Very nice hotel/service. Directly on the best beach while also offering pool/spa facilities
What a stunning hotel! Staff were incredible from the front desk to the bar. The room was perfect size, family of 4 with the kids having their own sofa beds, and bathroom, with a wonderful balcony terrace with views over the beach. The location is right on the beach at the quieter end which was perfect with just a small walk to restaurants and the other nearby beach. The hotel room was cleaned everyday and the rest of the hotel was spotless. Great beds by the pool and on the beach, always able to get a bed. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
Excellent facility. Staff were very courteous. Beach is only 50’ from premises. Safe with family.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Liana Beach Hotel & Spa. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic — just across the street from Agios Prokopios Beach. Hotel guests get exclusive use of sunbeds at the beach at no extra cost, with the option for paid food and beverage service right at the beach and pool. Our kids loved the pool, and we really enjoyed how convenient the location was, with shops and restaurants just a couple minutes' walk away. We'd happily recommend Liana Beach Hotel & Spa to any family visiting the area!
When you research a hotel you never really know what to expect. The Liana for us, was spectacular. It exceeded all of our expectations. The understated luxury is superb. All the little details you don’t think of-they have thought about. Moreover, the staff and service brings it all together. There were so many highlights here. The location on the beach and walking distance to the small town and bus to get to Chora is perfect. The beach lounges, the food and beverage service at the beach were spot on. Michael really took care of us! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. The food was fresh and the service perfect. AND who can beat that view? From the moment we checked in, Paris was kind and made us feel right at home to our room that had an amazing view of the sea, this hotel will stay in our memories forever. Thank you!
Incredible hotel at an ideal location! We were just walking distance from the GORGEOUS sparkling Aegean Sea and each time we walked past the bar or restaurant or reception or pool area we were met with kind greetings and superior hospitality from all staff! We loved the warmth and professionalism and anything we needed was taken care of. The location of the Liana is ideal...a short 10-20 minute drive at most to Naxos, Chora town if there is traffic and if you want to explore other areas of the islands that is doable as well! Yet loved the tranquil mornings on what felt like a private beach with pristine waters and warm easy swimming with plenty of fun shops and great restaurants walking distance.
Liana Hotel & Spa has all the charm of a renovated hotel literally steps from the beach with the most amazing views of the sea from the delicious outdoor restaurant. The private beach has full service amenities with towels, comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and food & drink service. The water is calm and clear for refreshing swims. All hotel staff members are welcoming and accommodating. Our suite for our family of four was beautifully renovated and spotless, with a modern, casual Greek style.
The patio was nice with a view of the ocean and a strip of sand which the islanders proudly said is their best beach. The strip was not deep—20-30 feet between a wall and the water—and half full of chairs pushed tightly together and filled with people, leaving little width for strolling the beach. The TV was weird, as it kept asking every 15 minutes whether I still wanted to watch. Didn’t bother me much as I was not on Naxos to watch television. But my main criticism was with housekeeping. They didn't come during the day when I was out and my sign said available but did come banging (literally) on my door at 10pm when the sign asked for privacy. But that's not even the thing that bothered me most: the towels were gray, ragged and stained. And when they finally came to clean, they left me with half the towels that I had on check in. Everyone was very nice, with a friendly smile and greeting though. And a lovely breakfast, pool and spa.
I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the entire hotel team. From the moment I arrived at Naxos Airport, everything was perfectly organized. The driver was already waiting for me, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Throughout my stay, every member of the staff—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel features a cozy bar with an excellent selection of drinks and cocktails, making it a great place to relax in the late afternoon or the evening. Dining at Symposium Restaurant was a true highlight. The food was outstanding, and enjoying dinner while watching the sun set over the Mediterranean Sea was an unforgettable experience. Another aspect I really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel never felt overcrowded, and the pool area was always calm, with enough comfortable sunbeds available, whether you wanted to relax in the sun or find a shady spot. The absolute highlight of my trip was the private island tour arranged by the hotel. It was led by driver Freddy, who deserves special recognition for making the day truly exceptional. His professionalism, friendliness, and local knowledge turned the excursion into an unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!
