It’s old and I mean really old and outdated. It has huge potential but it just needs a massive upgrade. Less of a real concern but unnecessary is the thorough check in with ample forms and signatures needed and a sizable safety deposit. It suggests a different kind of venue then it really is

Die Clubanlage ist super schön direkt an einem See gelegen. Es gibt einen Tennisplatz und ein kleines Indoorschwimmbad. Man kann in der Umgebung wandern, rudern und golfen. Es gibt mehrere Wasserfälle die man besuchen kann. Die Ferienhäuser sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Man hat in der benachbarten Ferienanlage einen kleinen Supermarkt und in Killin und Abberfeldy (20min.)ist auch ein Supermarkt.

Das Restaurant in der Ferienanlage könnte an mehr Tagen öffnen. Auch ist die Länge der Öffnungszeiten recht kurz und nach Ausflügen ist man ja eher später zurück.

Fantastic location.

The scenery and the well maintained grounds are definitely the best part of the resort. The cottages have everything you need and there’s the shop across the road if you need anything. The beds are comfy and water pressure in the shower is very good. The views are amazing.

Some bits of the cottages need a bit of updating. The shower in the main bedroom really needs a full shower curtain as the water goes everywhere and the flooring was damaged from previous water damage. Although still lovely and a good outlook over the park the balcony is far too small for a 2 bedroomed cottage. Fitting 2 people was a squeeze and the 2 bedroomed cottages sleep 6. This was a bit disappointing. The rope bridge at the play park was broken and my daughter hurt her leg a little. This has been reported to the reception staff

It needs sprucing up. Stains on lounge carpet, ripped and stained curtain lining and banister had chipped paint as did the front door

Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep because a faulty boiler made noise throughout the night. Despite reporting the issue and asking for it to be resolved, we spent the entire day waiting, only to face the same problem for a second night. The property should never have been rented out in this condition.

The club site is beatiful and views over Loch Tay are amazing. The restaurant both staff and food are wonderful.

We contacted kenmore directly to ask for either an accessible or easy access property. The accessible cottage was already booked but we were given an apartment with steps up to the front door or had to go a long way round to get my buggy to the apartment. When we have gone to other places we have never been treated as booking.com customer as opposed to a club member or full price guest but this was not the case at Kenmore Club.

The location is very nice and the accommodation is beautiful. The only downside is that the restaurant closes very early and is small.

Shower in ensuite flooded the floor as drainage appeared blocked.Cobwebs on ceilings.Toaster blew fuse and turned everything off.Was replaced next morning very quickly.Electric heaters in living room were not working,couldn't figure out how to use them, fortunately wasn't too cold.Lighting in massive living room inadequate.

Comfortable and clean facilities near to the loch, golf course and cycle trails.

More nearby restaurants for an extended stay would be a great asset.

There had been a water tank leak for some time in accommodation, this left an overpowering dampness and smell. The riser bar in double bed room en-suite was broken. The restaurant and bar was closed on monday and tuesday. This is unacceptable. We were informed that the restaurant was nothing to do with them, it opened and closed to suit itself.

Lovely staff on reception, location superb.

We were allocated a disabled lodge,felt like being in a care home than a luxury lodge at Kenmore l had hoped for.

The reception staff were very courteous, even with our very late night arrival. We were checked in quickly, shown exactly where our cabin was, and then left politely alone.

Our unit had a squeaky stair tread. It didn’t feel unsafe, but it made an extremely loud squeal every time it was stepped on. I mostly felt bad for our neighbors, we left at 6:30 AM.

With that amount being paid, which is premium , The should provide a- house keeping every day with new towels b- breakfast option 3- improver the area near the lake. 4- although the furniture was in good condition is was very old it must be renovated.

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer schönen Anlage nahe dem Loch Tay.

A very quiet and peaceful place—unless your cottage happens to be next to the children’s playground. And having three bathrooms in one cottage was a fantastic surprise - wow! 😊 Google cast for each TV for streaming from your mobile or notebook. Internet speed was fairly good.

KITCHEN: The fridge had an unpleasant smell, and the dishwasher was leaking. There are not enough kitchchenware available. Supplies of dishwasher tabs, coffee, etc. are limited. POOL: The pool looks like it has not been renovated since the 1970s and is badly in need of refurbishment. It closes at 8:00 pm, and guests must make a reservation at reception even when the pool is completely empty. The sauna also needs attention: some of the wooden panels are broken, and there was an unpleasant smell. The lockers in the changing room had no locks at all. RESTAURANT The restaurant has very limited opening hours and limited choices. Overall, the facilities are in need of significant renovation and better maintenance.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. I liked the balcony and that the kitchen and living spaces were airy and bright. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathroom facilities.

