything to bad about it

Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, secure parking.

N/A

Very clean, nice rooms, very quiet. Sort of secluded and out of the way but actually close to shops and markets.

Have to go out for good coffee. :-)

Good location, very comfortable bed, good WiFi, good shower facilities. The staff were welcoming & courteous.

The mosquito net blocks the flow of the air conditioning. So parts of the room stay hot & stuffy. This made sleep very uncomfortable. Some standing fans are needed to improve this issue.

Stay here for more than 20 nights overall. Great budget hotel. Clean comfortable and good location. Had a Wi-Fi problem this time, but they worked on it right away. Same negative every time, the beds are way too firm. I think next time I will look for a different hotel with a softer bed. Staff and service was five star.

Room was fine, roomy, AC worked well. Bed on the hard side. Location was great. Day market just a block away easy access to restaurants, walkable to bus station (just over 1 km). Quiet street even though close to main drag.

Value for money

Bed was a little bit hard

I arrived very late at night and the staff came out to give me my room key, which was amazing because I tried other Places and didn’t answer late. The lady at the front desk is amazing and extremely helpful and resourceful. She helped me get around the city and to the airport in time for my flight. Amazing experience staying in here. The place is very safe and quiet. The rooms are super clean and tidy

Cleanliness and comfy bed.

I have stayed here many times. Always good. Very very clean! Friendly staff Good location. 100m walk to many stores, bars and food. I only have 1 negative….the beds are very firm. I will stay here every time I go to Sukhothai.

Checked in late around 10pm, no issues. Clean and tidy. Checked out early as well smoothly around 8am so didn’t get time to look around area.

Das Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt.

Blue House was located ideally for being in the new city of Sukhothai, but a 12km, 150 - 220 baht tuk tuk ride from the old city / historic park. It was very quiet, being off the main street behind a local market and close to the Buddhist temples that boomed out their music beautifully around 6pm as sun went down. The hotel was a little tired, with old, leaky air con units which struggled to lower the temperature to 20 degrees. The beds were the usual hard if the region. Staff were very helpful, even if their English was limited. They arranged a 70 baht tuktuk back to the bus station for us.

Hotel located near the market. But a bit confuse for the entrance

Across street to the bus to the old heritage park, near to the morning market,if you cross the river to the night market, if you want to walk to the bus station,to thru morning market in the temple, walk toward north, pass JJ guest house at your right and then right toward river canal dock, following river bank and passing thru tobacco field at your left ,ask lady at shop way to the bus station,it will be small alley next what you thought the right path to the bus station,abt.500 miter in total.

Blue House is located behind the main street so it's nice and quiet. Also at the end of the street that access the Blue House is a large street market typical of Thailand.

Hyggelig betjening !

Fantastic location next to a night market. Convenient to msin road and transportation. Bed was just a tad firm. Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Easy access to transport to the old city and the bus station. Good facilities and food available both at the hotel and nearby.

This was my second visit in Sukhothai and this time I decided to stay in Blue House. The place is perfectly located a little walk from the main road but because of it it allows for a quiet night. Also it is located close to the local street food area and convenient for the local bus that takes all tourists to the Historical Old Sukhothai. I can highly recommend this place and would stay there if I ever get to Sukhothai again.

Guest house très sympa. Bonne expérience. Notre chambre était très bien et propre. Literie bonne.

The perfekt place!! The Blue House is outstanding in all areas. The hotel is new, the rooms big and cozy. The cleaning is spotless and the service from the owner and staff couldn't be any better. The breakfast is wonderful!! The Blue house is located at the end of a quiet road but only a couple of hundred meters from the main road and the bus to the Old city. The Blue house is without doubts the BEST place we have stayed during our 3 months of Travelling. We can't recommend it enough.

Hotel war super von der Lage. Es war super preis Leistungsverhältnis.

très bien placé et soigné. Un lieu calme.

Erittäin siisti huone. Mukava ja ystävällinen palvelu. Todella hyvät ohjeet nähtävyysvierailuihin. Halpa ja nopea ja puhdas pyykinpesupalvelu.

Hotel was newly updated great lobby to hang out and have a cup of coffee, morning market at the end of the street, bus stop to sokhothai park at he end of the street as well as bars restaraunts, outdoor vendors.

Our reservation was not honored (given to a walk in), but the check in guy found alternative room across town that was ok, and had a good breakfast. That room was clean, and suitable for our needs.

Great clean house at a fair price. Our host, Jin, was gracious and extremely helpful. When we wanted to stay another night he changed our bus ticket at the station and even helped me practice Thai. The people at the house as well as the whole town were some of the warmest and friendliest we've encountered in Thailand. We will definitely stay here again.

