Great location and experience! Staff works very hard to make a good atmosphere. Room has a great view. Food at the restaurant was great and the hiking experience is a must do!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was very warm, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious.

We stayed for two nights and the view was absolutely stunning, being able to watch the sunset from the terrace was definitely the highlight. However, considering we paid nearly 10k, we unfortunately don’t feel the stay was worth the price. We didn’t expect noise from the road below our room, and hearing staff talking from room to room really disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. Staff were friendly and always greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, which we appreciated. Breakfast was disappointing, and I would rate it 2/5. The food was cold, and after both of us had Eggs Benedict before checking out, we became unwell, I experienced vomiting and stomach discomfort, which seemed related to an unfresh egg. I would also suggest that staff clearly inform guests about breakfast options, especially for dietary restrictions. I am gluten-free, yet I was served a fried egg with bread. When I explained my allergy, they removed the bread from the plate but did not prepare a new dish. I could still see small crumbs left, which is concerning as cross-contamination could be dangerous for someone with a serious allergy. Lastly, the a la carte menu at the restaurant felt overpriced for what was offered.

Khaosok Boutique Camps was one of the most memorable places we’ve had the opportunity to stay at! These camps are nestled beautifully in the forest with such a breathtaking view! The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! We wish we had more time to experience the amenities this place had to offer, but still had an unbelievable time here! 500/10

Amazing! Absolutely loved it here and wish we had stayed longer! The staff were super firmly and helpful! The food in the restaurant was delicious. We did a couple of excursions from the place too which were fantastic. Highly recommend !!

Had an amazing stay here. The food was great and Esa was such a great service person. She was super nice and knows a lot of what to do. Very friendly. I stayed in Sunset view 1. Great view. At first check in they had me at 15 but my booking was for sunset view 1 and they were able to switch me to the bungalow I reserved. I also booked the Cheow Lan Lake through them which was a bit chaotic but in the end was fun.

Ok so this place is stunning!!! Hard to find and contact though, we left our car in the car park and I walked up what felt like a million steps then staff went and collected my husband and luggage. Staff are lovely and friendly 😊 room view incredible! Now the bad, service seems a bit miss. You have to pre order your food and not much choice for lunch. We tried to order a cocktail from the extensive list but we were told, no vodka, no gin, no white rum and was told I could only have 2 cocktails so I ordered the zombie and it was lovely. Lunch was also lovely. Once checked in my husband went to go find someone to book a massage after 30 minutes he gave up as he couldn't find anyone. After 1 hour in the room we tried to order some more drinks my husband got a can of warm beer but no one was available to make me a cocktail. For dinner I was told no wine and now couldn't have a zombie either and there was only 1 cocktail choice with vodka but earlier there was no vodka? Doesn't make sense. My curry was extremely salty and I love a lot of salt but it was too much I couldn't finish. Dessert was lovely. In the middle of the night my husband found a huntsman spider in the bathroom. I know we're in the middle of the jungle but I can not cope with spiders nevermind a huntsman, at 11pm we messaged the hotel on WhatsApp but no reply at all not even the next morning. We didn't sleep we were so scared and the bathroom has gaps to the bedroom and there isn't any room to put luggage other than on the floor. The bathroom was also full of ants but that didn't bother us unlike the spider. That obviously won't be an issue for some but thought I'd mention it. If I'd read there were huntsmen spiders in the rooms I wouldn't have booked. Also the lack of contact and being able to get hold of staff is worrying. Unreal view, beautiful hotel, has potential to be incredible with a bit more staff training, better stocked alcohol and a 24/7 contact.

Service, food and accommodation first class for this style of lodgings. If I had any complaint it was slow service at breakfast but if you leave plenty of time or have no where to be then it's not a problem! The location is perfect for scenery and sunset but needs a vehicle to get to Khaosok town where all the bars, restaurants, massage places and national park tours operate from. You do need to be fit and flexible to access the lodges because it is located on the side of a hill and so pathway undulating and high steps. Pool is ok but you're not really there for that!

Gorgeous location, stunning views, very relaxing, beautiful people - they’re all delightful but special shout to the young gardener, and the lovely receptionist. Wonderful stay at Khao Sok Boutique Camp! The service was wonderful and our bungalows were great with fabulous views. The staff was incredibly helpful and property was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and proximity to activities. The taxi service to and from the Main Street was very helpful.

The tent that was given to us had mould and I fell sick. Also the tent is really small. The pillows were smelly. Limited option for breakfast and nothing much for vegetarian. The location is also not convenient, far away from main centre of Khao sok national park, which is a much better place with plenty of options to stay. The food in the restaurant is pretty bad with triple price vs anywhere else in Khao sok. The tour price are minimum 1.5 times what is charged around Khao sok national park. I regretted booking this hotel and wish I had booked something near Khao sok national park with a variety of options for everything. This place is out of nowhere with jacked up prices for everything.