Hi there Overall a very good experience. It was our second visit. We were a bit disappointed with how we were greeted by the reception staff member when we arrived though. No welcome drink and did not seem to care that we had been before. The rest of the staff were excellent. Big shout out to George in the bar and both the breakfast team and beach team. They were friendly and warm and made us feel welcome. Overall we enjoyed our stay with the exception of our initial check in We stayed from the 29th of June for 6 nights.
Our first visit to Naxos was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at Liana Beach Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Christina at the front desk was exceptional — she anticipated every need, arranged shuttles and spa services effortlessly, and made each interaction feel personal. Spyros greeted us at the port with a warm welcome and a wonderful overview of the island, and when it was time to depart, Andy drove us back with great conversation and thoughtful lunch recommendations while we waited for our ferry. Each morning began with Eleni’s welcoming smile and her perfectly crafted cappuccino to accompany the ample breakfast buffet. In the afternoon she transitioned to the role of bartender, serving up a delightful local cocktail we lovingly referred to as the “welcome drink.” Down at the beach, Eleana ensured everything was perfect — pristine sun loungers, umbrellas ready, and attentive service for refreshments. And Joanna, the massage therapist at the spa, delivered two phenomenal treatments — our only regret is not booking more sessions earlier in our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful: spotless, spacious rooms (ours included a hot tub we enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing), excellent amenities, and a beachfront location just steps from Agios Prokopios Beach. The views were stunning, and the area offered fantastic restaurants and easy access to explore the island. We found the cost very reasonable for the level of top‑tier service, cleanliness, and location. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We will absolutely be returning.
We booked directly with the hotel for best rate over 4 months before we arrived, but no sea view rooms were available. Summer is a busy time. We ended up with a "pool view" room (the Jason room) that really wasn't, unless you walked out on the balcony and looked over the edge. Not the end of the world, but not what I expected. The hotel is exceptionally clean - I always saw someone mopping or scrubbing. The service was very good - responsive and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. When we checked in we were given a tour of the small hotel but really would have preferred to skip that part, we were tired. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach and I appreciated the private loungers and bar service. The beach itself was pretty, not exceptionally so, but lovely and the water was calm, cool, and clear. Hotel breakfast had a good assortment of warm and fresh items. Otherwise the bar/restaurant was pretty quiet, most folx must prefer to go into town for food/entertainment. And that was the main difficulty with this place, we didn't want to rent a car/ATV, parking seemed to be a bit of nightmare in Naxos town, and so we had to rely on the hotel driver for transportation and that was pricey (20 euro/person/one-way). Ride share options, other than taxis, were very limited. We found a lovely restaurant in Agia Anna walking distance from the hotel one of the nights, so that helped. It was nice to be away from the busy busy activity of Naxos town. The pool area was small and mostly used by families with small children, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. The hotel offered laundry service, which was a benefit - 30 euro for one full bag of clothes. Overall we had a really nice time at this hotel and would recommend, especially so if you can work out a good way to manage reliable transportation around the island or are content with staying put for your whole stay.
excellent and the staff went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Comfortable, welcoming, and easy to recommend. We'd come back without hesitation.
Liana Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay while on Naxos. Great location on a great beach. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I'd stay there again without question.
This was our favorite hotel of the four we stayed at while visiting Greece. We stayed in the Athena suite which was perfect for a family of four. We had views of the beach and sunset. All of the staff we interacted with while staying here was amazing. They were all very helpful and friendly. The beaches across the street but it is literally a 10 foot walk and then you’re on a beautiful beach that they set up with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We had a car and it was about a 12 minute drive to get to Naxos town, which had better food and shopping. But it was nice to be set apart on a part of Nexus with great beaches and was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
My husband, 15 year old son and I visited Naxos in early June 2026. Liana hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We were picked up promptly from the airport in a nice roomy and air-conditioned van. We were then greeted upon arrival by Paris at the front desk who proceeded to give us a tour of the facilities. Our room was absolutely perfect! Our son had his own bed and living space, which when traveling with a teenager is key. He is 6'1" and I was worried about the bed from photos, but it was perfect, and there were still plenty of places to sit on the living area if needed. Our room was huge and we loved the balcony with hot tub (albeit the hot tub was HOT!!) We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast every morning and the town is absolutely charming. There are many great restaurants to which you can walk to. We rented a car right next door and appreciated the free parking next to the hotel. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel are luxurious. We enjoyed spending each night watching the sunset from the sunbeds with a cocktail from the bar before heading off to dinner each night. We also enjoyed the use of the sauna and indoor jacuzzi in the spa area. All in all, we wish we had spent one extra day in Naxos at the Liana hotel. The service, location and accommodations are all five star!