I spent 3 weeks traveling in Thailand and Cambodia, and spent an average of 3 nights at each location. This was my favorite hotel. The room was exceptional. The location was better than I could have hoped. I was walking distance from the bus (not short walk, but better with short cut - use google maps). It was a block from the morning market and only a few blocks from the night market. There was a bus stop for going to the old city and ruins that was essentially across the street.

My stAy was amazing. The rooms and hotel itself were impeccable and the staff is what really made this place 5 star. So friendly and willing to answer any question and then some.

Very good choice in new sukhothai, the room was clean and the hotel quiet

Alles netjes en schoon. Personeel heel behulpzaam.

Calm, quiet, close to a morning market.

Good place to stay

We spent four nights. The room was very clean. Its location may not appeal to all as it is on a side alley, but we found it wonderfully quiet and good to be away from main road road noise. At the other end of the alley a morning market convenes and quits early. It is interesting for live seafood in tubs and other items of daily life. It was a very short walk to the main street and easily identified shuttle to Sukhothai Historical park, the main reason for being in Sukhothai. We enjoyed meals at Poo and Pai restaurants which are across the main street. We also ate a couple of meals at on the street dining and found those good as well. Staff was friendly, one young man particularly so, he made sure that we knew about the night market street. The hotel offers bicycles and scooters for rent. The scooters are very reasonable, but we decided not to tempt fate in an area where we can't read road signs. The A/C worked very well. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss at times.

I stayed a night here and I was very impressed by the facility of the room. It was far better than what I expected for the money I paid. It was very well managed and clean everywhere. It's very close from the bus stop to Old City, center of the new city, convenience store, night market, etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights in November, the staff were friendly and very helpful, location is very good (close to a bus stop which heads to the historical park - our main reason for visiting). The room was nicely decorated and a good size though the bed was really hard so we woke up feeling a bit sore every morning! There are a lot of stray dogs in the area which often barked at night which was a bit annoying as well. Apart from that we had no issues and I'd recommend Blue House.

To visit the ancient city you need a place to stay and there are limited options. Stayed here for one night but it was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. I would recommend whilst staying here and give it top marks for the value for money Stayed November 2015, travelled as a couple

Nice place in a nice location with shops around and bus to go to old town right across the street. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help you out with anything.

Great value for money, handy to local restaurants and the bus to Sukhothai National Park.

The best hotel so far for a really good price. Great service and good location.

The hotel is Thai style in the sense that you take your shoes off before entering. They did have slippers available but they looked pretty nasty. They had a hard time finding our reservation. It was in another notebook. I gave her my passport and she asked for it again, maybe she was having a bad day,but just came off unprofessional. There was a used cotton stick in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up. The bed was ok. It is located near a morning market so that was nice to get some fruit in the morning.

We stayed for two nights in new sukhothai and had a great time. This hotel is very nice and the staff tho they speak little english are very helpful and friendly- they have lots of pre made information in how to get around and to the old city. They even arranged for us to have a thai massage in our room! It is also close to "chula" restuarunt mentioned in our guide book which had amazing food, esp the crab curry! Location is down an alley by the local morning market but seemed safe and was quiet. Bed was a bit hard but still comfy. Would definitely stay gain!

Clean & comfortable hotel in new city. Staff extremely helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable, located on a quiet alley (tho one night neighbors were partying). Staff was nice and helpful, but generally kept to themselves. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop to Old Sukhothai (30 baht). Same to restaurants, bars, etc. Oonly a couple minutes more to night market cheap eats. Would stay again. We went to the old city twice, visiting the central zone one day and north zone the next. Unless you are a temple hound, we'd recommend doing both in one day, as the north zone goes by really quick.

A very modern guest house, very clean and tidy. So tidy in fact that they ask you to remove your shoes as you enter the building, but you would not want to scratch there nicely polished staircase !. Its off the main road at the end so no through traffic to bother you and not to far to walk at all to the main road, 4 minutes maybe. Its also a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal and there is a slight shortcut if you know where to look which will save you 10 minutes. Just get your map app going and you will probably notice it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have stayed in so far on our journey through Thailand. Would totally recommend.

This is a brand new guest house in top condition. You can't go wrong for a few years. Very nice people and very convenient. The neighborhood wat is enjoyable and we were invited to share in the installment celebration of a new and unusual Buddha statue.

A great stay at this hotel, it's a new building, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, a great location (a block from the bus to the Old Town), and a great price. I would stay here again if I came back and would definitely recomend it to my friends.