Beautiful views, wonderful air conditioning, and very nice staff. Very accommodating to anything we needed with great attitudes. Due to the location, there were a lot of stairs, so be prepared! The restaurant was delicious. Excellent food! Large variety too! Our only complaint is that we wish there were more amenities in addition to the pool. Expect to have a great time and walk a lot of stairs ;)

Lovely time in the treetops. Rustic tent accommodation with excellent food at the restaurant. Attentive staff. Beautiful views. Great excursions to canoeing (with a coffee break in the jungle!), Monkey Cave and hiking in the mountains.

You will not get a better feel for jungle life than this resort. Camping with luxury. Not for those afraid of critters or bugs. Staff was very nice and gracious. Don’t worry the AC works amazing and you have many luxuries as a normal resort. Breakfast is included and a set menu. Dinner is pay by what you want to order and was amazing!! Again staff was wonderful and I’d definitely recommend!

Great to be a part of this resort. We love our times here and would love to come back to the jungle paradise. The excursions we booked with the resort what lots of fun. Happy to be back and bring more friends and family here. Highly recommended for others to come.

Really nice tents with a great view. The beds are a bit hard. It's right on the road, so you hear the traffic. The food is okay but a bit pricey. 4 stars because of the view and the concept; otherwise, it would have been 3.

We loved our stay at Khao sok boutique camps. Our signature romantic view room was clean and beautiful! No mold, termite of bugs in the room! AC worked perfectly. Everything was well maintained! Our manager Kathy was great! She was available via personal WhatsApp for any assistance. Entire resort staff was courteous and great! We also booked our cheow lan lake tour with them and everything went smoothly and was a great experience! We 100% recommend staying here! So sad to leave

Very nice view and the staff was very helpful, there is a nice bar on top of the mountain where you can grab a nice cooling drink. There are also a lot of activities that you are able to book which seem nicd, we did not go on one because we only stayed 1 night

We stayed during the rainy season and it was incredible! The views, rain or shine, are stunning. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, very comfortable while giving the feel you are on a safari-like adventure. You can hear the sounds of the jungle. The food is great, we ate dinner and had breakfast at the restaurant, and enjoyed ourselves very much! The location is the star for us, incredible!

Cet hôtel est un vrai petit paradis. La « tente » est très jolie et fonctionnelle. L’expérience de dormir dans la jungle sera pour nous inoubliable. Les espaces communs sont magnifiques et la piscine très agréable. Mais nous avons surtout à relever que le personnel est absolument génial. Ils sont aux petits soins, très gentils, aidants et surtout très compétents. Mention spéciale pour l’homme et la femme qui font à la fois le service au restaurant et la réception (dont je ne connais le nom) qui sont particulièrement adorables.

Het uitzicht over de jungle is prachtig. Het personeel is super lief en doen er alles aan om het je zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken. Mai, de Front Office manager is super lief en geweldig. Ze denkt mee en is flexibel. Het slapen in de tent is leuk en hoor je de jungle geluidjes om je heen. Echter is het vrij donker in de tent en is het bed heel erg hard.

The accommodation has some of the best views from the rooms and the restaurant. Was very easy to spot some wildlife from the balcony! Ideal for a two night stay as there isn’t much else around. The tour was a lot of fun that we booked through them! The staff are all very friendly!

We have a great stay at the Boutique camp- Pang, PooPae, Mile, Pui. Where all really helpful, the tents are fab, the restaurant is lovely. The food is really tasty. The pool is very picturesque place to watch the sun go done. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay. Calm and beautiful with good food and fantastisch staffel. We have had a great diner and the breakfast is fixed but a good one and plenty of it. Staffel will help you with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, plan tours and help you get around to the local village

Beautiful views, comfortable bed, delicious food. However the room’s floor was a quite dirty, there was hardly any hot water in the shower, and there were no eggs or proper coffee (only instant with milk powder) during breakfast. All other meals were fantastic.

It is a lovely place with an beautiful view over the valley. The tents are good in space and ways of working. A lot of thought has been put in design and atmosphere. You have to be able to walk steep steps, clime up and down. There is a road under the resort, not a lot of traffic but you will hear it.

Loved staying here for tours at the national park. The landscape and scenery is extremely beautiful. The staff were excellent; friendly, and helpful in booking us the tours we wanted and transfers to Surat Thani airport. Thank you!

