Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La piscine est canon !!! Tout est hyper propre dans l'hébergement ainsi que dans le reste de la résidence. Le staff de l'accueil est aussi très sympathique <3 Petit plus : des chèvres passent parfois dans les allées pour manger les buissons/tailler les haies ! J'adore !
Ce serait encore mieux avec un endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou si pas la place, une option petit-dej "au lit" !

La situation et l’environnement ont été très décevant. On est dans une des seules stations de Minorque bétonnée, avec des grands bâtiments et beaucoup trop de monde. La plage est recouverte de pédalos en forme de voitures : ça donne le ton !

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026It has a private beach , no waves , perfect for older people and kids. The swimming pool has a life guard. You can see the ocean and the pool from the restaurant patio. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.
There are a thousand stairs or hills, not great for people with mobility issues. The pool towels are not free. Also they expect people to use 4 towels in the apartment for a 4 day stay, impossible to keep them dry and there is a charge for extra towels.

La situation géographique à Arenal d’en Castell qui n’a aucun charme et aucun intérêt touristique. Aucune ville ou flâner le soir et aucune ambiance balnéaire. Obligation systématique de prendre la voiture pour nous rendre dans de jolis villages de bord de mer. Appartement au RDC avec une tout petite terrasse, pas très agréable.

Les gens qui viennent déposer leur serviettes, parfois 7 ou 8, des l’ouverture pour réserver leur transat, et reparte pour revenir 1h ou 2h plus tard. Piscine pas très propre en fin de journée.

Nothing apart from not being able to get some nice lunch at the pool. No toasty after 12.30 ! Bad quality food. Had lunch once and that was enough. Fine for ice creams and a beer /coffee Not owned by hotel so didn't affect our stay too much.

At the rate we are paying the room (500 Euro) not cleaning it every day (only once in 5 nights stay!!!) Is extremely bad service. It was not even mentioned on Booking.com. If i knew rooms were jot cleaned at this high rate, i would have never booked there. Also, the shower doesn't have a door, which means there is always water on the floor. When there is no cleaning, sand (because we are next to a beach) and the water in the bathroom, then there is mud everywhere. Very bad experience.

Вместо 2х уборок за 5 дней, была одна. Также при бронировании следует понимать, что номер с террасой не обязательно имеет вид на море (как на фото) он может выходить в стену соседнего здания. Платное пользование полотенцами для бассейна.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Everything was wonderful in this fantastic setting. The location is truly magical. The staff are kind, attntive, and very accommodating.
I would kindly suggest that staff assist guest with carrying their luggage to and from their accommodations. The dishwasher in the apartment did not work properly, even after several attempts to start it. It would also be nice if all staff members greeted guests when passing them ont the hotel grounds, as it creates a more welcoming atmosphere. At the pool area to get clear towels every day for free. It would be helpful to clearly communicate which days housekeeping service is provided, as schedule seemed inconsistent during our stay. Finally, I recommend that the lifeguards speak English. In the event of an emergency, it is extremely important that they are able to communicate clearly and provide verbal assistance to guests in need.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Location right on the beach, a wild beach close by, not many tourists, very calm atmosphere. Pine trees around, goats walking by themselves on the rocks. Good restaurants within close reach. A good water park within walking distance. Plenty of routes to walk, if not so hot.
The topography of the village, is very steep and one has to climb the stairs wherever one goes, which can be tiresome in hot weather. But on the other hand the topography makes the scenery awesome.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026L'appartement était très spacieux et confortable. La piscine est magnifique et très bien chauffée. La plage est à côté, c'est génial. Le complexe est très sympathique. Les réceptionnistes ont été gentilles.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Le 2ème matin, je me suis fait réveiller par la réception à 8h30, or c'était notre jour central, celui où nous voulions nous reposer. Elle m'a prévenu que des ouvriers allaient venir changer la porte de la douche 30 minutes plus tard. Ils ont frappé à la porte seulement 2 minutes après. Nous étions en pyjama, sans avoir pu aller à la salle de bain. Ils sont entrer avec beaucoup de matériel. J'ai dû finalement leur demander de ressortir 5 minutes juste pour pouvoir aller aux toilettes puis partir de notre chambre. Pour moi, c'est inacceptable. De tels travaux doivent être annoncés à l'avance et si ce n'est pas possible, comme on nous l'a dit, alors il n'aurait pas fallu louer cette chambre ! J'ai été le dire à la réception, elle était gentille et désolée et m'a donné ensuite une bouteille de champagne le soir. C'est très gentil mais comme j'étais seule adulte et que nous allions souper au restaurant, ce n'était pas la compensation idéale. Je trouve qu'on aurait dû dès la base nous donner une autre chambre, ou alors nous rembourser une partie du prix. Nous avons été très dérangés et avons dû totalement réorganiser notre journée...or, la semaine de vacances avait été très bien réfléchie, quelles activités nous faisions les jours où nous avions un hôtel à notre disposition, et lesquelles les jours où nous changions d'hôtel; ainsi notre séjour a été perturbé et nous avons dû renoncer à certaines choses à cause de cet incident. De plus, les linges n'ont pas été changés durant les 3 jours que nous avons passés à l'hôtel, alors qu'il est bien écrit que les linges laissés au sol seront changés et les autres pas. Par soucis d'écologie, je n'ai laissé que 2 petits linges par jour au sol plein de sable, et ils n'ont jamais été pris, malgré un changement de porte de douche durant notre séjour. Vraiment dommage.

