我覺得吃是最大的問題。 自助晚餐，性價比非常低。 雖然說種類很多，但是每種菜餚都非常粗糙。 沒有燉到爛的牛肉， 魚肉裡有非常多筋的生魚片 ， 甚至連炒高麗菜都沒有斷生。 這樣的品質一個人還要1000多塊，實在不敢領教。 而自助早餐更是服務差勁。 坐在偏廳用餐。（服務人員只有一人， 只到接近10:30的時候才有一位主管過來協助） 只是站在冰箱前看飲料， 就被服務人員大聲喝斥說飲料要錢。 用餐群眾投來的目光讓我們瞬間覺得很不舒服。 我們並不是在用餐高峰期區去， 但許多品項都是空盤。 且用餐時間一個小時中，餐盤垃圾完全沒有人收。 感覺非常不受尊重。 跟我之前來的老爺酒店天差地遠。 我覺得這個飯店另外一個很大的問題就是服務人員沒有同理心。 我的小孩今天在游泳池，因為下水之後感到害怕， 整個人在水裏抱著扶竿爆哭。 我當時並不在旁邊。 現場的救生員不聞不問， 任由小孩抱著欄桿爆哭。 直到我回到現場， 才把孩子抱出。 也許小孩子沒有溺水， 救生員並沒有協助他的責任。 但如果換作今天是自己的孩子，我相信任何一個人都會想要去先把小孩子抱出來停止他們的恐懼。。 這一次從吃的經驗還有玩的經驗，讓我感覺到這家飯店質變了很多， 跟我之前所熟悉的礁溪老爺不同了。 對這次的住宿非常失望。。 一個晚上將近$30,000的房間真的不應該只是這樣。

下雨天斜坡下去要進停車場時，騎車經過外面水溝蓋會滑，有點危險