Het hotel zelf is wat je ervan kan verwachten op basis van de foto's. Je hebt hier wel een avontuurlijk verblijf door het buitenleven. Het restaurant en het zwembad met uitzicht zijn prachtig. Hou er rekening mee dat er geen restaurants op wandelafstand zijn dus als je laat aankomt na een lange trip moet je gegeten hebben. De uitstappen die we via het hotel boekten (met hun partner Khao Sok Discovery) waren minder succesvol. De uitstap met olifanten die we deden was totaal niet ethisch en de olifanten werden slecht behandeld. Doe zeker je eigen onderzoek en boek ergens waar je je goed bij voelt.

A true gem- it’s a little distant from “town” but after spending a night in town the previous night, I’d take the distance and unique setting over being in town any day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staying here feels like a breath of fresh air and was very enjoyable.

Amazing location with beautiful scenery! The downside is that these tents have absolutely seen better days. I don't really understand why they set up tents instead of bungalows as they are now quite mouldy inside and will never really feel clean. That said, we did enjoy our stay since the location is so amazing. But be aware that the sleeping situation leaves much to be desired.

Bad: The tent was very damaged and old, the inside was quite mouldy. There was building work going on next to our tent 1000-1700. The taxi prices were an order of magnitude greater than the prices in the village. Good: Gorgeous views. Free shuttle into the national park. Friendly staff.

The camp is located on an mountain and there is nothing around but it offers a great sunset view. Breakfast was good but the taste of the thai food dinner was just soso, however you have no alternative. Pick up from the Khao Sok bus station was free but we had to wait some time for the car. The organised activities we booked at the reception were nice but the prices seemed a bit high, so it is probably more reasonable to book a tour package including the camp as accomodation. The tents itself are great but the mattress of the bed is extremely hard. Unfortunately, we had no water pressure in the morning, so no washing was possible. The small pool seemed to be out of order as it was not clean at all. All in all we expected a bit more for the price, however, included in an 2 day tour package this accomodation might be a good option as it is quite located and offers a great view.

Stayed just one night here, which happened to be during a crazy thunderstorm. Made the night that much more memorable! Comfy bed and room was great, also loved that it was in a more remote part of town (we had a car). Only suggestion is to update the tents or give them a deep scrub.

You get what you pay for. Its not 5-star. But the view, hotel restaurant & staff make up for it! The food was great. The staff organised a tour for Khao Sok Lake. The room itself is okay. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit mouldy (made out of bamboo sort of). Overall I would stay there again. We only stayed for two nights which was enough! :)

It was a really nice stay. The view is amazing. I would recommend this to everyone! The staff is also very polite and kind. And last but not least, the food was also wonderful!

Upon arrival it was a rocky start however, my daughter in law spoke Thai and was able to communicate our reservations and what rooms we paid for. Truly authentic food, one cook, believe family owned and make sure to order the fried river rock fish early. Definitely worth the wait!

Fabulous experience but not for everyone. You are among nature. So expect sounds of the jungle. Also you must be fit enough to climb a bunch of stairs to get around the property and to get into your room. Absolutely memorable

The scenery is breathtaking and we loved the experience of staying in these well equipped tents. Thankfully the air con worked very efficiently as it was so humid. The bed and bathroom areas were very clean. The tents are a bit mouldy but I guess that's to be expected due to the weather. The meals we had at this resort were very good and tours and transfers were organized quickly and at very low costs. We did the private lake tour which was worth doing. The only thing the place lacked was a pool - if we had somewhere to swim, it would have been perfect. We did have an encounter with some of the wild life but again, that added to the experience and gave us a story to tell. The Khao Sok area is just beautiful and the people we met were lovely, especially the canoe guide we had down the Khao Sok river and the local pharmacist who helped us out when we needed medical advice, a taxi, sunglasses and bananas.

This is such an incredible place to stay - the pictures simply don't do it justice. It's quite a far drive from Phuket but the views are more than worth it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are able to help with day tours and any activities around there as well as in the national park for reasonable prices. We only stayed there for a night but we would have loved to stay there longer. I would highly recommend this place!

This was one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at. I even took a video of the room and posted it online for friends. Staying in a luxurious camp, or "glamping," as my husband called it, was a lot of fun. The staff was very kind and the food was delicious as well. Overall, the room was comfortable and the views were great, but I didn't give a perfect score for room comfort because the bed was hard and I'd wake up whenever cars drove up the driveway next to our room. I also wished there was a pool, but there's a big river nearby and an amazing lake tour about 40 min. away.

The tents are a lot moldier than they appear in the picture. That being said, they are replacing shower curtains, the bamboo in the bathroom, etc. and trying to keep up. The view from the porch is fantastic. Service (hotel and restaurant) was uneven. On a bad note, they do currency conversion (after adding 3%!) if you use a credit card with no option for being billed in baht. Staff don't seem to understand how bad this is.
