Eurovillage Achilleas Hotel

Dated and buffet and food was very poor quality. No foods at pool or outside restaurant hours and very far from any other food options.

There was wifi by the pool, which there isnt in the rooms

Vraiment bluffer oar cet hotel, emplacement géographique exceptionnel, notre villa était face a la mer a 25m , le bruit des vagues déchaînés nous a bercé toutes les nuits.

Great place walking distance to shopping and dining area.

Schöne große sehr saubere Anlage.Schöner großer Pool.Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein aber zu Preisleistung war es noch ok.Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter.Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Meerblick da war alles perfekt.

Fick rum precis vid stranden som t.o.m hade gungstol på balkongen. Solnedgång magisk. Frukost mega.

Very clean Helpful staff

Schöne große Gartenanlage. 2 Stränden an der Hotelanlage. Verschiedene Zimmerkategorien in mehreren Gebäuden buchbar. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Komme gerne wieder (dann mein vierter Aufenthalt).

Incredible value for money as it includes an excellent breakfast

The stay was alright. In the end they wanted us to charge mor for the drinks we consumed and could not find the receipts which was really impolite. The room itself was alright. The beach was nice. We did not eat there we always went out.

First impressions: unfriendly staff (probably tired of the tourist season...), and messy and chaotic breakfast room. Receptionists seemed very tired and bored, as well as anxious about any extra inquiries. Breakfast room was a disappointment in a sense that it was just a huge chaos with kids running around and adults pouring milk and coffee on the tables :/ Felt dirty and chaotic. Room was equipped decently, environment was beautiful. However, the unfriendliness of the staff doesn't make me want to return.

Eine sehr schöne und große weitläufige Anlage. Service Personal freundlich. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Meer und der Pool ist groß mit einem getrennten Kinderbecken. Essen ist immer ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. An manchen Ecken und Stellen sind mal Kleinigkeiten zu machen z.B. kaputte Fliesen. Kinderfreundliches Hotel.

Deux heures de check in entre minuit 10 et deux heures trente-six pour une queue de 10 personnes mauvaise organisation de la réception la nuit le preenregistrement sur chambre déjà payé ne fonctionne pas pas d autres process le pire check in thé kos jamais vu a fuir la nuit pour un séjour court

The stay in a Windmill Bungalow was one of the best accomodations ever for me. Beds very confortable. The balcony in the 1st floor is just a dream.

The hotel looks great on the website. And it is an attractive resort, next to a fabulous beach. However, it was a mistake to select Half Board, as we were very disappointed with the food, which we thought was not clean, and they have a problem with flies in the restaurant. We found mould on some bread which my daughter ate at the poolside bar. My mother-in-law got sick which we suspect was from the food. My daughter also got sick the following day. We gave our feedback to the management but they didn't seem to care. We decided to skip the evening meals thereafter (even though we had already paid for them) and did evening trips to nearby towns instead. The shower head in our room was rusty. There was a bees nest right outside our door (in an inside corridor) etc. Given we had such a bad experience, we checked out 1 night early (hence lost our money on that night) and flew back home a day early too.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer!

Can barely qualify as a resort. It is old, stayed one night had to check in late but the reception was far from the rooms, waited for golf cart to take us to the room but took forever so had to walk. The breakfast was rough. Only redeeming quality was the large pool. Beach is rocky.

Ottimo villaggio, sia per coppie sia per famiglie. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Mini market e noleggio motorino di fronte alla struttura. Immersi nel verde. Buffet colazione ricco e abbondante

An manchen Ecken in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis war es total in Ordnung. Ich hatte sogar ein Zimmer zum Meerblick bekommen, was ich nicht gebucht habe.

The Food was not so good. With less selection, a better quality could be achieved for the same price. That would be my recomandation. The rest was pretty fine. We had nice holidays. Very friendly staff.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön - Das Zimmer 905 hat kein Ambiente und die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Bett ist hart wie Beton - Das Essen ist wie in einer Kantine. Und die Option im Restaurant mit Themenabenden ist Verbesserungsfähig. Z.B wäre beim GALA Abend das mindeste wenn man die Kerzen angezündet hätte.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, air conditioned and lovely with a nice balcony, mini fridge, comfy beds and a great bathroom. The hotel breakfast was a big buffet with hot cooked breakfast including bacon, sausage and eggs and cold cuts and cheese as well as honey, yogurts, jam, spreads etc and a freshly made fried egg and pancake station. The hotel pool was very spacious with lots of sunbeds although there was the usual scrum and the beach is right on the hotel with white sand and turquoise blue sea. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating and lovely and explained everything clearly and provided a fab service. The hotel is also brilliantly located with a little shop just over the road and the town of Mastichari only a 15 minute coastal path walk away which had a big supermarket and lots of small shops bars and restaurants. The hotel also had options for excursions such as a daily bus to Kos town which was only €10 return. We had a really relaxing stay and would come back again!

The breakfast was pretty bad. There were a lot of sweet things like cake and cookies and the bread was really dry. The eggs were also not good. The view from our room was incredible and it was so close to the beach which was great.

our reservation was for two night, in the windmill junior suite. we arrived at 13.30 hrs, they did not give the key until 15.00 hrs. On hotel.com site it is indicated daily room cleaning, they did not clean, I called the reception who confirmed the cleaning is done every second day; I asked for complimentary bottle of water, they answered there is a supermarket in front of the hotel (!). on hotel.com site it is indicated a tax of euro 1.5 per day per room; they charged euro 3 per day. room is nice, wifi is working; the structure is very big, target of organized trips, breakfast is a battle. the structure itself might well be a 4star, not the way in which it is organized.

Kein Kùhlschrank im Zimmer, sollte erst am Abreisetag getauschtwerden.