Unfortunately, all water supply was cut off the morning after we arrived, and so we were not able to use the loos, showers or even brush our teeth. I emailed Kenmore afterward, and they provided a partial refund for our stay, but the staff were not able to remedy the situation, or provide any financial compensation in the moment, which was disheartening. However, when all functioning, I think this is a lovely place to stay.

Clean & spacious accommodation. Calm setting. Good facilities. Beautiful location.

Il club è sulle rive del lago, bellssimo, molto tranquillo. Inoltre si va a piedi sia per fare passeggiate sia agli shop per prendere qualcosa da fare in casa. Appartamento 12, quello in cui abbiamo soggiornato su 2 piani. Piano terra camera e bagno, molto grandi. Primo piano salotto con divano letto, grande, e cucina + balcone vista lago. Splendidi.

La pulizia generale era ottima, bagno, camere, odore di pulito.....ma...... la cucina proprio no. 1 Il forno...si può fare meglio. Soprattutto il microonde. 2 La cappa aspirante era chiaramente sporca e faceva cattivo odore,. Cosi come gli sportellini dei ripiani della cucina sopra la cappa stessa che appiccicavano. Questo non ci è piaciuto per niente. Abbiamo pulito noi comprese le griglie dalla cappa per ridurre un pò l'odore sgradevole. 3 La lavastoviglie era pulita ma emanava cattivo odore dagli scarichi, e lavando i piatti hanno preso cattivo odore. Lo scarico andrebbe sgrassato e igenizziato ogni tanto, soprattutto se la gente mette i piatti a lavare pieni di residui di cibo... 4 Altra cosa da pulire ogni tanto, sarebbero i bordi degli abbaini. In particolare uno che si apre direttamente sul lavello, e che sul bordo aveva polvere da chissa quanto. Il posto vale comunque il voto complessivo, ma su questo aspetto almeno l'appartamento 12 è da sistemare.

Well appointed and with great size rooms and living areas. In a good position for exploring the area and easy parking.

Good location on Loch Tay at Kenmore.

Very tired timeshare accommodation and expected more after paying over £700 for two nights. Soap dispensers in bathrooms were empty No EV charging facility Dishwasher but only two tablets provided!

Excellent location with really helpful staff that were really accommodating. Room was a bit tired and had a lot of spiders and no kettle but once we let reception know they sorted this.

We loved staying at the Kenmore club, the house was amazing. It was clean and big and the kitchen was fully equipped. The playground was right outside our front door which was convenient with kids! The grounds were gorgeous and the scenery overlooking the lake and mountains was breathtaking!

Very dated and a bathrooms needed a deep clean to remove cobwebs. Kitchen windows have not been opened or cleaned in a long time, had to close due to cobwebs and spiders

Great stay. Location is fabulous. Lake view is amazing.

The courtains are not doing a great job especially if you’re sleeping on the sofa.

The situation by the Loch was an ideal setting for for extended family holiday. The large social area was very good for our meals and other gatherings. Very peaceful situation.

More eating out options nearby would be better as the on site restaurant does not open every day and has limited availability.

Lovely place located by the lake Tay. This is a self contained appartment, comfortable and warm, good for a family stay. The club has some facilities like tennis court, indoor pool (not exceptional but ok), restaurant. And is just by the lake. The surroundings are beautiful, little bit remote but quiet and beautiful.

The location is great. Beautiful views towards Loch Tay and surroundings. The apartment was spacious and had a well appointed kitchen.

The apartment smelled like damp, it looked like there had been a leak in the water tank that had not been repaired and was covered up with a few towels. While the apartment was comfortable enough, the decor and furniture looked a bit tired and could do with a refresh. For the price I would expect a higher standard of accommodation.

Great location and lovely clean huge 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed cottage which was very modern and even had balcony with a view. Great family resort too with playpark, mini golf and swimming pool.

The view is nice, the sitting room with kitchen is nice, Kenmore village location is a nice place and peaceful for people that need calm space.

The pictures in Booking are for owners' cottages, not the ones for public, so you will never have a sitting room like what is in the picture, and the balcony is totally different from the pictures. Poor transportation: don't go there without your own car, or you will pay a lot of money and time for one taxi; even the reception will not help you; they just give you taxi numbers, and you have to deal with it. Poor services: you have to do everything by yourself. I even threw the garbage by myself; you will not have housekeeping if you stay less than 3 nights, and even if the housekeeping comes, they just change towels and do not do anything to clean or adapt the cottage. It is very bad cleaning services. Even the restaurant has vacation on Mon & Tue, so you have to find a neighboring restaurant or buy some food from the only grocery in the area (it’s near the hotel). Simply, it’s not deserving of 4 stars at all as a hotel or resort.

We liked the pool and table tennis although charging 2 pounds for a towel was quite mean I thought.