WOW ! Our first stop in Greece , the service was fabulous especially Maria , great location, opposite the beach, walking distant to main street & great bars and Restaurants, A must do restaurant is Giannoulis a genuine family restaurant that cares, they love what they do and it shows
What a lovely hotel! The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular. As you can see from the picture, it is just steps from a beautiful beach with clear blue water. Everything was clean. The bedding was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The spa treatments were wonderful. The staff all was friendly and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby. I definitely would stay here again.
Great room with jacuzzi and patio, own beach nearby with excellent service. Near to shops, restaurants, beach clubs.
My wife and I recently visited Naxos as a group of eight friends and family members, and those of us who stayed at the Liana Beach Hotel & Spa had a fantastic experience. By the end of our trip, even those in our group who stayed elsewhere were impressed by the hotel’s staff and atmosphere and wished they had booked there as well! While the accommodations were top-notch, the staff truly made the difference. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly personable. George, our bartender, was a delight and a fantastic wealth of local knowledge. Additionally, when I wanted to rent a dune buggy for the day, the front desk handled the entire process seamlessly, they had the vehicle delivered and when were done we turned the keys into the front desk and they handled the return. The vehicle was delivered to the hotel within 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and the incredible team. This place is truly wonderful. And I didn't even talk about their drivers who were happy to return our friends to other hotels at the end of our evenings. Thank you!!!
Stayed here on a Girls trip 🇬🇷 for two nights. They have the best staff and service, rooms were clean bed comfortable bar staff amazing front desk amazing shout out to Sophia. She was always there for us and Andy, our driver into town and back.
Our entire experience was amazing. The staff, including Eliana and Maria, felt like family by the end of our stay. My daughter has food allergies and they were so careful and cautious, making a point to tell her what she could eat at the buffet. All meals are served beachfront, truly delicious and reasonably priced. The beautiful beach is steps away and the hotel provides sunbeds all day and food and drink service. Restaurants are within walking distance and the port and old town Naxos are 2 miles away. We can’t wait to go back!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this fabulous boutique beach hotel. Everything about this place is special from the lovely staff to the beautiful grounds and exceptional scenery. Our bedroom was very spacious with a big balcony which was more than comfortable for our stay. Location good with plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Supermarket in close proximity as is the bus stop which takes you directly into Naxos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great location, amazing views. Spotlessly clean, with very friendly and professional staff. Incredible breakfast and Spa area. The best place to stay in Naxos. Highly recommended!
It was the second visit at Liana Hotel and Spa. The first time was ten years ago, just me and my wife. Now,we came with our young children. We chose the suite with sea view and the jacuzzi in the sea view building. We were surprised with this modern suite which was just renovated. Our two girls didn't want to leave the beach. It is the best beach in the island, definitely. We had light lunch at the sun beds and had some beers, too. We visited downtown with the hotel's car, which was very convenient because it's difficult to get any taxi. We had some drinks at Liana bar, talking with the owner who remembered us. We recommend Liana for family vacations.
A dream hotel in Naxos island. The view to the ocean is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset! Everything is spotless. The service from the entire staff is exemplary. Everyone, without exception, is smiling! The breakfast is plentiful and everything is homemade, made with love... Liana Hotel, thank you!!! See you again!
Liana Beach Hotel and Spa is definitely a gem . Spacy and modern room with the best view ever. All meals were very tasty. The staff helped us by giving information for what to do and where to go. We hired the hotel's electric car for the island tour. The driver was very friendly, knew all the history of Naxos and his English was pretty good. We didn't use the Spa because it was very busy and couldn't find an appointment.Pity. We will do it in the future for sure.
