El ruido, hay muchísimo ruido del propio hotel, ya no de la calle si no de motores y aires que hay en el patio del hotel, deberían revisar eso

Solo tenemos elogios. La ubicación es perfecta. Pudimos ir caminando tranquilamente hasta la Ciudad Amurallada, Getsemaní o el Muelle La Bodeguita. Varias opciones de restaurantes cercanos y el centro comercial Plaza Bocagrande a solo dos cuadras.El desayuno es muy bueno. La limpieza y las instalaciones son excelentes. La amabilidad y la disposición del personal del hotel son insuperables. Nos sentimos como en casa. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

Es un hotel modesto, tranquilo, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien y tiene un personal muy amable que me ayudo en todo lo que necesite, como un early check in 6 horas antes. Para lo que quería que era un lugar cómodo donde dormir y desayunar estuvo muy bien.

Lo que puede estar mejor esta mejor, las casa del hotel no es nueva ni lujosa, pero eso es lo que pagas, el precio es muy económico.

La ubicación

El desayuno, había solo una opción de desayuno y a los huevos le ponían harina o maicena para que rinda más, además las habitaciones presentaban interruptores un tanto dañados que loa cargadores se caían a cada rato, la puerta del baño no cerraba y el personal no era tan atento, la dueña si lo era, cuando nos entregaron la habitación nos dejaron poco papel en la noche le dije a la chica que no teníamos papel y dijo que debíamos esperar hasta el día siguiente porque ella no tenía acceso al cuarto de insumos, tuve que insistir para que nos ayudara

La ubicación muy buena, se puede caminar hacia lugares turísticos. La zona segura. Buen desayuno.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Fijne locatie dichtbij het strand, ong. 15 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum. (met kinderen dus makkelijk te doen) Schoon, lekker ontbijt. Mooi gebouw. Dichtbij eetgelegenheden.

Nos atendieron muy bien, los desayunos muy ricos, la habitación cómoda, todo en orden.

Funcionários simpáticos e boa localização (pertinho da orla de bocagrande, fica na avenida principal). O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso.

Não há água quente no chuveiro. O quarto tem uma janela grande que dá pro corredor onde circulam pessoas, a cortina não é tão grossa.

El hotel es demasiado cómodo, muy bien ubicado y cerca de la playa, sus habitaciones son cómodas limpias, el personal muy amable.

Lo que les recomiendo Mejorar es el horario del desayuno demasiado temprano eso impide que varios huéspedes descansen porq tendríamos que madrugar a desayunar,y solo 1 hora y media , eso limita la comodidad. ,

Good location and strong AC in our room. Staff was friendly

There were no toiletries provided, only one very small bar of soap, which was not replaced during our five-day stay. We were informed that towels are changed every two days, so when we requested a change (since it was already on the first day), it did not happen. Breakfast was decent in quality, but the portions were quite small, and the serving time was limited to 7:00–8:30 am, which felt rather short and inconvenient. The room was small, and the bathroom door could not be locked. All in all, I expected more in value

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, u boljem kvartu, nalazi se u glavnoj ulici u kojoj su kafići, restorani, prodavnice. Pored smeštaja postoji market koji radi do kasno. Iako je na prometnoj ulici i naša soba je gledala na nju, nije velika buka, ona možda traje do ponoći i to se najviše čuje muzika. Sobe su prostrane i uredne, svaki dan su nas pitali da li treba da se čisti i zamene peškiri. Vlasnica i radnice su jako ljubazne i predusretljive. Doručak je od 7:00 do 8:30 i svako jutro je bio drugačiji, uz sok, kafu/kakao i sveže voće.

Postoji sef u sobi, ali nije pričvršćen ni za šta i može ga izneti iz sobe ko god želi. U kupatilu nema tople i hladne vode, već je samo jedna - mlaka. Za tuširanje nam nije bio problem, jer je spoljna temperatura visoka, ali fali to da na lavabou imate izbor.

