el hotel es bueno por el precio considerando que el desayuno incluido es muy bueno

la habitación 150 tiene manchas de humedad en el techo y a la regadera le falta donde agarrarse como barra de seguridad y el aparato de aire es ruidoso

The breakfast is delicious, Marcos, Fernando, Angel y todo el equpo de meseros siempre es maravilloso y nos atienden en cena y desayuno de forma exepcional... Nos gusta mucho quedarnos ahí.

El recibimiento en recepción es frío y distante, tal vez porque todo el personal es muy amable, Javi es maravilloso. Tenemos 25 años llegando al hotel como parada de paso y ya nos conocen.

Alfombra vieja y se percibe sucia, huele a humedad y el hecho de no tener agua potable para el lavado de manos es algo que de verdad incomoda mucho

Que tengan servicio de frigobar en los cuartos o quien los necesite para almacenamiento de medicinas, ya que lo solicite y me dijeron que no tenían ese servicio que las medicinas las podría guardar en el refrigerador en la cocina lo cual me negué sería muy factible para que ofrezcan ese servicio completo el hotel, ya que hay personas enfermas que se hospedan y si todos guardan sus medicinas en la cocina, pues se puede volver un caos además existe la probabilidad de confundirse y dar una medicina por otra lo cual es una mala imagen para el hotel. Espero que en mi próxima estancia ya esté disponible este servicio.

Varias ocaciones me e quedado en este lugar todo perfecto pero se meten a tu cuarto aún que pongas privado y siempre se metan perdido objetos que nunca devuelven de todo lo demás no hay ni una solo queja pero la verdad son cositas de valor que se te desaparecen

The free breakfast was by far the best I've had in decades of traveling. This is one of those buffets you'd pay $50+ dollars for if you were a walk-in. Egg chef custom omelettes, endless fruit and fruit juices, sweet rolls, wide variety of steam plate offerings. Room was "good" not great, but comfortable with strong WiFi

Exiting is difficult because of the incoming traffic and the cars parked on the street obstructing vision. Mattress too hard, and rooms need new outlets to connect SUBs

The check in was horrible. No one was there. We waited about 30 minutes and others that were there before us left. It was about 11pm and we were very tired, to not know if we were even going to get our prepaid room was really bad and being in a foreign country added to the frustration

Para viaje de trabajo por la zona está excelente

En resumen el hotel vale la pena por el desayuno que incluye porque es buffet y es muy rico tienen tortillas hechas a mano, quesadillas de huitlacoche y huevos al gusto, música en vivo con piano. Los cuartos son básicos y con instalaciones anticuadas, las alfombras del pasillo principal están super sucias las camas cómodas y el aire acondicionado solo arroja aire frío, no sirve la calefacción.

The rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. Carpet smells and had dirt and dust around the edges. Front desk personnel were rude and dismissive. The young man who helps with luggage was very sweet and was the only thing we liked about the hotel.