One of the best hotels I've stayed in Greece. I highly recommend it. The price is very reasonable considering that they offer a jacuzzi, spa and hammam. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh and the service was incredible. The ocean views, the same! Thank you so much Liana, we’ll be back!❤️
We visited Liana Beach Hotel and Spa during our vacation in Naxos. From the first minute our experience was very good. When we landed the hotel's representative was waiting for us with two bottles cool mineral water and fresh washcloths. When we reached the hotel,a lady from the reception welcomed us, showed us around and offered a welcome drink at the bar with view to the ocean. The room was luxury, had a jacuzzi on the balcony faced the sea and all needed amenities. The breakfast had a nice variety of goods, fresh orange juice and local products. We got some useful tips from the front desk and rent a car for a day. We visited some beaches at the south of Naxos and had lunch at a traditional village. We also used Liana Spa. Had a relaxing massage with the boy maser. Really good. We had dinner at Symposium, the indoor restaurant, which was tasty and at normal value. The staff, front desk, maids, drivers, waiters were friendly, smiling and made us feel like home. Liana Beach Hotel and Spa is definitely recommended. We will visit it again!
We stayed at Liana Beach Hotel and Spa for two days. Nice boutique hotel right on the beach of Agios Prokopios. Gentle and cute people at the bar,on the beach and the front desk. We had booked a suite with pool view. Spacy, quite, very clean with very nice amenities. We will be back ,to feel better the stay with them.
After our stay in Mykonos, which wasn't good we stopped at Liana Hotel for 3 days. We enjoyed the almost private beach. We had long stays on the beach beds, drinking very nice cocktails from the bar. We didn't move out,so we had all days dinner at Symposium. Each meal was better than the previous one. The Spa really good. We had a couple massage. Very relaxing. Thank you Liana for cheering us up after the not that good time at Mykonos.
We visited Liana Beach Hotel &Spa after some friends' recommendations. We were impressed. Really on the beach of a spontaneous place. The view to the ocean, just unique. The room had a jacuzzi on the balcony. We spent enough time in there with a cocktail enjoying the sunsets. The staff was very gentle and helpful. We got valuable tips from the ladies at the reception. We rented a car for two days and explored the island. The breakfast had various local choices. The Spa was very nice, too. Had a couple of therapies. The food at the hotel's restaurant, Symposium, was very good. In conclusion, we had a memorial time in Liana and we will certainly stay there in our future visit in Naxos
Highly recommend Liana Beach Hotel & Spa. The staff was great, and the location is ideal for experiencing the beach but also getting into the more serene locations in Naxos. A car is a must but that's true no matter where you stay.
We visited this hotel as part of our honeymoon, and while there is nothing really wrong with this hotel, it was just not our cup of tea. The views are beautiful and you are right on the beach. Breakfast is okay, but be prepared to have bees around your food (we often just ate at on our balcony). Our room had a Jacuzzi, but it was pretty much unusable. After warming up, small sand bugs loved swimming in it, and the filter was too large to catch them. We had the tub cleaned twice, but it did not help. The spa was wonderful. You can book an appointment and use the steam room, sauna, and large jacuzzi for free as part of your stay. The transfers into town were easy and the driver was very nice. We also rented a car through their partner company so we could explore the island at our own pace. The reception also recommended us a great cooking class (definitely do this)! This was our first time visiting Naxos. We now know that if you are visiting in October, you should stick to staying in Chora (Naxos Town). There was not much to do or eat around the hotel, and their prices for food and drink were way too high (we did not partake).
Prefect location! Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay there again.
The staff was amazing from the very beginning. Sofia helped with transportation arrangements and was so sweet and accommodating. We appreciated the food, the bar and all of the staff. The bartender,George, was so fun and we made lots of friends at the bar. We he other drivers were wonderful and very accommodating. We would stay there again!
Right on the beach with a lovely spa
We absolutely loved the Liana Beach Hotel! Our room was fab! Our view was fab!! We had our own hot tub and view of the ocean. The entire experience was fantastic.
This small, cute, conveniently located hotel was perfect for our family of three adults. The staff were very responsive and polite and the facilities were very clean. We loved having easy access to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants. The deck was large, protected, and quiet, especially nice since the wind was exceptionally gusty for a couple of days. Although we didn’t use the pool and spa, these amenities were nice to have on site. The only issue we had was the safety box wasn’t working. We would stay there again.
