En mi habitacion hubo cosas que no funcionaban como el telefono y el aire acondicionado bastante dificil de ajustar, no sue si era por daño o por defecto los dejan bastante frios.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion, a solo 2 cuadras del Centro comercial Buenavista, las instalaciones son amplias, todo el personal muy amable. Teniamos el desayuno incluido, era tipo buffet, conseguia uno lo suficiente para tener una buena comida, me encantó el caldo de pollo (era mas bien como un sanchocho, tenia yuca, platano y papa, y un rico sazon). El espacio de la piscina es pequeño en relacion al tamaño del hotel, sin embargo pudimos utilizarlo sin problemas, siempre encontramos sillas disponibles. Usamos tambien el gimnasio, no es muy grande pero esta bien equipado. La cama cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. El aire acondicionado funcionó sin problemas.
En el pasillo para llegar a la zona de piscina y gimnasio olia mucho a humedad. El volumen de la musica era muy alto en la zona del lobby.

Although they put me in a room on the 4th floor that had the strongest odor of mildew and mold I ever smelled before they quickly changed me to a different room when I brought this to their attention. Also - no where to hang towels or bathing suits. No hooks in the bathroom or zip line. Every hotel staff member was very pleasant

Los detalles fisicos, y la vista de la habitación, deberian preguntarle al huesped si desea algun upgrade o algo por la vista, lit tenia vista al techo.

We made sure to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant every morning and was given excellent service. Our server, Karina C, was kind and attentive. She anticipated needs and made us feel special. By the third morning, she remembered our names and even memorized our breakfast preferences. Her attention to details added to our already great stay in Barranquilla.

Para viajes de turismo, no creo que sea buena. Excelente tener un área para fumadores: respetamos los espacios sin humo, pero en otros muchos hoteles se olvidan de nosotros, y me parece una falta grave de servicio.
El desayuno bastante justito, con pocas opciones. La carta para comer y cenar en el hotel, igualmente bastante justita y un poco aburrida si tu organización de viaje pide hacer más de una comida o cena en el hotel. Sólo un restaurante, sin más opciones

- teilweise etwas lieblos eingerichtet - mein Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Tapeten haben sich teilweise gelöst und im Badezimmer gab es etwas Schimmel - Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen - recht lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption besonders wenn man eine Rechnung benötigt - recht laute Gegend und auch am Pool recht viel Verkehrslärm

We will return in a heartbeat when we have a chance.
