Ligger i en liten landsby noen kilometer unna Goreme. Stille plass. Ballongene fløy rett over hotellet under mitt opphold. Rommet var godt lydisolert i fjellet. God plass. God frokost.

6 yaşındaki oğlumun hevesiyle jakuzili oda tuttuk. jakuzi havuz gibiydi çok beğendim. odanın genişliği, konforu ve ısınması gayet yeterliydi. en önemlisi sabah balon manzarası eşsizdi. 5. defa kapadokya'ya gittim ama en güzeli ve unutulmazı kesinlikle buydu. balonun biri dibimizden geçti! bundan sonraki gelişlerimizde tercihimiz belli artık. özellikle Mert ve Serkan beylere çok teşekkür ederim.

Oda konforu, otel çalışanlarının ilgi alakası, sabah balon izlerken ki kahve jesti herşeyi ile çok iyi bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning. There are several things that I disappointed me: 1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around. 2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services. 3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air. 4. The towels were old and had holes. 5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family. Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying.

The only think I like about this property was the view, everything else wasn’t good especially the room it has a mold smell we couldn’t sleep all night the bed cover felt wet from the mold so we had to switch rooms and that also limited. It’s hard to park, and the breakfast was included it wasn’t really good.

AMAZING views of the morning balloons from the terraces! Room was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful with organising tours, transport as well as recommendations for food! Will definitely stay again when I visit

良いところは、朝の気球が観れます。 ご飯は十分美味しいです。 周辺のお店が少ない。 観光地周辺なら近いし、時間の無駄は無いかと思う。 部屋は洞窟内なので、明るさは少し暗いですが、ベッド、シャワー、ジャグジーはとても綺麗。

I absolutely loved the stay at Phocas. Even if they don’t speak English well they manage to help you out in very possible way. The staff is so caring and welcoming to all tourists. I would must must must recommend to stay here due to its prime location and the property itself and the staff and service is just gold served in a plate

Otelin bulunduğu konum gezilecek yerlere ve merkeze yakın ancak çok dik bir yokuş var ve park yeri sorunu olabiliyor.Oda genel anlamda temizdi ve beklentileri karşılıyordu.Serkan bey bize gezilecek yerler konusunda çok güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu.Açıkçası kahvaltı pek yeterli değildi tereyağ bile yoktu çeşit azdı.

Fantastic property with a great view of balloons in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The walk up to the hotel from the main road is a little steep, but worth it. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however the staff work with neighbouring properties to coordinate getting in and out quickly and easily. Several great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a short walk to Çavusin Castle or nearby valleys with fairy chimneys.

Aslinda cok güzel gibi görünen ama konakladikdan sonra farkina vardigim bir kac noktaya deyinmek istiyorum. Öncelikle otel terkedilmis ama yinede sevilen bi otel hissi aldim. Asiri bakimsiz kahvaltisi cok basit siradan kahvaltiydi yani bi wow diyecegim birsey bulamadim. Alt kat‘da oturma yerleri var ama minder koyulmamis, koltuklar ortada birakilmis. Verdigimiz ücret icin daha fazla bekletimiz vardi.

La chambre troglodyte est très jolie originale et fidèle aux photos mais c est très très humide et le plafond en roche s effrite ce qui tombe au sol et dans les draps. Le ménage est fait tout les 2 jours sauf si vous demandez tout les jours. Le jacuzzi sur les photos n est plus fonctionnel depuis 2018.

Thanks for the hospitality of the staff. They are all smiling, caring and polite. We went there as a couple at the end of April 2023. So the weather is a bit cold. Anyways, there are heater in the rooms. The rooms are clean, wide and spacious. The hotel has a park area. The view is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and various. We especially thank to Mr. Serkan for his recommendations for the activities. If i visit Cappodocia again, i definetely choose this place for accomodation.

We stayed at Phocas on 27/28 Sept in suite 104. From the moment we arrived until the second we left it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The whole team could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed. With warm smiles and generous advice supported by practical assistance with booking taxis etc they were fantastic. The accommodation was unique, charming and authentic- the breakfast was excellent quality and ample quantity. Location is superb for visiting the local sites and experiencing the magical spectacle of the balloon flights. This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Great location for watching the early morning hot air balloons from the ridge above, really friendly & helpful staff who can arrange a balloon trip at short notice. Room functional, without aircon the room was quite humid at night. Cafes and restaurants in the village were reasonably priced. & within walking distance. Goreme - a 10 minute drive - has an abundance of cafes & restaurants & shops. A car is preferable as there are so many places to explore, good hiking trails in the national park

Kindness of all staff. The boy at the reception was a grade of 10. Very jovial. He recommended us the places to visit and which we ticked after the recommendations so that we didn't waste time looking for the objectives in the area. Superlative cleanliness !!! A story location that I will highly recommend.