Good location across the road from lovely beach. It is a pity the road is so busy though as it's not very 'relaxing' with all the passing traffic. Very close (easy walking distance) to big selection of great restaurants! We had a nice room but unfortunately the 'jacuzzi' that's advertised for the room is not warm...definitely not jacuzzi temperature! Unfortunately it wasn't really warm enough for us in September. Breakfasts were very good. We were disappointed with the service unfortunately. Most of the staff we found unfriendly and unhelpful (reception and breakfast area). We thought perhaps it was the language barrier but a smile goes a long way - especially when you're paying a lot of money for the hotel. Most of the staff looked like they didn't particularly enjoy their jobs and that anything we asked from them (which was mostly just coffees!) was too much to ask. Perhaps it was 'end of Season fatigue'! Overall, a nice hotel but would prefer to go elsewhere for the price.
Wonderful stay in a great location. Excellent staff especially Andy who is Driver and various other duties for the Hotel. He always is there to help. Also the lovely Georgia who looks after everyone on the Beach. A special Holiday destination.
Hotel is in perfect location. Beach is wonderful and added bonus are the fresh warm donuts that are offered at the beach daily! Very clean and roomy accommodations with twice daily service. Spa is magnificent. Joanna is amazing for both massage and facial. Buffet breakfast was superb with many yummy offering. Trip of a lifetime!
This hotel is beautiful, very clean and wonderful staff. It's close to shopping, the beach is right across the street, lots of great restaurants and the hotels restaurant is very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel is fantastic, it’s in a great location, and the service was top notch. Paris helped us book restaurant reservations and was very friendly. Georgia was our beach side server and was incredibly sweet and also gave us great service. This hotel had an amazing view of the sunset.
The beds are a little hard, could have used a mattress topper
The staff and the owner have pride in the property and treat the guests like family ( good family 😂). The location and facilities are the best!
I loved everything about the property!
Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Naxos. Right on the beach, close to restaurants, walking distance to Agia Anna and all of the shops in Agio Prokopios. Close to the main town as well (although taxi/car needed for that). Loved the easy access to the beach. We had no issues getting sunbeds whenever we showed up. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They offer transfer services so you don’t have to call a taxi (same prices as taxis). You just let them know and they will drop you off and pick you up wherever you would like to go. Very convenient! They also surprised us with a beautiful cake for my husband’s birthday - really very thoughtful, attentive and friendly staff. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus! Our room set up was also perfect for a family traveling with kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend!
The very friendly and helpful employees: Paris, Andy and Georgia were the best! The proximity to the beach right across the street and short hop skip and a jump to restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing!
Outdoor breakfast with the bees. Just that time of year.
La ubicación, el servicio de playa, el desayuno, todo espectacular
This place came close to ruining an otherwise stellar vacation. We booked the King 2 Bedroom Suite with Indoor Jetted Tub – Semi Basement for three nights. We were ushered to our room, a large underground suite that smelled like industrial cleaning detergent with the air conditioners set as low as possible. We increased the temperature of the air conditioners and took a nap. When we woke up, there was water pouring down the walls, and the all-tile floor throughout the room was so slick you couldn’t safely walk on it (we have little kids so this was particularly troubling). When we mentioned this, we were told this never happened before – perhaps it was the indoor jetted tub, which is basically a tub of cold chlorinated water perpetually filling in the corner of the room. So we tried to dry the floors and the walls (a surreal experience), asked them to turn off the tub, went to the beach, and decided to give it a fair chance. When we returned, the same problem persisted. We reiterated the issue, and they sent a cleaning person to clean the room and mop the floors. She did her best, but there wasn’t much she could do. We tried to make the best of it and proceeded to get ready for dinner. One shower had a hand shower that didn’t work. One shower produced only cold water. Again, we did our best to shrug it off. We then noticed a fetid, sewage-like odor emanating from one of the bedrooms. That was the last straw. We demanded another room. We were given another room on the first floor but told that we could only use it for one night. When we got to the room, the lights didn’t work. Once they were able to remedy that problem, we put the kids to bed. At this points, both kids were freaked out to put it lightly by the bizarre sequence of events. We barely slept because (1) the room did not have a double-lock and (2) the room was ground-floor accessible through a patio door. Additionally, the glass panel in the shower was not properly fastened. The room also smelled of industrial cleaning detergent (it appears all rooms have a Tork odor eliminating unit). We made it through the night and spent the next morning seeking a different hotel. We informed the management that we couldn’t stay in the same room and were given another room – also on the first floor but with a less awful smell. We were told we could have this room for one night and that there was another room ready for another night. This room looked great at first blush, but when it came time to shower (after the beach) we discovered the glass door to the main bathroom made cracking noises and appeared to be falling off its hinge and that there was no hot water in either bathroom. At this point we all had enough – it’s a terrible feeling to be with children in a foreign country in a hotel that feels like either it’s just systematically unsafe and improperly maintained or is playing a practical joke on you. We were lucky to find a room (thankfully we had a rental car we could use to travel around with our suitcase) at another hotel (at our expense of course). We asked for a refund and were offered and refunded only ½ of the amount we paid. So for one night of terrible and unsafe accommodations and basically one day of our vacation devoted to dealing with all this, we paid ½ the total fare for three nights. Thank you to the maintenance staff who did their utmost to resolve the situation.
