Reviewed Mar 3, 2025The location was easy to find, the staff that was working the breakfast area was very attentive.
We choose to stay here because I had previously had a great experience in previous trips, this was not the case this time. When we arrived, the sheets on the bed and the sofa bed were both noticeably dirty. The towels in our room were so worn, they had holes in them. When I talked to the front desk about this and showed them the pictures, they gave me some excuse about an issue they've been having with towels and that management was aware. Nothing was done or said to make our accommodation better The breakfast was also not good. Will definitely look for different accommodations next time I am in Hermosillo.
