La chambre est belle et propre avec une super vue. La pisicne est top!

Sans la vue, l’hôtel vaut plutôt un 5/6 Les parties communes sont complètements dégradées L’emplacement dépend de ce que l’on cherche mais c’est à Haad Rin donc hors full moon, pas trop d’intérêt

La stanza era nuova e bella

La struttura ha delle palazzine vecchie e non curate e delle stanze tenute bene. Il personale non molto cordiale. L’hotel è aperto dalle 8 alle 20, negli altri orari solo urgenze. La mattina non abbiamo potuto fare il check out, ho dovuto lasciare la chiave della stanza sotto alla porta della reception.

לצערי, החוויה שלנו בריזורט הייתה פשוט גרועה, ובעיקר בכל הקשור לשירות ולניהול המקום. כשהגענו, המקום נראה בהתחלה מאוד יפה ומבטיח. עם זאת, כבר מהרגע הראשון נתקלנו בבעיה: ביקשו מאיתנו להשאיר את המפתחות בקבלה כדי שיוכלו לנקות את החדר, אבל אף אחד לא עדכן אותנו שעלינו לקחת אותם בחזרה בשלב מסוים. בערב, בסביבות השעה 1:00 בלילה, חזרנו לריזורט וגילינו שהקבלה סגורה. לא היה אף איש צוות שניתן לפנות אליו, לא היה איש קשר זמין, ומספר הטלפון שסופק לנו לא עבד. כתוצאה מכך, המפתחות שלנו היו נעולים בתוך הקבלה, והחדר שלנו היה נעול — פשוט לא הייתה לנו שום דרך להיכנס לחדר שלנו או לקבל עזרה. נאלצנו להישאר בחוץ בשעה מאוחרת בלילה ולנסות למצוא בעצמנו פתרון למצב. מעבר לכך, החדר שלנו אפילו לא נוקה כראוי. מה שהכי מאכזב הוא שגם לאחר כל זה, במקום לקחת אחריות ולהציע פיצוי או פתרון הולם, אנחנו עדיין נאלצות להתווכח איתם כדי לקבל מענה על החוויה שעברנו. זה מעלה גם שאלה מאוד חמורה מבחינת בטיחות: מה קורה במקרה של שריפה, מצב חירום או כל בעיה אחרת באמצע הלילה? אם אין אף איש צוות במקום, אין מספר טלפון שעובד ואין דרך ליצור קשר עם אף אחד — מי אמור לעזור לאורחים? לצערי, אנחנו ממש לא ממליצות על המקום. חוויית השירות הייתה גרועה מאוד, ההתנהלות הייתה לא מקצועית, והעובדה שלא היה אף גורם זמין במקרה חירום היא מבחינתנו דבר חמור במיוחד.

La vue depuis la chambre et la terrasse

Il fallait beaucoup marcher pour sortir de la chambre vers la rue , les chemins sont compliqués avec des valises. La piscine était pas chauffé

Talvolta risulta difficile comunicare perché non sanno bene l’inglese. i bagni sarebbero da rinnovare

Location was amazing, very quiet at nighttime but within a 5 minute walk of the Haad rin area.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur ein paar Schritte zum Zentrum. Aussicht vom Bungalow direkt aufs Meer. Man hat auch seine Ruhe. Personal sehr freundlich. Moped oder Taxi direkt vor Ort buchbar. Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht. Kommen gerne wieder 😃

Super schöner Ausblick vom Bett aufs Meer, sowie Balkon mit Hängematte. Die Unterkunft strahlt absolute Inselvibes aus.

Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nicht sonderlich gut, wenn man viele und lange Haare hat, benötigt es schon etwas Geduld.

Die Lage, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, das Bad sah runtergekommen aus.

Die Lage war natürlich ein Traum , wir hatten einen wunderschönen einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer, ganz für uns allein.

Leider war unser Bungalow schon echt runtergekommen, es wird leider nicht mehr instand gehalten und die Betten waren sehr hart.

Es gibt sehr viele unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien. Wir waren super zufrieden mit allem vor Ort. Besonders die Besitzer waren sehr nett & hilfreich

Ich hatte das Deluxe Bungalow mit Meerblick. Grandioser Ausblick. Hängematte auf dem Balkon. Moderne Zimmer.

Badezimmer wird beim Duschen geflutet. Terassentür bleibt Spalt offen (auch wenn abgeschlossen - nächtliche Lautstärke aufgrund von Booten, sofern die „Eden Party“ gerade stattfindet). Kein Safe im Zimmer (Schließfach an Rezeption, für das man eigenes Vorhängeschloss benötigt)

Eigenes kleines Bungalow mit tollem Balkon inklusive Hängematte mit direktem Blick aufs Meer zum Genießen. Ebenfalls kann man von der Dusche aus einem Fenster aufs Meer schauen ;) Sehr bequeme (weichere) Betten.

Kein Frühstück inklusive und Restaurant vor Ort lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. In der Nähe sind aber genug Restaurants zum Frühstücken. Das Bad ist sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Have to walk a lot to reach the rooms

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Pool liegt ebenfalls schön mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr zentral.