Right on the beach, only 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Can have breakfast overlooking the sea. Amazing spa services. Had a fabulous facial and massage. Only 5 minutes to port and airport. Buses available
Location
This is a brilliantly appointed hotel with really good size and well equipped rooms. All the staff were polite and helpful. The swimming pool was big enough and made a pleasant change from the beach. The spa services were very comprehensive and relaxing. All in all I couldn't fault this hotel.
This place was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. The staff became like family right away. Paris, Georgia and George were wonderful. Just to mention a few. The restaurant was fabulous. We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning and enjoyed the service on the beach. The hotel is perfect with a beautiful beach and complementary sunbeds. Love this hotel! Book it! You won’t regret it!
Very clean. Easy accessible to the beach, eatery, & shops.
I liked that you could fully rely on the hotel for transportation needs, guidance and support on island activities, and obviously beach + pool fun. Plus, the staff were really friendly and supportive.
The room was nice but hard to "hang out in", with no living room qualities (e.g., couch) - just beds. It's important to use the public spaces for any time not sleeping, napping, getting ready, etc.
La cama es de las más cómodas q me he encontrado en un hotel y el desayuno maravilloso
Mucha gente en la playa
Fantastic location
nice place! I would come back.
Not as advertised at all. Misleading information about hotel on their website. We paid for a pool view suit with jacuzzi. Got the worst room out of the hotel. We have been in a lot of European 5* and 4* hotels and knew to confirm by a phone call prior to arrival that we will be accommodated to the specified room. We were not expecting this horror. And we asked for upgrade and everything was unavailable. When we arrived and after we complained and our agent wrote email about refund they suddenly found us a better room which is renovated. No thank you. It’s not just the room! We are checking out tomorrow and off to an other place. Thank you for bad experience and a lesson!! Don’t trust the website. We asked for the refund from the days we won’t be staying and they would not do it. Very sad and disappointing. Would love to see the owner of this hotel. And hear what they have to say. Pool - very sandy floor. We were told it was cleaned and it wasn’t in the morning looked the same. View at the pool is to the small side road and car park from the pool. Breakfast - advertised till 11 am. We came down at 10.20 there were plenty of free tables with left filthy plates. When I asked for a table for 4 we were told to find one and sit they will clean 😳. I’m not sitting with dirty dishes in front of me. There were no bacon and no pancakes left. What kids wanted. When I asked for more I was told no more. I am vegetarian so I had enough veg left which was nice. Kids are hungry! Beach - yes directly across the road as advertised and yes white sand. Beds are filthy 😩. First come first served someone tried to reserve but were removed because there was a family with no space just landing on the sand. Also if you are happy in the overcrowded beach it will do. Thank you Georgia for the great service at the beach. She was brilliant. 🤩 Room - stay away from Aeolos room. Dingy, filthy, tiny bathroom. Check the pics and videos. Yes I had a look at the pool rooms from outside looked like still very small rooms plus pool is a size of a foot spa only. Spa - not sure if you can call it a spa. One small sauna room and one small steam room with an other oversized jacuzzi. That’s all. We did not book no massages at all. Did not look nothing special. Gym - nothing exciting a few machines but will do for some keep up exercises during holidays. Thank you Sofia (manager) for trying your best and suddenly offering us a better renovated room but the hotel experience and expects are not as described in your website at all. Honestly people stay away!!!
