The hospitality was truly exceptional, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable visit. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood – a perfect starting point for exploring. I was also able to use a shower just for myself, which made my stay even more convenient. Truly wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next when I'm in Kamakura. The hotels dedication to making every guest feel at home and cared for is truly remarkable. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this hotel – it was a 5-star experience in every way! Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Hotel En isn't a famous, large hotel, but I always book it when I go to Fujisawa. Hotel En offers a comfortable stay with its warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it if you're planning a vacation in Shonan.
It would be even better if each room had a bright desk lamp.

There is no parking, the only options were paid parking that is not reimbursed or reserved by the hotel. The pictures were misleading, making us think there was an on site onsen available, but there isn’t. It is only for the suite.

特になし。強いて言えば、住宅街にある立地なのかもしれませんが、駅からもスーパーからも近く、さらにランニングにぴったりの道沿いにあり、不満はありませんでした。

Reviewed Jul 22, 20264泊3日で宿泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ロビーにはセルフサービスの無料コーヒー、ココア、お茶などのドリンクが用意されていて、とても便利でした。 バスルームは清潔で、アメニティも充実しています。シャワーの水圧も十分に強く、とても気持ちよく利用できました。 また、事前にお願いしていたところ、ツインベッドをくっつけてご用意いただき、家族3人で広々と安心して眠ることができました。細やかなお心遣いに感謝しています。 全体的に満足度が高く、また機会があればぜひ利用したいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Kapsulové postele (v pokoji jsou vždy jen maximálně dvě) a pokud jste tři, máte k dispozici doplňokvý pohodlný futon na podlaze. Pokoj je miniaturní a není si moc kam sednout, ale vybavený je dobře. Koupelna je taky mikro, ale splňuje vše potřebné. Velký plus jsou nápoje, čaje, kávy a moccha nebo čokolády k dispozici na recepci - pro všechny bez omezení. V blízkosti jsou i poměrně levné coin parkingy.

カプセルベットがある３人部屋のマットレスが非常に薄く、苦情を言うレベルでした。ランドリーの洗濯機とドライヤーが１台づつしかなく、いつも順番待ちだった。ボディソープが強すぎて、肌がカサカサになった。セキュリティに不安を感じる部分があった。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026All staff very polite and helpful. Very good value. We arrived on a wet day. The staff offered shoe drying machine which saved us. Free water, tea or coffee. 7 11 very close. And we used the microwave to warm up food downstairs. Also in the basement there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Again it helped us a lot drying clothes after being soaking wet. The kids enjoyed the capsules and my experience on Tatami was not too bad. A great base for trips to Kamakura and the beaches.
The hotel is a bit far from the station. Be prepared for the long distance to walk after a long day.

Nach 17 Jahren kam ich wieder nach Japan und ich bin froh, im Hotel EN meinen Aufenthalt gestartet zu haben. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl, da das Personal unglaublich nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend war. Es war immer schön, nach einem langen Tag zurückzukehren. In den Betten konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Trotz Nähe zum Aufzug war dieser keineswegs zu hören. Leider verpasste ich die Chance, mich von den Angestellten am letzten Tag zu verabschieden...Aber ich werde sicher bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder kommen!
Wenig Ablage bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeit im Bad und fehlende Schränke für Kleidungen.

Their free offers of all sorts of coffee and tea is exceptional, compared to all other hotels I stayed in Japan. Rooms are big enough to spend a rainy day. Plus they got the lovliest staff you can imagine. Didn't had breakfast, but it looked good.
Depending on the neighbours behaviour you might hear them: I would suggest felt-gliders for the chairs, because the actual hardplastics make annoying sounds on the relief ground when they move chairs in the night. What they always do. And maybe a paintjob to the walls, they're a bit dated. But I get picky now :)

Reviewed May 22, 2026The spa shower and tab with the squishy pillow were both very nice. They have spacious twin rooms and we get to really relaxed at the end of the day. Also, walk distance to all convenience stores, bakery and restaurants as well. There's a riverside walkway to take a walk in the morning as well. very nice envoirement.
It's a bit far from the Fujisawa Station, especially with heavy luggages. That's about it. but over all it was very convenient. There's a few way to reach to the hotel as well.

The bed was too hard, and the room was too dark and small, even though I booked the largest room size available. Furthermore, the breakfast information was highly misleading; it was listed as an option on Booking.com, but it actually wasn't available at all, causing a lot of confusion during booking. However, one downside was that the room didn't have a heater ready/turned on.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Almost everything. The full amenities including those we can borrow (ironing, charger for japan etc), toiletries incl towels, fridge, hair dryer, bed comfort. Especially is the free choices of many tea selections (more than 20) and options of coffee (choco, black, cappuccino, latte, etc). Their cleanness is superb and the stff are very helpful especially tje female one from Nepal (?) with mask. The location a bit far from Fujisawa St but very quiet in residential area. Many shops and eateries along the way incl Donki and OK.
A bit far (10-15 min) but still managable.

- The aircon cannot be adjusted in the room. It gets warm in the night. The hotel staff informed about the non availability of airconditioning controls in the room. Hence we were advised to open the window for some fresh air. It is suggested to have aircon in the room as we were unable to sleep well for 2 nights due to humid / warm room.

施設の老朽化で空調設備が壊れていました。 問題なのは壊れているのが分かっていて、チェックイン時にそれを知らせること。何らかの事前通知があっても良かったと思います。 そして、どうしようもないかも知れませんが、暑かったら窓を開けて自身で調整しろと言われました。寝る時は暑く、窓を開けて就寝したものの、春の季節は明け方はまだ寒い時期。寒さで目を覚まし、そのまま寝れず寝不足な1日を過ごす羽目になりました。

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Le personnel était très professionnel et nous a bien reçus, avec les informations nécessaires. Hôtel confortable, propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Je le recommanderai.
Seul élément à revoir au niveau de la climatisation. Il faisait trop chaud pour nous dans la chambre et je n'ai pas trouvé comment la rafraîchir. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles mais la place est restreinte pour les bagages qui restent au niveau de l'entrée. Pas trop gênant pour une nuit. Pour un séjour, c'est plus compliqué.
