Good location, although slightly away from the centre of Lamai, it is still really good. Lovely staff. Clean standard rooms. Small pool but available all day/night. Pool is shaded away from sun entirely which can be good.

Maybe a little dated bathrooms, but still easily usable. I stayed here for 2 weeks and didn't really have a problem.

Not that clean, the ac barely worked and that coupled with the proximity to the road and the noise that follows means it will be very hard to sleep. They also didn’t have any real covers, only those fuzzy blankets

Mosquitos and a massive cockroach in the room. I woke up with several bites and welts from the mosquitos. Evidence of old cockroaches that were clearly squished and not cleaned/mopped properly.

Well to start with I arrived and they put me in a 2 single bed room instead of a double bed room, second the air conditioning barely worked and took forever to cool down the room, the bed sheets were not up to standard, I believe the pictures on the website when you book are totally different to what you see in person

Byl jsem tu před covidem a byl jsem mile překvapen, že se tu ubytování zlepšilo. Vzhledem k ceně je tento hotel naprosto vyhovující,i když je to kousek cesty na pláž ,ale po návratu vás příjemně zchladí bazének.

Nicht gut, habe 9 Tage gebucht und nach einer Nacht ausgezogen.

Es ist nichts wie bei Booking.com beschrieben ist . Z.B. vor den Fenster 10 cm entfernt eine Holzwand , als ich fragte kann ich das Zimmer tauschen, hieß es die Zimmer sind alle gleich. Nie mehr und keine Erstattung bekommen obwohl es mir zugesichert wurde.

Prima kamer, bedden sliepen verrassend goed. Alles zit in de buurt.

The staff wasn’t welcoming. They didn’t explain me anything, they didn’t say “hello”, they didn’t show me my room. 0 word. No curtain, we were woken up by daylight. The bed was as hard as the floor. The shower spray had no pressure, making it impossible to shower properly.

Der Eingang hat nach Katzenklo und Katzenfutter gerochen. Es sind auch dauernd Katzen rumgerannt. Im Flur waren immer Geckos, hatten auch welche im Zimmer. Das Personal wollte diese netterweise entfernen, nur leider waren sie nicht wieder auffindbar. Das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen Aufenthalt leider nie Gereinigt

Good location

The towels were like waffle throws, they didn't dry you properly and the bedding was a warm fluffy blanket, not good in the heat already, the noise outside was very loud, I don't know if there was a festival on or something or whether that's what it is always like, worth checking before booking but every night it was VERY loud with music and chanting until about 12am and you couldn't close the windows cause they have gaps in them, the pool was out of use, kettle in the room but no tea or coffee to make so couldn't use it ..

Last night the room next door was making a very loud noise, there was definitely alcohol, you could smell the marijuana... Between 1 and 2 am I informed the woman at the front desk about the situation... Unfortunately she did not react... Big minus!

Location was fine walkings distance to cafes and shops. A good 10-15 min walk to the beach Bed was okay

The windows weren’t proper windows it was thunder and lightning and it felt like you were outside it was that loud. It was very loud and noisy it kept us up all night. The majority of the people around that area where men as well as the guests in the hotel. We were also woke up by them trying to open our door with a key so I wouldn’t recommend as this really scared us. You don’t get a quilt just a sheet. It’s located in not a great area. No tourists.

This was a great affordable option for us. We travelled for 24 hours and decided to stay here for 3 weeks to acclimatise before heading to Koh Phangan. Easy access to everything. French bakery around the corner, Thai food across the street, a Lotus shopping centre, 7 eleven and food market all within 5 mins. The hotel itself served well as a base and we spent most days out and about on mopeds. The beach was around 15 mins walk away with many other beautiful smaller beach’s a short ride away. Silver beach is a must! We loved jumping in the hotel pool on our return from a hot day out. Only downside was the WiFi dropped out almost all the time so we bought SIM cards. 350 bhat for 70GB (around £8) from 7 eleven. The cleaner was super friendly and the maintenance guy liked to have a laugh. We were there for Songkran (Thai new year) and got absolutely soaked by everyone including our own hotel staff/guests! Only thing I really missed was not having a proper window - the ones in the room are frosted so you can’t see out. Oh and had to manage without any clothes storage.

Das Hotel ist für Backpacker gedacht die wirklich nur 2/3 Nächte dort übernachten möchten. Allerdings nicht für länger. Die Zimmer Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Ein Kleiderschrank wäre in den Standard Zimmer nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Reinigungskräfte waren wirklich super nett und auch hinterher und aufmerksam. Ansonsten um dort nur zu schlafen ist es ausreichend.

there were ants in our room, the location is ok, the Wi-Fi was awful tho. And there is no wardrobe or something like that, so you can’t even unpack your stuff.

One positive point was that the reception staff were good at arranging taxis. The comedy fact that it's has the word "Boutique" in the hotel title!!

The lack of room cleaning. Not having towels replaced. Pool area was extremely uncared for. For some reason the window in the rooms had a covering that did not allow any view of the outside. Also the room did not have any storage cupboard for clothes.

Completely different to the pictures it was advertised as. Very disappointing on that front. Fridge in room was very good.