Wir haben zwei Nächte zur Fullmoon Party gebucht. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir leider Stiche von Bettwanzen! Ein Tier haben wir auch entdeckt. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, was allerdings nicht möglich war, weil nichts mehr frei war. Seitens der Besitzer wurde uns eine kostenfreie Stornierung der zweiten Nacht oder eine Reinigung des Zimmers angeboten. Die Thematik mit den Bettwanzen schien für sie nicht neu, da sie nicht wirklich überrascht auf unsere Beschwerde reagierten. Aufgrund der Party haben wir allerdings keine andere passende Unterkunft gefunden, weswegen wir bleiben mussten und nur die Reinigung in Frage kam… Aus unserer Sicht wäre eine Reduktion des doch sehr hohen Preises angebracht gewesen. Auf die Forderung sind sie aber nicht eingegangen, da unsere überschaubaren Optionen ihnen klar waren. In der zweiten Nacht sind zumindest keine neuen Stiche dazugekommen, aber wohl haben wir uns nicht mehr gefühlt…

Los 4 puntos que tiene son por la ubicación, el personal amable y el precio. Nos alquilaron una moto y nos hicieron precio por tenerla medio día más, por ese lado todo perfecto. Las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares y es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Las sábanas olían mal, bastante mal. El baño se atascó el primer día. Lo peor es que había gusanos por todas partes, nos encontrábamos varios cada vez que entrábamos en el baño y un par de veces por las paredes del dormitorio. También había hormigas. Es verdad que es una zona rural pero a nosotros el tema de los gusanos/ciempiés nos perturbó bastante. No limpian la habitación a diario a no ser que lo pidas.

Peacefully located, this clean and spacious apartment offers a huge balcony with stunning sea views. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Delicious and reasonably priced food and shakes are served by the pool. I’ve been returning to this place for 16 years – and it never disappoints.

Perfect stay, superb view, very pleasant design, even if it’s not brand new it’s absolutely superb. Also the lady at the reception was extremely good spirited and friendly every day. Will definitely come back here.

Be informed, the bungalow is part way up a cliff facing the sea, view of the sunset is unobstructed and fabulous. Bungalow #4 was spacious, had a great deck with sea view. Walk up and down stairs and steep path down to a good beach. Pool is very small but we preferred swimming in the sea. Good bed, firm but next to a floor to ceiling window so amazing view right from the bed.

Property is a scattering of older bungalows on a sea cliff. Pathways and steep stairs lead to the rooms. You need to be physically fit to go up and down stairs. No room cleaning. Do not expect personal service, management is friendly but leave you alone. I was able to get clean towels at the office which is not near the rooms. Room is clean enough but not spotless. Sheets and bedding nice but polyester, would have preferred cotton.

Amazing room, with views of the pool and the ocean. Had a cool balcony with a hammock you csn choose to clip on and relax on. It was a bit of a walk from the main lobby where you check in to our room. With our bags it was a little unexpected, but it wasn't too bad. Very quiet peaceful Although could hear quite alot through the walls etc as it got late in the evening. Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean and the TV worked!!

Ac was not working while we checked in. It took him 1 hour while we were waiting after 13 hours flight

The view was stunning, right by the sea.

The wifi didn’t work, the stuff was not friendly or helpful when it didn’t work. It is hard to get there, they could light the way to the rooms more. The water current was really weak. They don’t clean the rooms every day. It was overpriced because of the full moon.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque scene that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in numerous situations. A special mention goes to Sao at the reception, who provided excellent advice on what to visit during our stay. Thanks to her local knowledge, we were able to discover hidden gems on the island and make the most of our time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, beauty, and outstanding service.

The view was amazing, location is convenient. There are some cafes and stores and it’s near to the Full Moon Party. Stuff was helpful. They have a place with the pool and zone for chill out.

Amazing view to the sea, hammock on balcony, beautiful room with sea view, away from busy street in the middle of palm trees and flower bushes. Also staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

The bed was soo comfy, the view from our balcony was amazing! We loved the hammock and the furniture out on the balcony too, we also loved being able to see the view from the bed and the bathroom was really nice too and unique.

Didn’t get told there was a pool or cafe, we discovered this on our last day, there aren’t any daily cleans on the room, we didn’t mind this too much as we re late sleepers and we re tidy anyway

Our room had a nice view and a Hammock for our balcony. The location was perfect for the full moon party.

Our room wasn’t cleaned for our hole stay (4 Days). The hole resort was very big and easy to get lost without any directions. There were very many cats in the whole property. Some shat in front of our door some climbed on our balcony and nearly were in our room.

The seaview is nice, quiet in a bungalow concept surrounded by nature. Just few meters from the sea.

The room was dated. Old bedding, old towels look like they do not care much. No room service like change towels or water or garbage.. Smell in the room was not the best …

The aircon was set on one mode and speed you couldn't change it! In bathroom the shower holder was hardly attached so it fall off in a first attempt to us it.

It was very loud - there are dogs constantly barking through the morning and night - someone was putting down cement right outside our door, every morning from around 7am till the afternoon, so we were always woken up - even with ear plugs in The walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbours constantly The shower has no cover/door, so the entire bathroom gets very wet every time you have a shower

What I like; not much, the room's view was amazing. Other than that I can't tell anything really.

What I didn't like; Let's see * So dirty, there was a hammock in the photos so we booked the room; but hammock was so dirty that you can't even touch it. * The bed was very uncomfortable I had back pain for days after that. * It's too difficult to get to the room, you must climb and walk and pass so many obstacles. It's even more difficult with the luggages you can imagine. * Crew was okay.