Weitläufige gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer. 2 Liegen mit Schirm für 7Euro ist o.k., incl. fanatischen Sonnenuntergang. Einen noch schöneren Ausblick bietet die ca. 200 M. Tarverne Dophin Bay mit guten Cocktails und griechischen Essen. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und das übliche All Inklusive Getränke Angebot. Schneller guter Service. Allerdings etwas ab vom Ort. Mietwagen sollte man schon nehmen, wenn man nicht nur in der Anlage sein will.

Hotelanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist die Sterne nicht wert. Frühstücksbuffet war eine Katastrophe. Kaffee, Fruchtsäfte und Wasser war salzig, da die Entsalzungsanlage nicht richtig funktionierte…. Die Damen an der Reseption waren komplett überfordert mit der Situation. Da gibts definitiv bessere Hotels auf der Insel.

Beautiful garden setting, right on the beach with amazing views. Superior room was OK but furnishings a bit tired. Breakfast plentiful but like a busy canteen, quantity rather than quality. Freshly cooked pancakes and eggs were lovely. Staff polite but not particularly friendly, especially on check-in, where it took nearly an hour to queue for the key. Def 3 star not 4!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kleinere Verbesserungen sind noch möglich: - keine Handtuchhalter an Wand im Bad - kaum duetsche Sender im TV - keine/wenig vegetarische/vegane Gerichte - Getränke in Einweg-Plastikbechern

Le renouvellement du tapis de sol dans la salle de bain ne se faisait pas, sous la lampe de chevet était dégelasse, à l'intérieur du petit frigo sentait mauvais à tel point que la bouteille d'eau qui était mis à l'intérieur été imprégné de cette mauvaise odeur. Style assez vieillot, d'une autre époque rend le lieu indésirable. Pas de rideau occultant la lumière, en Grèce il faut jour très tôt le matin. Voilage horrible et dégueulasse

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room I got was modern and spacious and very close to the beach. The people at the hotel was all very friendly both the cleaningladies, the people in the reception and the staff working in the restaurant were helpsome and eager to get feedback. I did not have many expectations regarding the food (all inclusive) which I'm not really a big fan of....but I enjoyed it and I think I got all I needed. I loved to sit in the restaurant upstairs which was peaceful and quiet and with a great view.

Large complex catering for all inclusive family guests remote from local town.

Stayed in a wimdmill it was fab. Very cool inside with great shower. Windmills in a secluded area. We didn't bother with all inclusive as it's not for us. Only problem was bed was too hard. We had a car and spent little time in the resort. Lovely area to explore. Go to Lovly Bar if you get chance

Une journée relaxante! Froid le soir!

Eine schöne Anlage. Wir waren in den neu renovierten Windmühlen einquartiert. Diese sind sehr zu empfehlen. Mastichari ist ein netter ort mit tollen Tavernen. Das essen im Hotel ist typisch all inclusiv anlage wie überall. nichts besonderes. deshalb haben wir nur Frühstück gebucht und sind in Tavernen essen gegangen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir sind eher Verlegenheitsgäste gewesen und haben das große Glück gehabt ein Zimmer direkt am Strand mit Meerblick zu bekommen. Wasser und Strand und hoteleigene Liegen sind erstklassig. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist eher eine pauschale Abfütterung, aber von guter Qualität. Man kann besseres extra buchen oder 15 Minuten über die Promenade zu diversen Restaurants laufen. Taxi zum Flughafen benötigt 15 Minuten und kostet 20€.

Stranden var jättefin, tjugo minuters promenad till fiskebyn Mastichari som hade en del restauranger och affärer. Vi åt enbart frukost på hotellet, gillar inte köer och matsalskänsla. Lunch åt vi vid strandens enda men mysiga bar,Dolphin bay beachbar. Middag åt vi i byn. Hotellet var ganska slitet och poolen stor men inte så fräsch så vi badade bara i havet. Hotellet ligger ganska ensligt men det finns bil att hyra direkt på hotellet vilket funkade bra, 40 euro för en dag.

Just bugs in the room. That needs to be improved on. And need more ice readily available. Very good value though

Nooit meer. Hebben hier een nacht verbleven. Over de kamer hadden wij bijna niets op aan te merken. Het was een schone, gerenoveerde kamer. Het enige nadeel was dat het vol met muggen zat (20+ muggen op 1 dag). Dus neem deet of insectenspray mee! De badkamer is ook prima en netjes verzorgd. Op het strand is er niet veel te beleven. Het is hier ook bijna onmogelijk om meteen de zee in te lopen zonder een rots te moeten passeren. Het zwembad is wel schoon, netjes en groot. Op een loopafstand van ongeveer 2 uur zijn wij gelopen naar Marmari. Hier is echt een heel mooi strand en mooie omgeving. Je kunt hier heel ver de zee inlopen. Op een loopafstand van ongeveer 15 min. ligt ook het centrum van Mastichari. Hier kun je eten aan het strand met een mooi uitzicht. Verder over het personeel van het hotel. Ik vond ze om eerlijk te zijn niet zo aardig. Wij kregen bijna geen uitleg. De volgende dag wilde wij een taxi bestellen. Bleek dat wij nog eens 5 euro extra moesten betalen omdat zij dit voor ons zouden regelen. Daarvoor hadden wij een hotel gehad (die zeker de helft goedkoper was) waarbij we helemaal niets hoefde te betalen,omdat dit onder de service van het hotel valt. Het ontbijt is helemaal geen aanrader. Er stond gewoon een rij voor het ontbijt. Wij waren er gelukkig als eerste, zodat wij een plek hadden. Wilden wij samen eten gaan halen en hadden wij het kaartje laten liggen dat wij onze plek bezet hielden. Kwamen wij terug, zaten er opeens andere mensen!