Everything was oke, just don't forget anything in the room, because once your realize it and call to asked for it, they never fund it. It happens quite often in Turkey Which is a shame. .

Otelin konumu çok güzel, gezilecek merkezlere araçla kısa sürede ulaşmak mümkün, sakinliği ve doğası çok güzel, hemen terasından balonları izleyecebileceğiniz güzel bir manzara var. Otel personeli oldukça güleryüzlü, samimi, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, tekrar aynı yere gitsek aynı otelde konaklarız. Sadece altta katta bulunan mağara odada kaldığımız için nem bize fazla geldi.

Calisanlar cok nazik ve yardimciydi. Kahvaltilari kesinlikle bekledigimden cok daha iyidi. Bufede normal kahvalti turleri (peynir cesitleri, receller, bal, domates, salatalik) ve daha fazlasi vardi. Arti kahvalti yanina yumurta, omlet, gozleme vardi. Cavusin icinde cok guzel bir otel.

Otel çok temizdi. Çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı, Güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Sadece otel değil otel dışı etkinliklerimizde de çok yardımcı oldular. Çok kibar bir ekip. Otelin yeri de Göreme ve Ürgüp’e çok yakın. Çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyorum .

Very serene , you feel like you stepped out of time my advice if you like walks just walk around and discover . The hotel is in very good location 25 min walk from city centre Goreme …very clean and the service and help provided by Bekir and Cesar was amasing…sit back enjoy buy a bottle of wine and chill on the terrace that has a spectacular view watch the hot air balloons from the terrace outside your room…we will be back again…Thanks bekir and cesar for all your great help… Do try the manti from mostafa and wife just ask Bekir to guide you there

Stayed here for 3 days and despite an early arrival, we where met by a very welcoming Bekir and cezar ( name could be spelt incorrectly) we where allowed an early checking and a room upgrade. Once check in was completed we, we started a talk about interest of things to do in area. Bekir was extremely knowledgeable and forth coming on honesty, which is an asset! We naturally arrived quite hungry and he drove us to a family run local restaurant with manti ( must try) we didn’t have a car so he did this graciously. We then booked a tour with him and honestly speaking all of his comments and feedback on every question asked was a 100% accurate. Definitely heed his advice. The rest of the trip they where all extremely welcoming and friendly. You feel like one of their own and not just a paying guest. Slight drawback is it’s a little distant from town but if you don’t mind a walk or better still rented a car then this place is brilliant. Bekir and cezar are simply put just great at making you feel welcomed

After searching for hotels on internet I found this hotel based on the reviews. Booked this hotel for 2 nights with family. They provided a room in basement without air conditioning or fan. Couldn’t sleep the whole night, it was warm. Next morning they changed it to smaller room, was comfortable. The guy at reception was rude. If traveling with family DONOT book this hotel.

Great stuff, helped us arrange balloon rides and shuttle to airport. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Room was nice and clean. They even made cute swans out of towels and lit up candles for us before we got there. Great view from this place. Highly recommend

We booked the hotel extremely on last minute of our vacation when we arrived to Cappadocia. The hosts were pretty friendly and they welcomed us so sincerely that we loved them. Next time Pochas is the only address of Cappadocia. Cavusin is also one of the best place to watch the balloons.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in ! Certainly value for money. It is such a fantastic hotel with great facilities. The rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. The restaurant was great along with good choice of breakfast options. A special mention must go to Serkan, who went out his way to ensure that me and my friends were treated as family and not just a number. All aspects of it were really good. We stayed at Phocas Cave Suites for a couple of days. The stay was pleasant and warm with good breakfast served everyday :) The location is on a slightly steep hill, and taxis usually drop you off at the base point, which is like 2-3 minutes away. However the hotel cab came in and dropped us at the gate of the hotel. Its slightly away from the main market area and taxi charges around 18-22 Liras to drop at the main market Hot Air Balloon view from the top of the hotel is amazing and you can click really nice pictures of this amazing activity. The receptionist helped us a lot to know the place better and arranged a guided tour for us at reasonable cost. Highly Recommended.

This was by far our best stay in Turkey. The people were amazing and the cave was awesome. The history in Cappadocia is so beautiful. Highly recommended.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were the real heroes here - we could not find any company that would get us a hot air balloon ride, on the internet or by calling companies. The staff at the hotel managed to get us on a balloon flight on short notice, even without us paying in advance. Great advice for the local area and otherwise just great interaction with them. Highly recommend Phocas based on the staff alone!

I loved the location of this property, it is just outside of Göreme, a quick 5 minute bus ride away. It has all the amenities needed without tones of tourists which was exactly what I was looking for. At sunrise we did our own hike up through the caves to red valley to watch the balloons take off. It was an amazing experience to see them up so close then at a distance !! Highly recommend this hotel ! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!

