Las instalaciones realmente eran preciosas, tenía un poco de miedo por los comentarios que había visto en la app y realmente no sucedió nada de lo que había leído. Todo fue bien. La cama es gigante y personalmente la sentí muy cómoda, no había horario de piscina y pudimos bañarnos y disfrutarla de noche, lo agradecimos mucho. Los animales están cerca de la piscina y son preciosos.

The room is so big, and near of the hotel a lot of street food and go to oldtown maybe about 20 minutes by car. And the bed is firm, i like it for rest my back and bone

Far away from airport and beach

This was overall the best stay of our Thailand trip. Absolutely marvelous! The whole property is extremely scenic and the view from our room made it worth it all. Although this resort at night, looks like an abandoned haunted property but that lowkey makes sense since it's overall surrounded with mountains. Rating: 9/10

Feedback: May be if the staff or restaurant was active late at night as well? so that resort doesn't look like it's abandoned

Comfortable and Spacious Pool-Access Rooms with Wonderfully Helpful Staff Overall Rating: 4/5 We recently stayed at Mai Morn Resort and booked a total of four rooms: three Deluxe Rooms with Pool Access and one basic double room. The Highlights: We were very pleased to find that the rooms looked exactly as described in the pictures on Booking.com. The resort team was incredibly accommodating and allocated us three adjacent rooms, making it seamless for our group to step directly into the pool and spend time together. Each pool-access room features a full bed for two adults and a child's bed, which was shown in the pictures on booking.com but was not explicitly mentioned in our booking confirmation which only stated that there will be one full size bed sufficient for 2 adults. For an extra adult guest using the child's bed, the resort smoothly provided additional blankets, pillows, and towels for a fee of around 300 Thai Baht per adult, per night. The staff throughout our stay were very helpful, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. For extra drinking water required, we recommend purchasing bottled water from the convenience stores nearby. The air conditioning in the rooms worked wonderfully and kept us perfectly cool. Free Wi-Fi is accessible across most parts of the resort—it wasn’t lightning-fast, but it wasn’t slow either, proving perfectly adequate for everyday use. As a nice bonus for in-room entertainment, the TVs come with YouTube and Netflix inbuilt. For screen mirroring and casting your own content, the systems are highly compatible, with Android devices but not Apple devices. Dining & Location Adaptability: The resort is situated in a very peaceful area, offering a quiet alternative to the bustling energy of places like the Patong area. Because it is safely tucked away, there are no convenience stores, massage shops, tour agencies, or restaurants within easy walking distance.

Opportunities for Improvement: The property has a fantastic, natural foundation and offers great value, though a few adjustments and tips can ensure an even better stay: * Property & Pool Maintenance: The facilities are a bit older, and the bathrooms would benefit from some routine maintenance to address loose or rusty showerhead fixtures. Additionally, the daily swimming pool maintenance could be more thorough, as we noticed quite a bit of sand, pebbles, and leaves left in the water. Also, all the mattresses provided were very hard, in contrast to what one would expect in a property rated as 4-star. The mattress quality can definitely be improved. * Housekeeping Attention: The daily room housekeeping service could be slightly more meticulous. While fresh towels are reliably provided every day upon request, the team could focus more on deep cleaning details like dusting, sweeping, and changing out bedsheets and doormats more frequently than every alternate day. * Amenity Consistency: Bath gel and shampoo are conveniently provided in eco-friendly refillable bottles, though upgrading the product quality would be a great touch. Additionally, it would be highly convenient if the hotel could provide hand wash and top up travel-sized dental kits regularly. Hand wash was not provided; and Dental kits were provided at the beginning of our stay but were not replenished, which required us to purchase our own hand wash and toiletries at a local convenience store (which we ultimately had to leave behind to avoid luggage leakage). * Nature & Safety Notes: Because the resort features beautiful, lush green surroundings, ground-floor rooms naturally attract local insects, millipedes, or cockroaches if doors are left open. We highly recommend keeping both the front door and the balcony doors tightly closed at all times to prevent any pests from wandering inside.

Entire experience was bad, staffs were not willing to bend or help any given point of time. Rooms doesn’t have any cellular phone to call. We need to call with out phones. Delayed in services. Unnecessary token amounts taken.

Nous nous sentons pas les bienvenus, c’est un hôtel pour les locaux.

Nothing. Facilities poor, service horrendous. No positives whatsoever.

Rude staff. Threatened to call police and kick us out of the hotel over an issue we did not cause with a stain on towels. Staff not accommodating whatsoever, they made basic needs feel like a chore was being asked.

Les trois tombes (morts), les 8 coqs qui braillent dès 5:00AM et la basse-cour qui va avec, l’amabilité du personnel avec les clients. Les cours de natation avec les enfants à 7:00 AM

Super hôtel, dans un parc magnifique et très bien entretenu. Hôtel dans un vrai quartier thaï avec tous les commerces nécessaires et une multitude de vendeurs ambulants. On mange super bien pour pas cher et à toute heure. Chambre confortable, hôtel calme. Nous avons passé 2 semaines super. Hôtel familial. Personnel toujours à l’écoute.

You get much more than what you pay for. It is a wonderful place with the biggest and best pool I’ve ever seen. Also, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!

The beds were super hard I literally slept on top of the doona for extra comfort

The place is far from everything. The nearby landfill smells disgusting. The bed in the room (the most expensive one possible) was really hard and it was impossible to sleep in it. There is an aviary and birds roam freely in the area. Peacocks and cranes screamed all night, the place is not soundproofed. So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, don't go here. Also, the staff was rude and for example in the restaurant they didn't speak English so the portions were what you get. We stayed there for one night and left, we lost money and a night's sleep here. I can't recommend it.

Rengøringspersonalet var smilende og rare at hilse på men der skete en episode hvori jeg kom til at spilde noget på gulvet sent om natten og da jeg intet havde toilet papir havde tilbage (allerede samme dag vi checkede ind) var jeg nødsaget til at bruge et mindre håndklæde, som endte med at blive sort pga gulvet ikke var vasket ordenligt. De ville så have os til at betale 300 baht for håndklædet, trods at det er deres gulv der var snavset og jeg d måtte handle hurtigt da jeg intet papir. havde, der var ingen forståelse og da jeg valgte at sige jeg ville klage tog de den ned på 200 baht.

Dårlig service fra dem der arbejde ved skrænken. mug på toilet, påfugle der skriger natten lang. Jeg spørg om noget underlagn der kan gøre sengen blødere men bliver ignoreret. Jeg bliver bedt om selv at gå rundt og lede efter rengøringsdamen så jeg kan få noget toilet papir. Dårlig air condition.

My only critique would be the surrounding of the pool area closest to the food court is very slippery when wet. I slipped and hurt my knee and leg quite severely.

Das Personal war nett, die Zimmer groß und der Pool war toll!

Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. Die Lage ist nicht so gut aber ein 7/11 schnell erreichbar. Das Essen war gut aber keine Geschmacksexplosion und dafür recht teuer.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es in Ordnung.

Sehr harte Betten. Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr unmotiviert.

Food at the restaurant was nice as was the staff all around the resort.

So many cracks in the bathroom to allow for ants and other insects to get in and climb around, gaps just needs filling and it would be a lot more desirable place. Location isn’t great if u want easy access to restaurants and bars.
