Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Quarto amplo, cama e janelas grandes, mesa de trabalho etc. Bairro muito agradável, com ampla oferta de restaurantes. Tem academia, que usei quase todos os dias (fiquei quatro noites). Bom café da manhã. Equipe toda muito simpática e prestativa.
Quando fui dormir na primeira noite, me deparei com lençol manchado. Retirei e dormir sem lençol, só cobertor. De manhã, encontrei a camareira e avisei. Ela trocou toda a roupa de cama. Chuveiro: não gosto da torneira usada pq não dá para regular a quantidade de água, só a temperatura. Na academia, a bicicleta está com pedal duro cuja resistência não muda conforme a mudança de nível na programação. É preciso aplicar sempre a mesma força.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Es una buena opción para hospedarse y las camas están muy cómodas. El desayno es buffet y está bastante bueno. Sin embargo, no sería mi primera opción si quisiera algo más cercano a la zona turística, ya que el tráfico de la zona hace que te tardes bastante en llegar.

En esta ocasión escuché bastante a mi vecino de habitación que hablaba por teléfono muy temprano en la mañana.

La ubicación es muy buena, con amplia oferta gastronómica en la zona. Se puede acceder al barrio inglés bellísimo a pocas cuadras.
Nada que mencionar. Aunque sería bueno contar con una botella de agua en la habitación. Especialmente cuando el pasajero llega tarde.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The hotel is situated in a very nice area full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, with big balcony and very comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and helpful. Good breakfast with wide fruit selection.
No complimentary bottle of water. Very basic stuff provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, hand cream), no things like shower cap or hair conditioner.

Me pasó algo que jamás me había ocurrido, en mi reserva por Booking el monto era de 763 $ (dólares americanos) y cuando cancelé con la tarjeta resultó que me cobraron 956$ (dólares americanos), hice el reclamo durante mi estancia y al final no me reembolsaron el restante. Siempre he reservado con booking y he pagado el monto de reserva que me dice la aplicación. Lo mismo le ocurrió a otra familia colombiana que se estaba hospedando y le decían que se resolvería y no se resolvió. Por esa situación no lo recomendaría.

Nos dejaron ingresar antes de tiempo y eso es de destacar que no pasa en todos lados. Maravillosa toda la gente de la recepción. El hotel se encuentra en Chapinero un barrio hermoso repleto de restaurant y lugares para degustar ricos cafés.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Hotel muy confortable con instalaciones y servicios de calidad. Habitación amplia y camas cómodas. Personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El restaurante ofrece buena cocina con productos de calidad. En los alrededores también hay varios restaurantes.
En Booking se anunciaba que el pago iba a ser en USD pero allí hicieron la conversión a COP con un tipo de cambio muy desfavorable (3700 COP/USD) por lo que nos resultó más caro de lo previsto.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location of this hotel is wonderful! Lots of terrific restaurants and shops right out the door and in the neighborhood - which felt safe to walk around. The breakfast was very good and the staff from the front desk to anyone else we interacted with were all friendly and helpful (special call out for Canela and Ruth in the restaurant, who always had smiles and helped us with anything we asked for.)
Nothing you can do about it, but because of the one-way streets, Uber/cab drivers have to sometimes go several blocks around to be able to pick up or drop you at the door. We just kept an eye out and let them drop us close by.

Very poor price service. They invoiced 44% more than the booked price, because of a drop in currency in COP, meanwhile we booked in USD-currency and not in COP. They mentioned that they just changed the amount to do a compensation for their currency. Nothing was said about this! We had to remark it ourselves! We have never seen something like that before. Unbelievable.

When I arrived after a 5 hours flight delayed they gave me a room for 3 people with the sofa bed that wasn’t prepared, (and it wasn’t enough space because if you open the sofa bed it’s impossible to open the wardrobe) I had to go down again to ask what is that room if we are 3 people, kindly they gave us another room for the third person telling me next day they’ll give me a room with 2 beds, also they told me to bring all my stuff down and they’ll bring it up to the new room, that day we arrive very tired and late and our stuff wasn’t there, I had to go down again to collect all my bags. Those situations were very uncomfortable for us that were very tired, at least I expect have a good experience in that hotel that I stayed many times in different countries and never experienced anything like that. They need more staff, it’s just one person at the reception with many things going on at the same time.

At check-in, I was charged a mandatory "Seguro Hotelero" fee. The front desk initially told me that this charge was required by Colombian law. After I contacted the hotel in writing, I was later informed that it was actually a hotel/chain-imposed charge as part of its own commercial policy. Receiving contradictory explanations regarding a mandatory charge significantly reduced my confidence in the information provided by the hotel staff. I would also encourage future guests booking through Booking.com to carefully review all charges at check-in. In my case, a mandatory hotel-imposed fee was not reflected in what Booking.com described as the final price.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026En general el desayuno estuvo bien, el servicio del personal estuvo bastante aceptable, el area del desayunador me pareció muy improvisado encima del lobby, de los ascensores, pudiendo organizarlo en el area externa que es más confortable y la final .... lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion de Jeison de recepcion, responde preguntas y soluciona
El area del desayuno, lo limitado de variedad de bolleria, panes, arepas, por ejemplo, no tenian pandebono que es una tradicion, el cafe es muy sencillo, no habia un cafe capuchino basico, no tenian te como de camomila, que es internacional, mermeladas de varias frutas.

No complimentary water? That’s awful. But the worst part is, since I did the booking on the Booking app several phone numbers tried to reach to me through WhatsApp and mail asking me to click a link to “confirm” my booking, even when in the Booking app the stay appeared as Confirmed! These people had my full name, phone number, stay dates, e-mail. Some of the numbers were from countries different to Colombia, I’ve never ever had a this situation before with Booking in any other hotel.