Nice hotel with quaint rooms. Lovely view. Would not recommend staying here without booking a car as there is nothing in walking distance and I’m not sure about the cab situation. The rooms are nice but as they are built into the cave, expect a bit of a musty/damp smell. Don’t think it’s a reflection of poor cleanliness, simply a reality of the location. Make sure you make alternative plans for breakfast. It’s a nice view for coffee/team but the food selection is not great.

Konumu hizmeti temizliği personelin ilgi alakası herşey çok güzeldi. Çift olarak gittik ve memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz.

The staff are very friendly, they make you feel like family. They helped us with any questions we had including organising activities and even contacting our next hotel in another city. They serve a complementary breakfast each day that is fresh, made to order and delicious. The resort has great views and is situated in a convenient spot near soem great restaurants like Zindan and Cappagusto. There are also a few gift stores and a great jeweller all within a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

I came to Cappadocia the first time 5 years ago with my family and we loved phocas caves suites, so on my second trip I decided to book again, this time, for a very special trip with my now Fiancé. There are 3 main points about this particular hotel, 1) The location is excellent, is Im çausin which is not very crowded so you have a less noisy area with very good restaurant around and still very close to all the main attractions around Cappadocia(the view in the morning and in the sunset is spectacular) . 2)The roos are proper caves, so if you really want to experience this particular way of sleeping is great (The food is also nice) . 3) last but not least, the human factor, the Staff is very kind and I have to say I am very thankful for their help, I did the bookings I needed with Bekir (The balloon ride, Turkish night, car rental) the manager, him and the rest of the team were always there to assist me, (even to set up a romantic mood for my Fiancé’s birthday.) If I have the opportunity to come back to this fantastic part of the world I will definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing and so beautiful. A bit humid but it's fine for me. The view was incredible!!! We could see hot air balloons flying above and around us!!!!! The hotel's location is perfect. You can go up to the mountain in the morning and see many balloons flying just like the pictures you can always see in the internet. You can also see the sunset there or the cave just right beside the hotel which u can find the perfect spot for sunset. You can book all the tours and reserve shuttle bus just in the hotel!! Super convenient!!! Free breakfast!!! Restaurants around the hotel. The staff are extremely nice!!!!! They even gave us a gift when we left!!!! They were being very helpful to our trip in Cappadocia!!!

The hotel is in a great location, particularly if you have your own transportation. The cave rooms were spacious and comfortable. Seeing the balloons early in the morning was a special treat. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating.

Fabulous little place in Cavusin (approx 3 km from Goreme). Bekir and Serkan are among the most hospitable hosts I have com across. From arranging a hot air balloon ride in peak tourist season when availability was next to nil, to helping with local transportation and food, they took care of it all. The cave suites themselves are amazing with a fantastic view of the landscape. Walking distance from Rose/Red valleys.

It was an awesome hospitality with great hotel.Perticularly, Serkhan was a perfect host. Nice location which is close to Goreme city centre.Would loved to spent more days here. I really recommend this place.

Heated stone floor. Spacious bathroom. Good bed. Good breakfast. This property is on a steep hill so you need to be fit. Parking can be a challenge too.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel manager Bekir took excellent care of us. The first night he brought us complementary glasses of wine while we sat on out balcony (which had an amazing few of the sunset). He also recommended restaurants in the immediate area. (The owner of the restaurant pickup us up and dropped us off each night right from hotel.) The recommendation was wonderful as we chose to eat in this same restaurant each night for authentic Cappadocian cuisine. The manager helped us to confirm all of our travel plans. We plan to bring our adult children soon and hope to stay at this excellent hotel again. Each room is unique and there are only 12 rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is only a few miles from the main tourist area of Goreme, but was very quiet with a great view. A couple restaurants near by were very good.(walking distance). Rooms were comfortable and interesting as they are true Cave rooms.

Great spot but hard to get a taxi to take you to the hotel

Out of the way , nothing to do and nowhere to eat around there

The Cave rooms are lovely the hotel staff kind and couldn't do enough to help. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel and surrounding area. The only disappointment was that our hot air balloon trip couldn't go ahead as planned owing to weather conditions.

Great hotel with very helpful English speaking manager. Good breakfast with lovely motherly cooking.

Excellent experience, both in terms of originality coupled with all modern amenities. Staff was great and last but not the least the checkout gift! That was great!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้จุดปล่อยบอลลูนมากๆ ดังนั้นตอนเช้า (5.00-7.00 น.) ตื่นมาจะเห็นบอลลูนลอยเต็มท้องฟ้าได้ตั้งแต่ที่หน้าประตูห้องเลย สวยมากๆ ข้อเสีย โรงแรมสไตล์ถ้ำ บางห้องอับมากเนื่องจากเพดานต่ำและอากาศไม่ถ่ายเท บางทีก็มีเม็ดทรายหล่นลงมาจากเพดาน

Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Nice ambience. Breakfast line is average.