Very bad wifi, actually there is no wifi. You are disconnected every 2-3minutes almost from all wifi channels. If you are lucky and u log in to wifi, there is 75% it will not work. Other 25% is splitting on 30rooms, so you can guess what is the quality wifi. At evening it’s impossible to watch a podcast or some movie. Not talking about online video calls… I was writing this message and my loptop got disconnected from wifi 7th time in 1hour…

We had booked to stay for two nights but when we arrived into Surat Thani airport we had missed the last ferry to Koh Samui so we only ended up staying one night here. When we checked in we were given two twin beds instead of a double. Within a half an hour the staff had moved us to a larger family room with a double bed. They also gave us a later check out time of 2pm as we had missed our first day here. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds were very hard and there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures online. We would rather have stayed in Koh Samui than Lamai as there’s not much to do here.

Very cheap option and the location is not bad, on the Main Street through Lamai and 15mins walk from the beach.

Do not recommend. At all. Admittedly it’s a cheap hotel, but usually cheap equates to average location, average facilities, small room etc. In this case it apparently also means incredibly dirty (can’t see through the shower screen it’s so dirty, mould in bathroom, leaky toilet, bugs inside, incomplete paint job, didn’t clean my room on several occasions); polyester towels that don’t actually soak up water; there is no natural light (and I was in “Deluxe Queen Room” - ha!); photos were misleading; pool is small; staff were grumpy. Stay away!!

Fin morgenmad, lækker pool og god seng. Det ligger oppe på et bjerg så man skal gå et stykke for den nærmeste resturant, hvis ikke man vil spise på hotellet. Ellers har hotellet transport mulighed 2 gange om dagen, det skal dog bookes i god tid for at få en plads.

I wouldn’t say this is a boutique hotel, but for the price i would say it is really good. Nice rooms, and the pool area is quite relaxing although small. It is a 10-20 minute walk into lamai busy area, and 20 minutes taxi/moped to the waterfalls/elephants. The food locations nearby are really good. Our only issue was a mix up with the rooms at the very start but reception was apologetic and we had a great time otherwise - i would just say not to expect an up market hotel environment, it better suits budget travelling

I liked the location the most .

The water pressure was low . The pool is really small . The breakfast that we booked wasn’t free as stated on the booking . There was no view from the hotel room as it was boarded up . Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during or 3 day stay as I asked on the second day .

Stayed 3 days and they could not get the wifi working so I checked out early. My mistake for paying for 7 days up front.

The staff are very helpful, and there’s a small pool that you can enjoy until 11 PM. There’s also a small fridge to keep your things safe. Very close to the Wat Lamai Temple and Lamai beach and many other places.

The breakfast is very poor, but you can choose not to have it. I found spider webs in the toilet and used water to remove them. Also, there’s no place to hang your towel or clothes in the toilet. When I arrived, they told me I needed to pay more to get a room with air conditioning. So be careful about what you book.

- The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. - Even though the street outside is quite loud at night, it is a very good location

- Dirty bedsheets and pillows upon arrival (they changed them when we asked) - dirty and noisy toilet - at breakfast we had ants in eggs and cheese the milk for the coffee was very bad (probably expired)

Location ok

No cleaning or room service everyday, when you ask for more toilet paper, they make weird faces, like why u making that request. Beds not comfortable, have to carry big bags to the 3rd floor no help from staff, no lift.

Everything was cleaned everyday. Staff were so friendly and I kayaked here for 2 weeks no issues. Highly recommend

Good location, nice staff

The beds were super hard and we had a stain on the sheets, but they did change for you straight away. The bathroom also smelt like a food takeaway shop.

The host was great. The room was big and well equipped. We would appreciate to have two blankets instead of one big, but it was okay. The terace with the superior room was also great.

The breakfast option could be better…only american breakfast or asian style.

Good Location

The bed was so hard I had to have a back massage every day The tv has 5 channels all none in English the hot water varies depending on the time you use it. The internet was shocking The balcony was boarded up so you could not see the view . The air con didn’t work either. There was a fight in the room next door waking up the whole floor .

The staff were AMAZING. They were always so kind and helped me with anything I needed! I would definitely stay again.

The recepcionist was very friendly and helpfull all the time. Each room have ac and a TV. Small pool for the guests, and possible to book a táxi to the airport for 600bhat the next morning.

Unterkunft um einiges kleiner und nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sie wollten uns zuerst zu einem Bungalow „upgraden“ weil der Fernseher in den klassischen Zimmern nicht ging - auch wenn wir meinten dass das kein Problem ist für uns. Die Bungalows waren alt und schäbig woraufhin wir uns beschwert haben und in ein klassisches Zimmer konnten. Die Umgebung ist eher laut, die Wände dünn und alles in einem keine Top Erfahrung. Zum Schlafen reicht es jedoch. Auch zum Strand braucht man nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Lamai Beach ist sehr schön und ruhig und die Night Markets eher kleiner aber cool. Für 2 Nächte war es okay.

The staff were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The on site restaurant was cheap and good food.

Location was fine, great if you rent a motorbike but a bit of a walk if you don't have a bike.

Being disabled the staff went above all my expectations to make sure i was comfortable and nothing was a problem..would definitely recommend after my stay