The bartender girl at the beach it was very nice and always attended very defdicated
Nothing
The hotel is beautiful! The staff friendly and the beach fantastic! Would definitely go again!
Beautiful location, excellent, friendly staff, sometimes a bit slow service though during lunch. Great Spa, I had a massage. Can highly recommend the massage at the spa. They have a beach set up with lounges and umbrellas on a first come basis, with drink and food service. Beach is beautiful. Great experience. Highly recommend. Take a tour of Naxos Town... very nice town. The room we had was on the second floor with seaview. Aircondition worked well. Soft towels and comfy bed. Nice litte balcony to enjoy some drinks we bought from the supermarket. Shower was good with enough pressure. There was also a fridge in the room. The airport transfer from the hotel was great, we got a bottle of cold water from the driver when we were waiting for the suitcases. Breakfast was served from 08:00-11:00 and had a lot of choise, nothing missing here. Even fresh squeezed orange juice.
Other than a tiny shower stall ace was great
We have enjoyed every little thing! The organisation and stuff are really making it a perfect stay.
Hotel is in a good position opposite the beach However , staff such as the American/ Canadian girl were rude and unhelpful to my daughters.Very unprofessional. Hotel is overall okay but not worth the money . Try Iria Beach Art hotel close by. We stayed there last year and should have gone back but thought we would try somewhere different. Iria is absolutely lovely for a beach holiday and you get treated very well by everyone. I would give this place a miss !
I loved the staff at the property. They really helped to make the trip fun. Georgia at the beach club was so great. George at the bar was hilarious. Illoanna at the spa was amazing. The beach club was such a nice addition, the breakfast was the beat if our trip (4 properties) and the on sight restaurant had fabulous dinners!!
The pool deck was a bit slippery but just take your time and be careful.
Directly in front of a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrella. The staff was lovely and Lianas was the epitome of ease and relaxation. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Outstanding Service. Great experience from start to finish. The resort is more beautiful than the pictures portray. The beach is great and it's walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and beaches.
We spent four and a half days here and wish it had been a month...at least. You simply cannot beat the location. It's right on the beach with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that there is really almost no shade. Even the umbrellas can't offer much help. Just the way it is. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. The breakfast buffet is quite nice. I even found their fitness room pretty good. Really enjoyed the staff there. Especially, Georgia. But, really, everyone was so pleasant. The location puts you right in the midst of dozens and dozens of terrific restaurants and shops. And, if you want to get REALLY adventurous, you can walk 4-5 minutes to Agia Anna right next door for even more restaurants. You're about 15 minutes drive from the port and 15 minutes drive to Mikri Vigla Beach, which we absolutely loved. We just left and we already miss it so much. Do yourselves a favor and stay here.
Good enough beach hotel. Not much more to say about the hotel or Naxos in general. I recommend staying longer in Santorini (but get beach shoes)
Liana Beach Hotel in Naxos exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect, right on Agios Prokopios Beach with stunning sunset views. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, allowing you to overlook the sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a great variety each morning. We especially loved the beachfront loungers reserved just for guests! So relaxing and convenient. Georgia and George were our favorite. So friendly, kind and went above and beyond. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. Truly a hidden gem on the island!
Liana was a place that we found on our own when looking for accommodations on the beach in Naxos and this place did not disappoint! It is right on the beach and I would definitely recommend a room with a beach view over a room with a pool view. The pool looked very nice but some of our family had the pool room and their room was no way as updated as ours. Maybe they are still being renovated. Our bathroom, view, and the overall comfort of our room, was top notch. The balcony had such an amazing view. We were in the Ariadne room. Paris was very friendly as she showed us around. All of the wait staff at the outside bar and grill area were friendly and made us feel right at home. Stefanos was one who stands out to me. The spa looked really inviting and they had a sauna, steam room and hot tub area inside the spa. We didn't get to use these as we were there for only 2 nights and we had so much we wanted to see and do! It's really a prime hotel location. The breakfast was wonderful, the fresh squeezed orange juice a plus!! Walkable to our boat tour and to the town and restaurants/shops!!! I really think we picked a wonderful hotel! Would definitely stay at Liana again. We had easy access to beach chairs and they provided towels to bring to the beach as well.......