Great staff !!! all the ladies working there are absolutely friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast very much, fruits, coffee and juice were very fresh and tasty. The location at Bocagrande is very good as it is near everything, plenty of bars, restaurants, farmacies, and markets nearby. The room was just ok, but expected as per the price paid. The bed was not confortable after a couple of days I started to feel some back-pain. For families, make sure you book a better and larger room. I was travelling alone and so, it was just fine for me. The air-conditioning was perfect and this is extremely important as temperatures at Cartagena are very high.

It kicked most of the boxes with 1 exeption. It was clean, well located, good AC, the staff is nice and welcoming. I liked how they cook the breakfast eggs.

7-8AM noise from people having breakfast, every day, one hour of pure noise pollution. It's like they were in my room, the same group of apes. Shower water too cold for my desire.

Stayed here at the last minute due to a problem. Employees were very helpful & welcoming. Excellent breakfast included. Easy access to beach.

There were 2 cockroaches in my room over 4 nights, not good.

The women who work here were very kind and helped us out even though we did not speak any Spanish, they were very friendly and accommodating and served delicious breakfast each morning. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again if ever in Cartagena again!

The people who worked there were lovely, very welcoming, trustworthy. I am a woman travelling alone and I felt safe there. It’s in a good location. It’s modest accommodation but clean and there are nice areas undercover where you can sit outside. I speak Spanish which helped.

Could have done with more and better quality electrical outlets.

The staff of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. There was someone on reception 24 hours a day which gave a sense of security. The room was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The air con worked well. Breakfast was nice. They offered clean towels and to clean the room everyday.

As the room faces the patio you could hear the noice of other guests when they were in the patio talking.

Location was good, close to several restaurants and beach. Staff was nice. Breakfast was simple, but they tried to change it everyday. The bed in our room was comfortable.

For our stay I would say it was overpriced, but we stayed during New Year Eve, so I guess that is everywhere the same.

No me abonaron las noches de hospedaje

I was threated with being kicked out of the hotel for reporting it ae unsafe. Then, I was "permitted" to stay another night, but purposelyfully given townels littered with ants that have wings with my soap and other items for the day... which of course I immediately threw away and sealed the bathroom window I heard someone messing with as best as I could. The following morning, I awoke to approximately 8 of these flying ants in my room (with 2 in my boots) so I was able to get that day refunded, but my cousin paid the following 2 day in cash without informing me so I need that back while I find an acceptable hotel. (I've lived here 11 months and that has never happened during rain this year or 20 years ago, so that excuse doesn't cover it, or of course the towel.)

Situé sur un boulevard très passant. Endroit vétuste. Pour le prix de la chambre on peut facilement avoir quelque chose de beaucoup mieux. Ceci dit, l’hôtel est à 2min de la plage de Bocagrande.

Run down and tired with an electrical box hanging from a wire fully exposed 1 foot off the floor. Poor accessibility to guest rooms, unpaved walkways with gravel. Reception was swelteringly hot and incredibly cramped with room for no more than 3 people. Location was ideal but I would prefer to pay an extra $30/night to stay in an international hotel with full amenities and service.

Good central place to go everywhere, staff is great and friendly. If you are an spoiled american that likes resort type vacation? this is not for you. If you just need a clean bed and clean bath for a very reasonable price then this place is great.

Overpriced based on peak season price surge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious but the place could use a new coat of paint. The location was fine, by the beach at bocagrande and 20 min walk from the old city. The biggest complaint we had was no hot water for showers... It got warm but there wasn't a way to control the temperature.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel. La habitación fue cómoda y limpia. No tuvimos problemas con conexión a internet ya que estuvimos hospedados en la habitación cercana a la recepción. En general es un buen lugar, bien ubicado y a un buen precio (comparado con los altos precios que se pueden encontrar en la misma zona en Cartagena)

En verdad el Hotel es bastante tranquilo, es muy comodo, la habitación que nos asignaros fue perfecta! el servicio es EXCELENTE!, todos son super serviciales, Francia la chica de la recepción es lo mejor! super querida, atenta, estan todos muy pendientes del hospedaje de todos y cada uno. SI BUSCAS TRANQUILIDAD, ESPACIO, Y BUEN SERVICIO, EN VERDAD RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, adicional que queda a una cuadra de la playa, y en frente quedan todos los sitios para aquellos que quieren ir de compras!