A shop on site, and the bar staff did not have the same kindness as reception maybe, and food was really average, but we only went there when desperate, would have always chose elsewhere if there was nearer ha-ha

White Sands own sunbed policy is not enforced by staff. People put towels on sunbeds at 9am and you often don’t see them until late afternoon. They also now allow smoking in the pool area which is not nice. Noise from above is very bad in these apartments.

It was super nice that we could swim also in the sea while keeping our base by the swimming pool. The resort offers some activities that the kids liked e.g. giant chess and minigolf. The supermarket is nearby. Staff was friendly.
Unlike on the picture of the booking page, our balcony was not covered and for that reason, we could not dine out or have breakfast on the balcony a single time during the trip - which was something that we were really looking forward to.

Que el apartamento está bien pero un poco más viejito que el que estuve el año pasado , el del año pasado tenía carga de USB en habitación y plato de ducha y este tenía bañera y los armarios de la cocina se notaban que estaban más viejitos y olía un poco .

Nous avons tout aimé. Une formule petit déjeuner inclus aurait pu être appréciable.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Nous avons tout aimé mon mari et moi. L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme de l'endroit. La disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel, leur gentillesse et politesse. La proximité de la plage. Nous avons passé une semaine magique et nous y retournerons dès que possible.
Pour nous amateurs de café, un appareil à expresso à manqué dans l'appartement. A part ça, rien d'autres.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Booked 2 units of the 2 bedroom apartment for a group of 9 friends. The apartments were well-equipped, spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, it even had salt and pepper and kitchen towel provided which is sometimes rare in self catering accommodation. The highlight was the infinity pool over looking its own secluded beach area which was just a few steps away. The location was perfect as it was near a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. We had car rentals so it made it easy to get around. The staff was also lovely and helpful, we were able to get an early check in and paid 20 euros for late check out. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Es handelt sich um eine ineinander verschachtelte Ferienanlage, deren Wohneinheiten in der kühleren Jahreszeit kaum besonnt wird und es in den Räumlichkeiten entsprechend kühl ist. Es hat allerdings eine Klimaanlage, die als Heizung genutzt werden kann.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Établissement incroyable ! avec tout confort (tout en quantité ) bonne literie, hyper propre piscine privée et plage privée dans un cadre idyllique. Un grand merci à Barbara une femme adorable qui a tout fait pour nous aider avec notre soucis personnel. Je recommande largement !!!