My 18 year old daughter and I stayed at Liana Beach Hotel and Spa recently and it was so great! Clean, spacious room with our own little pool. The main pool was refreshing, the location was PERFECT, we had free beach access with sunbeds on one of the best beaches on the island, the bar /restaurant were top knotch. We didn't use the spa, but we got free buffet breakfast daily. The best part about Liana however is the staff. Thank you to Elena for welcoming us and most of all THANK YOU to SOFIA for getting us out of a bind when we left the island with our passports still in the room safe! Sofia and her team made sure that we got our passports in Athens by the next morning, when we had to fly back to the US! That kind of personal customer service is rare these days and we appreciated it immensely! 5 Stars!
We stayed in the Demeter room suite. 1 bedroom for us and 3 twin beds in the living room for the “kids”. Two bathrooms gave us space to get ready to go out at night after a big day at the beach. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, hot water pot and nespresso machine in the room. Location is just across from the beach and there are loungers specifically for guests of the hotel. We didn’t use the hotel pool much because the beach was so great, but it was clean and little kids were having fun. Easy location to walk to many restaurants! We rented a car for one day to explore but otherwise we did not need a vehicle.
We really liked the location and the fact that we had a dedicated beach area to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my massage.
Everyone in our family of eight (ages 6 to 75) had an amazing time. The sea view rooms were great and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. A special thanks to George at the bar and Georgia at the beach for their part in helping to make some great family memories!
The stuff was all just wonderful and personal. For sure going to visit again next year. Thank you to everyone of the staff.
The moisture in the room made the floor a bit slippery.
I highly recommend the Liana. A short drive from the airport and the seaport, it was a great location to explore the island from. The rooms are large, clean, and literally across from the beautiful beach. Elena, George and Georgia made us feel extremely welcome. The restaurant did a great job for both breakfast and dinner. There are also many tavernas and other restaurants within walking distance. We did not spend much time in the spa or pool areas but they are also beautiful and well appointed. Highly recommend.
Amazing property perfect location rooms are incredible best views of the ocean and Paros ,staff from Sofia at the front desk to George at the bar and Georgia beach server all amazing will definitely be back 5 stars all the way
This hotel on the beach is a little slice of heaven! The rooms are beautiful and the staff was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!
Amazing place, close to Old town. Great service and good was top !
We loved this hotel for so many reasons! In no particular order... our room wa very nice, spacious and had great amenities like lovely products including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. The location was wonderful with a beautiful sandy beach with clear blue water and sunbeds and umbrellas right next to the water. There are many restaurants within walking distance and they were reasonably priced. The bus stop to go to Old Town was a few steps from the hotel and was a short ride into town. If you stayed 4 nights or more they provided a free shuttle to and from the airport or ferry port. The staff were all very friendly and kind. Breakfast included a large variety of homemade offerings which changed daily and were all delicious. This is a wonderful place to stay in Naxos !
Beautiful hotel experience - highly recommend. We traveled with my family of 3 and stayed in a sea view suite. It was perfect for our little family and had 2 bathrooms as well as a living room area. This hotel is also right on the beach (despite crossing a small street to get to the beach, every hotel in Agoos Prokopios has this requirement to does the street). The food, beach, spa, jacuzzi on our porch, etc was great. Highly recommend -and will definitely be back to visit again!!
We stayed for 3 nights. We had the Hotel Transportation Service pick us up at the port. It was a very windy day. When we checked in the front desk was great to suggest we move our massages to the first day instead of the next since the weather would be better tomorrow. So glad we did and the massages were amazing. We stayed in the Zeus Room with a beach view. The room was nice with the exception of two things. The bathroom needs better lighting and the shower temperature could not be adjusted. It would go back and forth from very hot to very cold. We did let the front desk know. There is a nice bar and great breakfast overlooking the beach and the pool area is also very nice. It's easy to get into the city of Naxos by bus and about 20 minute ride. They offer free beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There are a lot of restaurants to walk to that are very close by or you can have dinner at the Hotel as well.
Beautiful beach