Restaurant was closed Mo day to Wednesday when we were there no bar or anything so you couldn't even go for a drink if you were thirsty this is not really appropriate for a holiday resort in.my opinion. Atmosphere was as dead as a dodo!

The receptionist was lovely and the beds were comfortable.

The house smelt of damp and stale cooking, the ensuite was out of order, no hand towels, fridge/freezer was switched off, it looked shabby for the price.

Myself and 5 other adults booked an impromptu night away in a lodge and had a fantastic time. The property is in a great location, the staff were lovely and very helpful, the house was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including 3 shower rooms. The view is beautiful and it's a perfect location for launching a kayak, relaxing and visiting the nearby Hot Box Sauna. We were sorry could only stay for one night but we'll definitely be back for a longer stay and to try the restaurant.

There's not much could be changed, we had a great stay. Small things: black out curtains would improve our sleep, a mattress topper in the double bed room as it's 2 singles pushed together and less strongly scented handwash.

Loved the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony was very nice.

The cleanliness wasn't great. Hair in the baths and bathroom floors. One bath towels was very dirty and the hand towell had holes. Dirty marks on the walls. Freezer badly needed defrosting. No tea towels

Le prese elettriche non erano funzionanti in nessuna stanza e a mezzanotte è saltata la corrente in tutto il cottage, visto l’orario ed i bambini che dormivano abbiamo fatto la segnalazione alla reception la mattina seguente alle 7.00. L’addetto è venuto prima a controllare senza risolvere dicendo che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemare entro le 8.00. Alle 8.30 siamo tornati alla reception e questa volta la ragazza che era subentrata ha ripetuto la scenetta dicendo che avrebbe segnalato la cosa al manager… morale della storia telefoni scarichi è impossibile fare la doccia perché il boiler senza corrente non andava. Non ci hanno neanche riconosciuto uno sconto per Il disagio. Pessimo

Le club est collé au loch Tay. Les cottages sont très bien équipés, de grande taille et il y a de quoi faire la lessive, lancer le lave vaisselle et une cuisine complete. C'est un endroit très calme, ne cherchez pas d'animations ou activités. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un cottage avec terrasse face au lac, au 1er rang. Je pense que l'experience est differente si vous etes au fond du domaine.

Il n'y a qu'une mini superette qui ferme a 17h et le restaurant du club est vite complet, il proposent des diner très tot (17h30/18h) donc prevoyez vos repas. Le mobilier et les cottages sont vieillissants mais cela n'empeche pas un très bon sejour.

Just a little and the expensive side compared to others locally.

We stayed in House No. 40 at The Kenmore Club and had to leave almost immediately due to serious health and safety concerns. As soon as we entered the property we were hit by a strong damp, mouldy smell. On inspection we found what appeared to be a boiler that had been leaking for a considerable time, with extensive black mould covering the surrounding area. Even more concerning, hidden underneath towels that had been placed there to hide it, there were live electrical sockets positioned on the floor directly beside the leak, which we considered to be a serious fire and electrical hazard. The property was not in a condition that we felt was safe for ourselves or our autistic children. We raised our concerns immediately and did not stay. The result was a four-hour round trip completely wasted, additional expenses, and a ruined family holiday. We have reported our concerns to Booking.com and the relevant local authority because we believe these issues should be investigated before anyone else is placed at risk. We would strongly advise anyone considering booking House Kenmore Club to exercise extreme caution until these issues have been properly resolved

The kitchen cupboards are covered in grease! The carpets and blinds need a good clean. The bathroom tiling grout orange and grubby. The outside furniture has no cushions. The house smelt musty.

Check in quite tedious taking full details of Booker and guests and £100 damage hold. Had to empty bins at end of stay which isn’t the end of the world but was rather more Airbnb style than hotel.

The location is simply amazing. It's all about location. Spacious living area upstairs, and good enough space in the bedrooms downstairs, each with an ensuite. Easy parking and easy walkability across the estate and beyond to the loch.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we stayed, but there were some excellent walking distince options near by, including a food deli, so it was only a slight inconvenience.

The cottage was well equipped. Spacious and bright. Grounds are well maintained and with swimming pool etc in main building has all you need .

Check in is 4pm which is quite late especially when you have to check out at 10am , so not ideal for an overnight stay.

Location was beautiful. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna in main building. Tennis courts and children's playground. Property was a little worn, but clean and had all the self catering amenities

Restaurant onsite, but no availability. Two other eating places nearby, but again no weekend availability. Nearest town 6 miles away so definitely needed the car in the evening as village stores shut Also checking in/out time could be better..

Restaurant only opened some days, would be good to know in advance there opening days, fortunately good alternative restaurants nearby. Didn’t put us off going back.
